The staff at this hotel in Croatia stands out from all the others I have encountered. From the managers to the cleaning staff, and from the restaurant employees to the pool attendants, everyone goes above and beyond to ensure that your trip is enjoyable and worry-free. They are exceptionally friendly and make it their priority to create a pleasant and hassle-free experience for you.

There is not one thing I dis not like about the property or its staff.

A true vacation

Resort is great. Not many people, enough space for everyone. Was a first time where we could say that we went on a real vacation. And food is great!

There could be more food on kids menu in nearby restaurants.

Close to perfection

First of all, the staff are brilliant. Always smiling, always helpful. I have to say that Falkensteiner's HR department is doing a great job. Bravo. Then, it's not only in the name of the hotel, it is a perfectly designed family hotel. Many beautiful details were applied, very considerate. The breakfasts and dinners were almost perfect. Fortis club which is 6-7 minutes walk from the hotel offers a range of entertainment such as billiard, bowling, gaming etc. Nice alternative for the evenings.

The ice cream is not as good as to be served at such a great hotel.

few guests were quite rood to the staff and not kind towards other people - but nothing we can do about that, not foult of the hotel
