I liked everything was very above expectations and definitely the best hotel in the area!

Overall it was very good! We liked the Culver's beith across the street

We loved the size of the refrigerator! We brought food for a birthday celebration and everything fit perfectly!

Breakfast selection could have been better. We had a problem with one of the beds not being on the frame correctly. We also noted that the faucets were both loose.

This stay was a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back!

I felt very welcomed to this location. We were greeted by the front desk, but our TV as well. Everything was super clean and the hotel room itself was huge!

We only had one issue and it was that our tv remote did not have batteries.

could have been better. We will try somewhere else next time.

The location was great. Stayed many times before. The timing on our part was awful because of the noise issue. Also the room was very noisy after 4 AM because of the banging pipes. Not addressed. Also a party going on and unable to sleep due to noise.

Will leave this one to all the travelling dogs next time.

All rooms stunk of dog and rooms where only cleaned on request the day before which must make it harder to get the dog smell out and dogs where allowed in the breakfast area while food was available. I am a did owner so it’s not the animals I am complaining about. It’s not made clear this is very much a doggy hotel

Overall very nice. Very clean and comfortable. The staff were also nice and courtious.

The room was nice and clean. It was very comfortable too.

The breakfast. I have to tell you that the Holiday Inn Express across the freeway has a much better breakfast. The muffins I brought to my husband were very crumbly. I expect better than packaged muffins from a Hilton Hotel.

We liked the space to stretch out. The kitchen was great. The couch was nice for watching tv

It was fine, everything was fairly clean and comfortable and the staff was really nice.

Lobby, elevator and halls were all clean and everything was updated. Location was convenient to restaurants and grocery stores.

Dishwasher or sink was leaking?? There was water coming from it towards the bathroom, but it wasn’t too bad, just cleaned it up with a towel. Oh and the hotel caught fire at some point and we all had to hang out outside for a while and the hotel smelled like smoke for the rest of the time I was there but I’m assuming that was a guest’s fault and not really the hotel’s fault.

Very good

Loved the location and the staff was very friendly! The breakfast was good and ready to go! I have stayed here before and will definitely stay here again.

I wish I could of opened the window in this room. It got a little stuffy.

Triple charged and incompetent staff.

It was indeed a hotel room.

Triple charged for a room. First when I paid for the room in advance. Once when I checked out, then when I called to correct the issue one charge was refunded... then I was charged a third time to a different card that was on file. None of these charges were refunded automatically as if they were a deposit after 3 weeks, these were all exact amounts for the cost of the room. If you don't know how the relationship between you and a third-party listing company functions - then you shouldn't list your property on that site. Every person I spoke to at this hotel was playing "trial and error" games with the computer to even try and figure out if the room was paid for. Just embarrassing service. Will not return.
