It was a nice clean place to sleep in Winter Park.

Loved the proximity to the ditch and skiing

Home was clean and cozy, with beautiful views of the snow. Had to extend my stay and it was super easy with Vacasa. Had one issue with the code not working on the door but called Vacasa and they reset it immediately. Great customer service. Everything at condo was as described.

Thanks for providing this wonderful space. It is a little dated, but it is well kept and very clean. I came up to visit my brother who lives in the area and we shared this space while I was visiting. It served our purposes well. I slept on the Murphy bed and he slept on the sofa bed. The sofa bed needs to be replaced. It sinks and is not comfortable when sitting on it as a sofa. When pulling it out as a bed, the frame is falling apart and does not provide good support. It is difficult to push the frame back in place when the bed is not in use. We ended up placing the mattress on the floor and this worked much better. The plug for the bathtub was not working properly so water did not stay in the tub if you tried to take a soak in the tub, so you are limited to showers. Not an issue for me, but it was helpful for my brother to soak in the hot water after a long day of work. The door did not close and latch very well--another tenant stated that it is the same way for her apartment and presumably the door frame is not straight due to settling of the building--this could use some repair so the door stays shut more easily.
We really enjoyed opening the sliding door to the porch/balcony and sitting out there to enjoy the views of the mountains, both in the mornings and in the evenings. Since the portch is facing east, it is a little sunny in the morning, but you can usually adjust the placement of the chair to make it tolerable.
So overall, the stay was wonderful and it can be made even better if the few maintenance items mentioned were taken care of. I would definitely consider renting this place again in the future.

Decent location in Winter Park, but it would be a long walk to the Main Street. Perfect size for one individual or a couple who are using it only for dinner or sleeping between outdoor excursions. It was clean, but definitely dated and well-used. Couch needs replaced :)

We enjoyed our stay. The murphy bed was uncomfortable, but adding an extra blanket under us helped. The kitchen needs attention; only one cereal bowl, no cooking pots, the dishwasher does not work, and at least one burner on the stove was broken during our stay. I would recommend this cozy room to a friend, just with a few suggestions for making the stay comfier.

This is an older property that has not been updated. We could not get the TV to tune in any channels. Kitchen was lacking in some items. Location is convenient to town, but uphill significantly from Main Street. We were told by a property maintenance person that the fold-out sofa doesn't work. This was not disclosed in the ad.

Simple but effective in doing everything you need to do like if you’re home but much smaller. Awesome view and super close to winter park resort.

Great location. Clean and well kept.

The management group is horrible!!! They gave us the wrong keys and it took multiple calls for someone to answer and the supposed "main" person still hasn't called back. We arrived in town and it took several hours later before we got inside. The directions to find the place was horrible!!! We are up in the area several times a year and will NOT be renting any place with this property management group.
