J'ai tout aimé, la piscine avec beds et transats, le lit, la terrasse ,les équipements, le décor, le parking.
Les boissons très chères mais sinon tout était super!!!

Location, pool, design. This is a lovely family-friendly hotel in Port Camargue, which we have returned to several times.
Recommendations for restaurants and activities should be pro-actively given. Eg. there was a 2 day festival in Aigues Mortes (10 minutes drive away) and we would have gone had we known about it. Little touches have gone from previous years (eg nougat/chocolates were put on the bed each day and now they are not). It is unfriendly and unnecessary to have a big sign on the garden tables saying that you can't eat or drink anything that is not from the hotel. It would be a nice touch to be welcomed back, as we have stayed several times. These are recommendations for the hotel and did not detract from us having a fabulous time.

The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was fabulous. The spa in the property is a treat and really special. It is so peaceful and tranquil.

Great
The restaurant food was not very good. Looked great but it was over cooked. I don’t mind paying for good food but this wasn’t good I’m afraid. A shame as the hotel was great.

It's a quiet, relaxing atmosphere, even around the pool area. Breakfast, lunch & dinner possibilities. Large parking, small but cozy spa area. The rooms are nicely decorated, clean and have comfortable beds, powerful air-co and a small terrace. Little noise from other rooms or corridors. Extra kudos for the handy refrigerator, which cools drinks quickly but makes no noise at all (excellent brand choice). Very friendly staff, nothing is too much for them.
I honestly can't think of anything. Maybe sacrifice some garden space & adding a dry sauna (next to the steam one) would top it of.

Very charming hotel, calm, great restaurant, easy to park car. Nice pool, rooms were nicely designed with great shower and bathroom. Access to spa and steam rooms. Really good breakfast, quality products.
I just wish we could’ve accessed the steam rooms and hot tubs without having to pay. Other then that the hotel is very charming, quaint and nice staff.

Room was large and comfortable, with a nice patio. Breakfast was really very good, albeit a little expensive.
Reception staff in general not very available. Helpful when pushed but not at all proactive or patient.

Facilities are great. Hotel is different than other and nature around hotel ia perfect.
We spent 1 night ,but for sure we would return for more days .
Its not something we didnt like ,its just matter of culture and manors of people ,employees.
We came for breakfast , we start speeking english and told lady that we speek english ,she said "French" . I said no french only english ,and I asked for a cup od tea. She kept talking french , explaining me something and asking me for room number. In matter of fact we had same isue on trip that people dont want to speak english ,which is ok but , since we are from Montenegro and we are tourist you shoud do it on propper way . We have 90 employess in our restaurants, some of them do speak some of them no,but no person will keep talking Montenegrian to person who doesnt understand. Its a bussines and it has nothing to do with people relations(french-british).
I never wrote 1 comment on these things ,just want to let you know that. But it seems to be national problem not only 1 or 2 persons.
Thats why its called hospitality bussines. All other perfect bit this left bad impresion , since she was much more than rude.
Thank you.
Have a great sezon and sucesfull year.

We had booked a family trip which can be highly recommended. the hotel exudes a cozy atmosphere where decor and staff go up in a higher unit. Another thing we want to highlight is the cleaning, which is top notch

15mins walk from nearest beach and 30 from the town centre.
The water line pool tiles were covered in a layer of grime and at check out she tried to charge us for 8 breakfasts when we had not had any. Dodgy.
