This spacious 12 person, 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath retreat welcomes you with cottage style charm, high end amenities, and beautiful sunrise lake views. For skiing and sight seeing fans, Wisp Ski Resort is only 4.5 miles away and Swallow Falls State Park , the beautiful scenic trails with amazing waterfalls is only 5.7 miles away. The house was the perfect location for a girls trip with my sister and friends! We were close to everything, the space was big enough to fit us perfectly, and we loved hanging out on the decks and hot tub!

We had a delightful family weekend at Deep Creek. The lakehouse provided everything we could want with comfortable family-friendly accommodations. We definitely will be returning to the lakehouse.

The house is very well decorated and very cozy. The outside spaces are cozy and many. The hot tub was a big guy. The beds were very uncomfortable with the main bedroom even having a foam topper. You can not adjust the temperature below 70 and the air conditioning is inconsistent in the two main floors often getting too hot. Too hot is not the best in the summer.

A group of high school friends that still keep in touch celebrated all of our 60th birthdays. We had a wonderful time. Dave was great with communication and everything in the house turned out great for us!! Would definitely recommend this property!

The Lake House was centrally located. It has a beautiful lake view and lake access. The house was very spacious and clean and has all of the amenities that anyone would need. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the privacy and very at home.

This home is spot on with location and design. The stay was very comfortable and lots of space for all guests. Host entered concerns very quickly and promptly. The view is unreal and so calm. Will be back!

This is our third time staying at the Boswell lakehouse, and it was wonderful as always. Suha and Dave have thought of all of the little details, and the house is always clean and welcoming. The fireplace is lovely, and the hot tub on a cold night is always a bonus. Dave is also always just a text away if anything is needed and replies quickly. Our kids love this house and want to come back every year!

My wife and I gathered here with our great friends to celebrate Thanksgiving. The house and accommodations could not have been better. Excellent views of the Lake, ample space for a large gathering, well stocked kitchen for cooking and overall comfort give this a 5 star review. It genuinely felt like home for the few days we were there.

My family and my Sister In Laws family shared this house for a fun getaway. We loved the location. Pickleball was an added bonus. We were a little surprised by the level of cleanliness. We found a vape under the bed when we pulled the trundle bed out for our children to sleep. My niece stepped on a piece of glass in the carpet on the stairs. Other than these things, the house had everything we needed.

We had a wonderful stay at this perfectly sited lakefront property. The view was so beautiful, we could have sat on the decks (three of them!) all day. The layout of the house is good and maximizes the views. Lots of outdoor space and easy dock access for boating, swimming, and sitting. Check-in was very efficient and the owners were instantly responsive throughout our visit. House was well equipped and in good working order. Hot tub worked well. Small request -- a toaster would be nice. Would most definitely stay here again. House would work well for two families but was also a great size for a couple. Don't think you could find a better location on the lake.

Our family gathered from New Mexico, Florida and Maryland to celebrate our sister's 70th birthday. We enjoyed great hikes, horseback riding, boating, and wonderful restaurants. The house was amazing and we so appreciated the ping pong, pickle ball and horseshoes to have fun with. Would return in a heartbeat.

We had a fabulous stay. The house was clean and beautiful. There were plenty of comfortable beds for everyone! We loved view and felt super lucky to be right on the water. The kids enjoyed swimming, kayaking, and fishing right off the dock. I highly recommend.

Cute house. Great loft area and decks!! Great views. Unfortunately the hot tub wasn’t working. Liked the open area in the living space. Little hard to use the fire pit area. Overall quite enjoyable!

This was the second time we stayed at the Boswell cottage. The cottage and setting is beautiful being right on the lake with everything we needed. The cottage is perfectly located near all our favorite places around the lake including our cottage we owned growing up. The Boswells are very good at responding to any questions. We highly recommend this cottage and will definitely stay here again. Thanks again David and Suha.

We finally had the opportunity to get together with friends that are really the family we chose. The House was perfect for the kids to bunk together and be their amazing silly selves while the adults reconnected. We all enjoyed the views of the lake in the morning and hot tub in the evening. The House was perfect for laughs, memories and all the love. And the hosts were so very kind and accommodating.

This is our second time staying at the property, and it has been a wonderful experience both times. Suha and Dave are so kind to work with and very easy to reach via text. The home is well kept with beautiful views. Our family always enjoys the hot tub and the fireplace, and the kids absolutely love the upstairs bedroom with the bunk beds. The home is only a short drive from the Wisp resort and other local attractions. I would highly recommend this home for your Deep Creek getaway!

We loved the lake house. Very clean very comfortable and had all the amenities one would need. The communication with the owner David Boswell was was very good. He communicated with instruction and asked if we needed anything . We were there to go skiing but everyone enjoyed just being at the house . Thank you for sharing your lake house.
