Avdankat hotell som INTE förtjänar 4 stjärnor. Om möjligt, undvik detta hotell.

Inte mycket. Läget och biblioteksbaren är bra. Men det är också allt.

Att hotellet kan komma undan med påståendet att man har 4 stjärnor övergår mitt förstånd. På sin höjd 3 stjärnor. I rummet möts du av att personalen lagt öronproppar bredvid sängen, eftersom hotellet ligger alldeles intill järnvägsstationen. Frukosten var dessutom bedrövlig; oätbar äggröra som spätts ut med alldeles för mycket mjölk. Mitt tips är att undvika detta avdankade hotell.

Excellent hotel, staff, and location! Highly recommend!

Excellent, safe and central location. Walking distance to numerous sites in the city center, 2-minute walk from Copenhagen central station with easy access to convenience stores and restaurants. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. Particular shout out to Alberto who went the extra mile to provide me with a warm welcome and recommendations of sites to visit. Highly recommend this hotel!

Illaluktande rum.

Välfylld frukostbuffé.

Rummet luktade illa (gissar att det kom från heltäckningsmattan). Lyhört från gatan utanför, men det fanns hörselproppar vid sängen. För att ladda mobilen vid sängen fick man dra ur skadden till sänglampan. När man sen släkte flr natten så laddades ju inte heller mobilen. Kom mycket svag stråle kallvatten ur kranen i handfatet.

Good location, good value

Great location near train station. Easy walk to many tourist sites.

Rooms facing the road are quite noisy until mid night. But there is air con, so you don't need to have windows open.

Posizione ottima, bellissimo hotel, camere spaziose, prodotti da bagno ottimi, ottimo ristorante annesso all’hotel (una menzione particolare va alla manager del ristorante che è stata davvero amichevole e deliziosa)

Camera un po’ rumorosa visto che affacciava sui binari della stazione e troppo calda,essendo oltretutto esposta al sole nel pomeriggio/sera

Ett trevligt hotell med lite gammaldags murrig engelsk atmosfär.

Mycket bra frukost med allt man kan önska. Extra roligt med veg. dumplings. Mycket god inlagd sill, annars mycket pålägg, finns något för alla. Toppenläge nära centralstationen, vi bodde på baksidan, mot gården och det var helt tyst. Mycket sköna sängar.

Att duscha i badkaret känns inte riktigt up-to-date. Om man är det minsta rörelsehindrad funkar inte det. Turligt nog var det inga problem för oss...

Enjoyable stay with excellent location

This was our 2nd stay and a much better room. Room had been renovated, was larger than the first and bathroom was much larger and modern. Superior Queen well worth the extra. Enjoyed the food in the restaurant at dinner. Lovely restaurant manager Pernelle who made sure every one was well looked after. There is an amazing bar in the old library which is well worth a visit. Right next to the main station and across the road from Tivoli Gardens

Thought the bar could have provided a small dish of nuts or crackers with the drinks. Would have been a nice touch.

Hotel charmoso junto à estação central

Excelente pequeno almoço. Hotel com muito charme. Hotel antigo mas tem tudo o necessário para uma boa estadia. Localização perto dos pontos turisticos e mesmo ao lado da estação ferroviária central.

Só tem televisão em dinamarquês! Gostei do quarto porque era muito sossegado mas dava para um espaço interior entre prédios, sem vista para a rua.

Great location. If arriving by train you couldn’t get any better

Rooms were very large. They provided ear plush’s in the room due to being so close to train. We didn’t use them, slept extremely well Breakfast was very good.

The hotel is old and in need of some maintenance.!our bathroom tiles grout needed a good clean some mould.

Generelt var vi glade for opholdet, men man for bedre ophold andre steder til lavere pris

Tæt på hovedbanegården, tæt på Tivoli, tæt på Strøget, hyggeligt med lidt “gammel” indretning i både reception, restaurant, elevator etc = miljø. God morgenmad, på trods af den er pris. Men manglede marmeladen !!! 😏 Adviseringer for musik i weekends, selv om vi ikke oplevede det på hverdag. Men - det er 1 plus.

Der var ikke redt op i 2 enkelt senge - på trods af bestilling. På trods af det var angivet i bestilling - vi var mor og søn og det var min søns 40 års fødselsdag. Andre hoteller rundt om i verden gir ved anledninger en flaske champagne !! Vi måtte i reception for større omrokering om omredning af senge og så manglede toiletpapir !!! Det var noget l….🙄 slukker man lys i loftet kan man ikke oplade tlf via tlf kontakt. Og maskiner i motionsrum er ikke de bedste for folk der er cant til at træne.

