Enjoyed our 3-night stay – the condo worked very well for our group In June 2024. Very nice building, great condo, clean, no neighbour noise – slept well - very quiet and comfortable beds. I have to say that we were slightly disappointed in a few things such as the broken electric blind in the living room would not raise, the upper patio was not well-maintained and the patio furniture needs attention and caretaking. We did enjoy the fire table. Yes, there are homeless people in the area but no worse than our home city and did not feel unsafe in a group. Would have appreciated some beach towels for the hot tub. The hot tub needed treatment – had a stench - luckily we had some hot tub owners in our group to treat it. We enjoyed the location – walked to Costco for refreshments, very close to grocery store, liquor store, coffee shop, etc. Short walk to Gastown, local pubs and affordable Uber costs to Granville, Stanley Park, etc. Owner is very responsive and access to the building worked well for us. We all said we would stay again!

We were extremely satisfied with our accommodations that allowed us to enjoy some family exploration time in Vancouver prior to our Alaska cruise. Jee, our host, was very responsive to all of our needs and the home was clean and fully stocked. We were within walking distance of many restaurants, cultural sights, coffee shops, and conveniently located to the cruise ship terminal. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Hope to be back again soon!

Super fun urban stay right in the heart of downtown Vancouver. Place was comfortable and quiet, but right outside your door it was bustling. Place was clean and contemporary. My husband and teenage kids very much enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon!

We rented this apartment for three nights. The apartment was comfortable, however the pictures are much better than the actual apartment. The balcony and the roof top was amazing. Great views all around. The instructions to get in and find the parking were confusing. There was a $200 fine if anyone would follow us after we open the gate, which I thought was ridiculous. If somebody follows me, I can not get into a fight with people on my vacation, specially in a foreign country. Nobody followed us, but it was stressful every time we opened the gate because there are homeless people around the place. The property was really clean, the sheets, beds, etc.. Loved the fact we could do laundry. We drove for 14hrs from California so the check in could have been smoother. Descriptions were accurate, but the apartment was much older and beat up than the pictures. The owner thought we rented the place for two nights, so on the day before our check out, he walked into the apartment and gave my mother-in-law a heart attack. He did apologize and said that it was his mistake and he wanted to check on the spa. The location was great, walking distance to most places, there are grocery store, coffee shops, and lots of shops right next to the apartment. This was our first VRBO rental, we usually stay at Pacific Rim Fairmont, so it was a different expericene.

Lost one point on cleanliness as the outside deck area needs a little clean up. Also there was a large garbage can with garbage in it. so the smell was unpleasant.

What a great place to spend time with family and friends! Everything we needed was already at the condo from enough glasses & plates to aluminum foil and laundry soap. Fantastic location, close to anything and everything. My only concern was we felt there was too much clutter on the patios, such a beautiful space but needs a bit more TLC. Will totally look at rebooking this condo again!

Well appointed. Everything we needed for 7 of us (wife and I and 5 adult kids/spouses). Great balcony and huge rooftop private patio. Hot tub was a hit. Firepits were used well. We would certainly go back! Thanks!

Property was so much more enjoyable than gathering in. Hotel room and sitting on a bed. Patios are absolutely wonderful and the Vancouver nightlife is always interesting. Property was spacious and clean with no issues. Would stay here again :)

We were a group of 8 girls and this condo is absolutely STUNNING. Location is amazing, we were able to walk everywhere to all the things we were doing. Short walk to Gastown where there are tons of bars and restaurants, about a 30 min walk to Stanley Park which was great to explore the city a bit. Huge two-floor patio with an amazing view of the city with lights and tons of patio furniture and a fire table. Check in instructions were easy to follow and the place was spotless when we arrived. Having coffee pods available to us as well as shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the showers was appreciated. We loved this place and would definitely stay again.

The owner was not responsive at all. never answered a text. and didn't answer a question before the trip for 3 weeks. Although the pics are real, they are not totally accurate on the outside. the bedroom with the queen overlooks a pile of discarded "stuff" out of one window and the other window is the hot tub. There are 3 propane canisters on the patio- of course non in the pics. The outside debris was mentioned before in a post but i would have thought it would have been cleaned up. I would say disinterested and absent host. the neighborhood is not that great. would say that the unit itself is accurate on the inside, but the price for the debris on the balconies, the remote host and the neighborhood is very high.

We chose this property as we had planned to visits at multiple locations including a tour at Emily Carr University. Very easy access to all parts of the city on foot. Would recommend security guard on site to assist with the required security protocols and rules of this building. The young adults in our group loved the decor and vibe of this property.

We stayed here for a 3-day stint before heading up to Whistler for a ski vacation. The condo was overall very clean and in a decent part of town that was easy to navigate. I will say that the owner does have a lot of “extra” outdoor furniture and gardening items strewn about the outdoor space that are definitely not visible in the pictures, so just know that it makes it feel a little more cramped than we would have liked outside. Overall it was a solid condo, with very comfortable beds and good location to explore Vancouver. And the outdoor patio hotub with mountains views was a major plus!

The condo is in a great location for shopping and restaurants. TNT Market is a 5 minute walk and there are numerous restaurants in the area. Within walking distance of the fabulous Fiorino Italian Street Food restaurant. The condo was well appointed, the kitchen had adequate pots and pans, etc to cook a full meal for eight people. Overall cleanliness met our expectations. The beds were comfortable and spacious. The big hit was the bathroom in the master bedroom!!! Unfortunately we were not able to use the outdoor patio due to snow but the hot tub on the patio was a big hit, especially while it was snowing. In the summer the patio would have been absolutely delightful. We enjoyed our stay.
