Summary:
The Sanctuary is perfect for groups 8-12 in size. This 4,060 sq.ft. Mesa home has a small private heated pool, hot tub, and plenty of patio space to enjoy the stunning view of the valley from the Mesa foothills. There are 12 permanent memory foam beds, HD TVs in each bedroom, a large kitchen, and lots of great golf nearby. Complete with 6 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and 12 beds.

This 6 Bed/4.5 Bath home is fully furnished and equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your stay:

In order to keep the pool serviced and maintained properly year round our staff and our pool guy come by on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Pool servicing generally only takes a few minutes depending on the condition of the pool. Please do not be alarmed. It usually only takes a few minutes, and they will not be entering any part of the home.
*Additional maid service cleans are available for an additional cost during your stay. Please ask for details!

Guests will have access to the entire home and backyard.
The Neighborhood:
This home is a great value if you don't need to be right in the middle of all the Scottsdale action. It is very large, and everything seems brand new. The location puts you in the foothills of northeast Mesa, with a great sunset view looking West over the valley. You are only minutes from Las Sendas, and close to Longbow, Red Mountain Ranch, and the courses as Gold Canyon.
Getting Around:
I also work closely with GolfTroop, a golf vacation company. They have awesome discounted rates at most of the area golf courses, as well as rental vehicles through Alamo, and even rental clubs. Just ask me for details, and I would be happy to have someone reach out!
Other Things to Note:
Welcome to our stunning Sanctuary! This home is close to a variety of options for restaurants, entertainment, and outdoor activities. The delicious First Watch serving breakfast and lunch or Bobby-Q BBQ if you’re in need of tasty BBQ food. For entertainment you can find escape rooms, Salt River tubing, or Golfland Sunsplash. There are multiple breathtaking desert views while on hikes like the Wind Cave Trail or Hawes Trail System. There is plenty to check out during your stay!
There will be a house manual upon arrival that you will be expected to read. All important complex rules and expectations will be outlined in the manual.
Renter understands that an insurance policy covers the Property but that this policy insures only the Property and the tangible personal property in it owned by the owner and does not insure any personal property of the Rental Party or Renter’s licensees, invitees, or guests. Renter is advised to seek traveler’s or renter’s insurance if Renter desires to insure the Rental Party’s or other persons’ personal property during the occupancy.
Check-in is at 4:00 p.m., and checkout at 11:00 a.m. Early check-ins and late check-outs are generally not possible due to the time it takes to clean an entire home. The only way to ensure an early arrival or late departure is to purchase an extra night. Please contact me 24 hours in advance if you would like to extend your stay, and I would be happy to see if that is an option.
Failure to depart the premises before 11:00 a.m. on check-out without prior written consent will result in an additional charge of $100/hour withheld from your security deposit, plus any expenses incurred by needing to move your personal things out of the home, or from moving the incoming group of guests to a new property.
Any stay 28 nights or longer will be required to provide a credit card to keep on file. Our personal terms and conditions will also be sent separately and will need to be submitted. Feel free to ask for a copy if interested.
For any booking 28 nights or longer, any adjustment to the booking resulting in a reduction in the length of stay will incur a $500 fee, plus 10% of the difference in price.
Electricity will be charged separately ONLY FOR STAYS 28 days or longer. There is a large monthly discount applied, so in an effort to keep your price as low as possible, we ask guests to pay for the electricity separately. Everything else will be included (wifi, cable TV, tax, cleaning every 2 weeks, pool/gym access, etc.) We estimate the average electricity bill to be $300/month. It's possible it may be a bit more in the summer with heavy A/C usage, and it will most likely be quite a bit lower in the winter. Once the reservation is confirmed, we will send a request to pay a $300 electricity deposit for the reservation. This will be applied to your final electric bill. Any difference will be refunded to you, and any additional amount will be withheld from your security deposit. Checkin details will not be sent without the $300 electricity deposit paid in advance. Payment can be made through Airbnb as a separate payment, or directly through me with a valid credit card.

We stayed in this house for Thanksgiving with my in-laws and a few of my husbands siblings and spouses. The house was big enough that we were able to spend time together but retreat to our rooms when needed. The house was gorgeous- the photos online don’t do it justice. The hosts were warm and responsive leading up to our stay, the only issue is we had a couple questions during our stay that went unanswered. Not a big deal though - they were minor questions and it was thanksgiving week. We made a lot of good Memories during our stay - it was truly a great place for everyone to retreat.

Gorgeous property with all the amenities you could want for a low-key weekend with friends and family. We would consider staying here again with a few corrections:
(1) Garbage disposal and dishwasher would not turn on. The latter was unplugged and it looked like the electrical box was burnt, so we washed everything by hand.
(2) The water pressure was super low with most, if not all, faucets in the house. It seemed like they were stopped up somehow (possibly a calcification problem?) Made for a disappointing shower experience in the master bath and a frustrating dish washing experience in the kitchen.
