Une chambre sale, rempli de toiles d’araignées, de poils divers, moutons de poussière

L’emplacement géographique

L’état de « propreté » de l’appartement et l’isolation phonique. Des toiles d’araignées dans tout les coins y compris au niveau des plinthes, des poils pubiens et des cotons usagés dans les tiroirs, des moutons de poussières. Une porte d’appartement qui claque à chaque fois qu’une personne sort du bâtiment… Nous avons dû écouter après une nuit passer dedans . Très déçu car nous nous étions basé sur les avis positif de propreté.

If you don't have your own transport, it is not such a good location. With your own vehicle it would be no problem.

Great location and good facilities, would stay again

Location very convenient for CERN and Geneva. Generally quiet with a little traffic noise. Room was fine although I didn't cook. Would recommend

Superb

We forgot something we didn't even notice, and they kept it for us. The small kitchen was useful for our family.

The girls said there sofa bed wasn't comfortable. In one of the room the locked was broken at the showers room. We preferred 3rd floor then 2nd floor. It was really hot at night during our stay on July. I wish they had a Air conditioner

Decent deal but not the best

Good price, quiet place to stay. Detailed arrival instructions.

AC didn't work and there was no fan so it was pretty small. Location is in the middle of nowhere so no good food options unless you drive closer to airport which is ~15 minutes away.

Exceptional

The location is prefect if you want to visit Geneva. The apartment was spacious, well furnished for cooking with big balcony. Late self check in was highly appreciated. Also dog friendly, highly recommended!

Great location and practical accommodation.

Very practical. Late arrival and keys were in a lock box. Great location close to the airport but in the countryside.

Good value for the money near Geneva.

Good location, quiet.

Cleanliness of the public spaces needs to be improved. Too many insects in the hallways, and they badly needed to be mopped. I squashed a large spider outside our door on the first day, and it was still there four days later.

It's quite remote from shops and restaurants if you don't have a car.

We felt like we were home!

Amazing location with easy connection to Geneva, the property is spacious and it had everything in it. Rooms were amazing and same with the bathroom. We were lucky enough to have a garden at the front. Over all our stay felt like we were home!

I really enjoyed my stay there and will stay there again for my next trip.

Room is nice and clean. Staffs are friendly and wifi is good. Environment inside and outside this place is nice.

It was okay overall

The WiFi speed and availability. The excellent heating inside rooms.

Rooms are cleaned once a week. It should be twice a week. The frequency of bus 64 and 66 drops to once an hour after 7 pm.

We have booked taxi at reception but taxi had not been sent by hotel and no help have been made from them. This worst experience in my life.

Great stay, amazing staff

Throughout my stay the whole staff, from the the reception desk staff to the cleaning people, were always extremely nice and ready to help. The room was very clean and well equipped. Would definitely recommend for both short and long stays!

Very good

The room was very quiet and had great view of Alps. The kitchen was decently equipped.

The renovation is a little outdated - popcorn ceilings and walls remind the 80s style. The water pressure in shower is low.

Works well for a few nights, large parking. Very welcoming and friendly receptionist. Bit far from downtown Geneva, but when u have a car, easy ride. And the value, can't beat it.

I got 1st floor for my stay, so i have easy access for my luggages. Place is tidy and clean. My kids love the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. Kitchen is available to prepare family meal. Location is 2 minutes from NETTO supermarket by car. I chose to stay here because it is cheaper compared to Geneva, Switzerland. And only 30 minutes away by car to get to Geneva.

I have stayed in Carre d'Or many times and it is an excellent place from every aspect especially if you work at CERN as I do.

Stay as a family of 3

Very close to Geneva. Safe and relaxed area. The reception area was accesible and with vending machines. The check in and check out was easy. Free parking in front of the building. The apartment was in the ground floor. Nice bathroom and kitchen. They included a baby crib but the base was to hard for her to sleep on.

The side windows cannot open and therefore you have to open the big middle door that looks out to a green and open area. We left it open all the time when awake. However, when night came we didn't feel comfortable or safe leaving it open. Then, the room got very hot during the night, making it impossible to sleep. Also, we recommend to include a fan during summer.

the staff did not responded to my queries and dishwasher was not working .. even I went to reception during the opening timing and there was no one and no picked up my call.

Not a great stay

Not much. Clean bedding & clean rooms.

Very very noisy people partying upstairs, no one at reception to help, no one replied to my messages on bookin.com. I complained again today and someone replied saying i should have called the police. Which i didnt want to do, i just wanted to move room. Room smelt of damp. Random remote location.