אין מיזוג אוייר ויש רעש מהרכבת שעוברת בסמוך. הגעתי ביום חם וזה היה בלתי נסבל. ביקשתי לקבל מאוורר אך לא היה בנמצא.

Kurztrip nach Kopenhagen

Das Zimmer war schön groß, Schlaf-und Wohnbereich getrennt, schönes Bad. Großes Bett, aber auch sehr weich. Das Hotel liegt direkt neben dem Bahnhof an einer Straße. Man kann sehr viel zu Fuß unternehmen, für ein Kurzurlaub ideal.

Wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht , aber wir waren etwas enttäuscht. Gut man wird satt aber die Auswahl war doch sehr begrenzt und abwechlungslos. Ein kleiner Tipp noch, im Hotel spricht man nur englisch oder dänisch.

Pleasant stay at an excellent location

excellent location. Even if the train station was next door, I wasn't bothered by the noise. Breakfast was excellent with a very large choice of food and beverages. Staff very attentive and helpful.

The breakfast service only offered filtered coffee - no capuccino. Missed international news channels on the TV.

Beställde suite via booking.com och betalade för det men fick junior suite pga renoveringsarbeten. Helt ok i och för sig men inte fått tillbaka mellanskillnaden.

Hyggeligt hotel med god beliggenhed

Beliggenheden er ideel i forhold til banegården. Morgenmaden er virkelig god.

Convenient for bus & trains. Lovely lounge bar.

I love the location and the decor and atmosphere in the lounge bar.

I have stayed there 3 times now I think and the rooms have been a bit hit & miss. The one I was in most recently just looked tired. The mattress wasn't very comfortable. the breakfast was average., On the morning I had breakfast there, I couldn't find any milk for coffee or any teaspoons and there was nobody there to ask.

Sets the standard for a great hotel stay

My new favourite hotel in Europe. I booked this several months in advance and it struck me as a good value in a great location. I changed rooms when a friend decided to come with me. We were both really impressed. The room was bigger then we expected, the beds so comfortable that my friend actually recorded the mattress brand. Breakfast was great. The hotel was just so charming, with the old glass lift and the sumptuous library bar, and the brass plaque of celebrities they've welcomed. I loved my first visit to Copenhagen, and this hotel is one reason I'm really looking forward to future visits.

One of the USB outlets didn't work, but these things happen.

Gammelt erverdig hotell med flott beliggenhet, men dårlig rengjort rom. Frokost ok, men hadde forventet mer fra et 4 st

Beliggenhet.

Parkering langt fra hotellet og ned i en smal kjeller som man kjørte i spiral. Vanskelig å finne frem til denne. Det var skittent på bad og oppholdsrommet. På badet hang det store dotter med skitt fra vifte i tak som vi måtte tilkalle personale for å se. De unnskyldte seg og vasket det bort. Det var tydelig skitt på gulv og bak dør inn til bad. I stuen var det matrester og skitt på gulv bak en stol.

God frokost. Hyggelig personale. Bra beliggenhet. Gammelt og koselig hotell.

Hotellrommet var fint, men savnet ekstra lampe ved stolene. Kroken ble mørk og det var ikke mulig å lese. Dusjen var ikke rein.

Overall very disappointing experience at this hotel which spoilt our stay in Copenhagen.

It was somewhere to sleep for 5 nights. Location was excellent for us near the main square and railway station. Breakfast was nice with Gluten-free options.

Normal cooperation that you anticipate from staff of a 4 star hotel was completely lacking. In fact this hotel is probably only 2 Stars. On arrival there were rooms booked for us but they had no knowledge of our reservation via Booking.com. The hotel is old, tired, shabby and over-priced. Three times during our stay we informed the Front Desk staff that we had an early departure on the last mornining and we requested a takeaway breakfast pack. ( This is normal produre at other hotels ). After being told they would " look in to it " we were eventually refused "as the kitchen staff would not be available or too busy". Their internal advertising on the TV said the kitchen opened at 6.30am but they actually never opened before 7.00am. Therefore we asked for a refund ( as it was prepaid ) which was also denied "as their system would not allow it".
