Absolutely everything has been thought of. Whether it be kitchenware, barbecue tools, throws if it’s cold, games or items for the fur babies. It’s all there….
Only a small thing, but garage didn’t fit the Hilux.

We stayed over Christmas - and the hosts had decorated the place with Christmas decorations, including a Christmas tree. It was an amazing surprise.
Also had nearly every kitchen item you can think of, which made cooking Christmas lunch a breeze.
Nothing. The place was amazing.

The house was very cozy, beds were very comfortable and so were the couches. Owners were very generous with the supplies around the house. The living room had Netflix readily available so that was very convenient.
The location of the house is quite far from activities such as quad biking and toboggan hill slide around 40 minutes to reach from the property.

Hosts wonderful and helpful. Place comfortably and charming and had everything you needed example free wifi, access to your own netflix account just like home.
😅No bubblebath

Location was superb, lots of eatery within walking distance, and we had lovely strolls along the lake. David strongly recommended us to read the information folder, and that is so helpful to find our way around the home and around the area. We can feel that the owners really put a huge effort to cover everything to make the guests stay enjoyable. The home was really lovely and very clean inside. The owners provided everything from flashlight, umbrella, complete kitchen cutlery, utensils – we were so amazed!! They have board games, books, and facilities to watch Netflix (use your own login). The home was better in reality and the whole place smelled lovely and fresh. We just want to say thank you and well done!

The house is very well presented, comfortable, and is within walking distance from Tea Gardens cafes and restaurants. The deck area is great to relax while trying to spot some wildlife in the bush behind the house. The hosts are quick to respond.
Nothing to mention.

Lots! Very clean and comfortable. The kids loved it.
My only wish (but this is all holiday rentals usually), is to have enough dishwashing powder and toilet paper (especially in the current environment) without having to bring my own! The coles was out of toilet paper and we were in a pickle and needed to search for it! Please just subscribe to who gives a crap to ensure clients have enough toilet paper and help build toilets for a charity- divy out enough for the stay and add the cost on if you must! And put a bottle of dish powder in the cupboard- it costs $3 for a cheap one, which is what I bought anyway.

The house was beautifully decorated, kitchen facility is good though we did not use it. Tea Garden is a good location unfortunately this house is facing a busy road.
Stayed from 19 Dec 2021 to 23 Dec 2021.
1) The description of the property was misleading: air conditioning was available in the property descriptions. However, it was not allowed to use from 10pm to 8 am daily. During our stay, the temperature was 35’C and we only came back to the house after 10 pm. It was very hot and we could not sleep well. If this condition was disclosed in the advertisement, we would not have chosen this property. This condition was written on the “House Rule” book in the house. Also, there is another guest written a comment on 16 Feb 21 about this. I thought it was one off but I should have taken it seriously.
2) The property was next to a main road. The ensuite is very noisy as we have to keep window open for fresh air. We were woekn up by the local traffic every day at 5 am.
3) The backyard looks nice with good facilities such as BBQ and chairs. However, there were smell probably from the previous guest who have dogs. We even found dog shits in the backyard. In the end, we did not use it.
4) Bed linen looks clean and tidy. However, 3 out of 6 of us got rash after 4 nights. Even after the first night, my family complained their body was itching (they slept at the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms). We suspect there were flea in the beddings but we were not sure.
5) The property has maintenance issues. The tower rail in the ensuite have broken and fixed loosed by glue. When we hang tower on it, it was broken. We were too busy with our travel schedule and did not have a chance to report it. However, the owner accused us broke the tower rail and even charged us for $100. I called to explained how the trace of the glue on the left-hand side of the towner rail showed that the tower rail was broken even before we arrived there. It should be fixed by screwing into the wall but not some glue. He did not listen and even hang up the phone. How could he do this to a customer?

The property was in a good location and it was very convenient to all the restaurants. Lovely clean and tidy unit with everything you need for a week away from home.
The air conditioner was not able to be run in the evening. There was a lot of traffic noise in the front bedroom.
