This was a great summer condo with a spacious floorplan and large windows that let in sun and views of the mountains. In a nice complex with amenities. Quick walk to restaurants. We would like to return in winter and utilize the location/transport, sauna, and fireplace.

Great property with a great location! The sauna, pool and hot tub areas were great. Love that it had covered parking. A few minor snags…. The ski locker lock didn’t work, the dishwasher soap dispenser didn’t seem to work, so all of the dishes had to be washed before use. The comforters on the bed and the couch could use a deep cleaning as well. Otherwise we had a great stay at the property.

This space is great. Clean, comfy, spacious, nice. Just walks away from food and brews. We’ve stayed at this location multiple times and will do so again in the future.

Clean. Easily accessible. Perfect condo. The sauna was awesome. The washer / dryer is a shared coin operated machine in the common garage.

We absolutely loved staying at Snowblaze. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location can't be beat. Thanks for such a wonderful stay!

Condo was nice, clean, beds were comfy, and it had a fully stocked kitchen. Only 2 complaints were that we had very noisy neighbors and they did not tell us to use the card key for the hot tub and pool. Discovered as we were leaving.

The place was quite outdated and could use some serious cleaning and updating. There was a sharp piece of metal on the front door that was sticking out at the bottom of the door and was a serious danger to anyones legs and ankles. The beds and bedding are really old and very uncomfortable. The place was fine for what we needed it for, but the main issue I had was the refrigerator was broken. We purchased a bunch of food and water for our trip and put all of it in the refrigerator when we arrived. The next morning I noticed the water was still room temperature and all the food was the same. My husband immediatly emailed the owner on the VRBO website and no response. Then he contacted Vacasa the property management company and they said they would create a ticket and suggested we send an email as well to get the process going. We didn't hear anything for the rest of the day and no one contacted us ever. When we got back home my husband called the management company again and they basically did nothing. All the food we had in the fridge had spoiled and then we had to go out for every meal since we had no where to store any cold food. I've honestly never had this happen to me before and we've rented places all over the country. I would think most people would feel having a working refrigerator is essential when you rent a place.

Convenient & Spacious - Could Have Been Amazing
This could have been a 5 star condo but Vacasa dropped the ball. Its a spacious unit convenient to town and Winter Park. We arrived to the smell of heavy oven smell and a locked oven...the cleaning crew must have just left...with the oven on clean cycle. There was no firewood, no coffee filters, no tissues, no washer/dryer in the unit (as posted) and no access to the hot tub.

Purrrrfect for spring skiing
Parents and two teen boys found this to be an excellent choice for a week of spring skiing. Clean, well maintained 2 bed/2 bath with highly functional kitchen and ample dinning and common areas. Numerous coat hooks are true blessing for skiers as well as covered parking allowing quick egress on those numerous snow days. In suite sauna was a joy. Location right off main drag at south end of village provides quick convenient access to the resort and walking access to town.

As advertised, Great location.
A few minor details such as absence of a humidifier for the second bedroom. Better pillows would be nice. Generally property was great - spacious, clean and well located. Would stay there again.

Cozy WinterPark condo
Only a few minutes from WinterPark Ski Resort and sitting on the edge of WinterPark, this nice 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for our family as we took the kids skiing.
Wood burning fireplace and in-condo sauna made you forget the cold outside. Full kitchen and dining room was nice as well.

First Class Accommodations
Most of the condos I have stayed in have been set up to sleep and maybe have a cup of coffee in the morning this one is set up to live in. It is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped - a real knife block instead of a couple of random knives in a drawer and a nice variety of pots, pans, and Pryex.
After we found the short cut through the E building, there was easy access to the bus stop, especially after I acclimated to beiing at 9000 ft.
Resort Management Group was responsive and did everything we asked. The problem was we had to ask. A minor complaint is that the mid-stay cleaning did not happen. Fortunately there were a lot of towels, so it wasn't a big problem.
The complex is managed by Beaver Village, but our unit is managed by Resort Management Group. Beaver Village was less than diligent in clearing the footpath to the rec center and building E - and spreading sand on the path and stairs. Once we asked they did it, but not until my adult daughter had fallen an bruised her hand.

Dirty and uncomfortable
Pillowcases were stained and in poor shape, shades don't actually block the glaring street lights right outside our bedroom windows, hairs in the bathtub that weren't ours. Standard mountain Lodge decor matched with stained carpet. New housekeeping, new pillows and functional shades would help.

Great stay!
Enjoyed our two night stay at Snowblaze C14! Nice and clean and great location downtown with proximity to great restaurants. Comfortable unit with recent upgrades. Would definitely rent again!

Clean, quaint, and a good stay overall
The condo was clean and nice. The bed was a little uncomfortable but we only stayed one night. Had it been for a longer extended stay, I might have had issues. My main two complaints were that the wireless SSID provided in the check-in did not exists and the TV did not work. There was a similar network name but the provided password did not work.
Not a deal breaker for a single night to be completely offline but again, it would have been an issue for a longer stay.

Great Place, with a few minor problems
We spent the Christmas holiday here with my mother and our 5 month old and had a great time. The place was clean, well-decorated, and in a great location. The layout is great for two couples or family and common space is pretty separate from sleeping space so kiddos can sleep while the adults are up later. Nice TV and fireplace as well as a nice dining space and bar made it easy for everyone to spend time together. Overall, this was a great place to stay for a ski holiday at Winter Park.
A few things would have made our stay so much better though. The cable cut out regularly. The WiFi/internet didn't work most of the week. And the heat was finicky - we couldn't figure out how to get it to stay at the set temperature. It kept kicking off and the condo would get cold and dry quickly! Trash dumpster is the next building over (we had to call to find it!), so the other guests in this building were piling up trashbags in the stairwells. Finally, there weren't any basics in the kitchen (no salt/pepper, not many pans, etc), which wouldn't be a big deal except that most rentals have these. We left some staple items behind so hopefully the next guests will be able to use them!
