Enjoy our Sea Forest nest– this beautiful airy 1-bedroom condo is a three-minute walk from the beach with a perfect deck sheltered by windswept live oaks, a fully equipped kitchen, spacious rooms with vaulted ceilings.
Kiawah Island is a private barrier island 30 mi south of Charleston and the home of 5 top ranking golf courses; miles of palmetto lined bike trails, nature trails, lookouts; tennis, kayaking, paddle boarding, birding, and 10 miles of vast sandy beaches.
Perfect all year for REST, RELAXATION, AND RECREATION!!

Wonderful stay - Nicely furnished villa with all amenities needed. Hop, skip and a jump to the beach. Bike trails were wonderful. Restaurants, grocery store and shops closeby. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great with one exception. The stairwells and areas in front of the unit were littered with debris. Not sure when these areas were last cleaned/swept. I took the broom out and did it myself.

The villa was in a perfect location for us! Steps from the beach and close to the Sanctuary and the golf courses that we played. We rented bikes and rode on the beach- a must do if you visit Kiawah! The pictures are very accurate and the host Tess was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!

I was looking for a quiet getaway for my husband and I to destress. This condo, and neighborhood has it all! Tucked under beautiful trees, surrounded by pristine grounds, a 4 minute walk, lto a gorgeous beach. I highly recommend this “Treetop” villa to anyone who is looking to enjoy a tropical setting on gorgeous Kiawah Island. . My husband will be booking this property again and again.

We had an amazing time in Kiawah. Tess’ property was a gem. Close enough to go to and from the beach easily throughout the day, clean, well stocked kitchen, and great balcony. It is a 3rd floor unit which may not work for everyone due to the stairs, but for us it was perfect! Would highly recommend renting bikes as that was our preferred mode of transportation throughout our stay. We will be back!!

Went here for a short spring break get-a-way, and left with the eagerness to come back soon! Tess was easy to contact, and the space was just as advertised. The weather didn't allow for much outside time, so we chose to spend it on the beach, but when we return we will absolutely rent bikes. The miles of trails are beautiful. If you have never been to Kiawah, expect to be away from it all (What we prefer.) and drive a minimum of 10 minutes to any shop. This is not a tourist trap, but rather a retreat into nature. So plan ahead! We will absolutely be back!

We had a great vacation in Kiawah Island! We loved staying at the Treetop Villa. It was beautifully decorated, very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The 3 minute walk to the beach was very convenient. We would definitely recommend staying at the Villa. Tess was so friendly and communicated very well with us.

We very much enjoyed this apartment. Not only was it well designed and well furnished, it was very clean and welcoming. In the summer months, the quiet and shaded environment would be especially appreciated. Access to the bike trails and beach was so easy. We truly were able to leave the car unused for much of our stay. I hope we'll have an opportunity to return.

Tess was great to work with. This is a great location and very nice for two people. Enjoyed our stay. It is clearly a personal preference but bed was a little soft for us. Otherwise one of the nicer places we have rented. The porch is truly in the treetops. Great for morning coffee with the birds...
