Location is convenient and everything was very clean. Check in was easy and the only issue we had was the shower light wiring is messed up so it strobes. Other than that everything was fine and working.

The house was so charming and nicely decorated. It was very warm and friendly. The check-in process was great! Our only regret was that we didn't stay long enough to enjoy the backyard. Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Fredericksburg.

We really enjoyed our mini Christmas getaway. It was get to find a house that allowed pets since they are a huge part of our household. House and backyard was perfect for our stay. Location was 3 min drive from Main Street. Would stay again

The house was close to Main Street and everything we wanted to do. The house fit all 5 of us perfectly. It had everything we needed and more and was a wonderful weekend getaway for our group.

The house was a great mixture of old-timey aesthetic and modern amenities. The renovations looked and felt great, but be aware it is an older house so you hear every creak, but don't worry - no ghosts that I could sense haha. The backyard space was really fun and we were able to bring my friend's dog which was a huge plus. It was super close to downtown and was perfect for two couples. We've been to Fredericksburg several times and rented several places, but this one is probably my favorite.

Open, friendly vibe. Easy to make yourself at home. Great location. Amazing hang-out in the back yard with games & music that lent itself to a great time with our adult children. Will definitely stay again!

We had 6 adults and the place claims to sleep 7. We all managed to find a place to sleep but it was not a great option for all 6. It would be better suited for four adults and 2 - 3 kids. The property also appears very close to downtown, but I would not advise walking it in 105 degree temps. Other then that, the property was great.

Wonderful house and property! We enjoyed the house and backyard tremendously! House is very clean and beds were very comfortable! The house is also in a great location, close to main street and a HEB. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We enjoyed this location which was nice and quiet while close to downtown. Kitchen is very nice and with plenty of dishes and utensils. My only criticism was we expexted a gas grill but the only grill was a very small camp stove and no propane. Since we arrived on Easter and everything was closed we had to shift to cooking in the kitchen. Besides that it was a lovely stay!

Hard not to have a good experience in that town. Nice setup. Stickers in backyard grass so had to take dog out front to do his business. Suggestion - put a tv in the back shed. It was easy to setup the rental, access the house and checkout.

Perfect is all I can say for this place. It is so close to Main Street but also far enough from the craziness! Super cute farmhouse style which I personally love also very homey and clean. We went for our first wedding anniversary and had the best experience. It was a plus that we could bring our fur baby with us as well! Def will stay here again when we stay in Fredericksburg!

We had a wonderful time. The house is very nice and we and our dogs were very comfortable. Our only complaint is there is not much grass in the back yard and the rocks were rough on our dogs feet. All in all, we had a wonderful time and would love to go back again!

This is the cutest house with all the amenities you need, they even had a bottle of wine waiting for us at check in! The beds were amazingly comfortable and the house is decorated so perfectly. You can tell the owners take a lot of pride in their property and want their guest to feel comfortable. The property managers where quick to respond to any question and so friendly. The shower is heavenly and the waffle robes where a special touch. I would definitely recommend this property to others and I myself would book again when in Fredericksburg. Another plus is that is close to Main Street where you could walk if you wanted to. 10 out 10!
