The location is nice.
The breakfast was not good. The beds were both extremely uncomfortable and also very loud cracking noises from them. The children slept on a sofabed that was so old and ruined that it did not flat out completely. The swimming pool is yellow from the water and it ruined our swimming clothes. You could see from the wood and interior that everything is just dated, the only thing signifying that this is a four star hotel is the pricetag. There were still papers from previous guests under the bed, during our entire week stay.

A truly fabulous hotel in an amazing location with lovely, very helpful staff.

The location and most of the facilities were good. Kitchen and housekeeping too. It was clean and fresh
Rooms r too small for a hotel that is not a business but rather vacation oriented. The amenities were not up to the price or the rates. Overall the place is a bit pretentious

Friendly personnel, very good location in front of the sea and in the town. Nice swimming pool on the roof top with very clean water.
A limitation is the lack of place where to dry towels and swimming suits. unfortunately our room was without balcony. one has to pay for mineral water, and no cattle in the room.

The place.
The qualiti of the room et value for the money!

Great Location and very attentive staff. I loved the weekend.
I forgot a couple of items at the hotel, reception staff reached out to me to make me notice and helped by packing the stuff for a courier, that I organised, to pick up and deliver to me the items.
Great place , great and attentive service.
all good

lovely old hotel right across the road from the beach. Lovely breakfast and I enjoyed a lovely dinner. Elegant lounge area where you could sit for a drink .
Nothing all good.

Generally I liked the hotel, a big old grande hotel, well presented and well located. The balcony off the room was a god send given how cramped the room was.
The room was too cramped. It was a single room but it had a queen size double bed in it. Which meant I had to continually side step around the bed. Thank god there was a balcony I could get out onto so I didn't feel so claustrophobic.
Also there was no table of any sort. So I had to put my laptop on top of my suitcase on top of the bed to use it. A bit of a joke I thought given the grande old nature of the hotel.
Also the parking provided was very expensive in relation to the cost of the room.

Breakfast
4.1
Traditional Italian hotel next to the beach.
Seems to be recently refurbished. Clean and
fresh rooms. Very good breakfast.
Our rooms were small - but we knew that
when we booked.
4.1
Breakfast was good (especially nice to sit outside and enjoy it) and proximity to restaurants, train station, and park. Parking was secure.
Rooms and all decor in hotel was dated and uncomfortable. Air conditioning in room did not lower the temperature to temperature selected - it just keep the room slightly cooler than outdoors. Despite all the focus that this property is beachfront, the beach is not included in the hotel and despite having the same name for the beach facilities directly across the street. The staff clearly has to deal with the confusion often as they seem embarrassed to say they cannot help book an umbrella.

Pet friendly, good location, nice spacious room (felt like an apartment)
- It was fine for us, but if you are big built the shower is quite small!
- breakfast buffet if you are not down by 9:30am popular items run out!

The reception and bar staff were great!
We were hoping to sit outside for a cocktail, but it was closed for a private event.

The hotel had a feeling of old-fashioned elegance and we like that. It has a high star rating and was also close to the train station and we were walking so this influenced the choice. The breakfast buffet was lovely and the staff very accomodating as they had to serve it and let us practise our Italian. There were really only Italians there at this time of year and for me that was a definite plus.
Nothing really. There were people staying there who looked like regulars and they were in comfortable groups and this felt good.
4.1
the hotel is by the sea, near lovey restaurants and has a secure car park.
4.1
great central location
common facilities well maintained and look impressive. nice restaurant and super service.
on check out the overdressed reception could not be bothered to do her job in the proper man choosing to huff and puff her way through complaining that it’s to late to as for an itemised bill which is normal practice for business.
she did eventually get there but continued to moan and moan some more.
maybe she should look across the road and see the beggars who clearly have something to complain.
in short I certainly will try other hotels on my next visit in 3 weeks.
very poor show.

Well appointed room with solid balcony with partial view of sea
Bed was a bit too hard

Very cool pool on the roof of the hotel. Good location on beach. Simple but good breakfast. Parking nearby and not too expensive.
It is quite expensive for what you get.

The recepcionist and all the member of the staff were very helpful.

Good selection, nice tastes, overcomes the standard Italian breakfast :)
