Not worthy at all. Price are the same or a little bit lower compared to much better hotel just next to it.

Location

Pool is too small and it’s overcrowded- and not very clean. Kids pool is also very small, there is no space for more than 4 kids at a time. In the evening at the bar, you are waiting for 15mins to order drink.

Poor value for money, catering for quantity of guests not quality and compromising to accommodate it

Great gym, open 24 hours and clean. Very responsive when concerns such as no cleaning service all day, happy to fix problem not prevent it in first place though.

Over crowded restaurants, felt like you were fighting to get your breakfast or dinner. Poor quality food on the buffet catering for quantity not quality. Pool was dirty, plasters, debris on the bottom. Dining room was also dirty, superficial cleaning is done between table occupants of the furniture and floors. Zero room service, had to chase up the cleaners and they gave us one tea bag for 3 people in a room , seriously stingy.

Ужасные завтраки, не вкусная яда. Отсутствуют фрукты, рыба, мясные изделия. Грязные номера (туалет, зеркала, телевизор, балконные двери). Очень плохая шумоизоляция в номерах, слышно соседей, слышно водные скутеры, лодки. Отсутствие зубной пасты, каждый раз приходилось звонить и просить чтобы принесли. Отсутствие ежедневной уборки в номере. Платная вода, не более четырёх бутылок в день, хотя во всех отелях ОАЭ она предоставляет всегда бесплатно и в неограниченном количестве.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Staff were nice and courteous and the facilities were excellent.

The lake that the hotel calls sea.. there aren’t any waves and the water doesn’t move. there is moss growing at the bottom of the lake!!

Overall Good except the Juices!

It was a good experience overall. It was my 2nd time and it was fully booked both times. Staff were really nice. Quite spacious breakfast hall. They should add few water slides. Liked the coffee machines at the breakfast.

I asked for interconnected rooms even 3 weeks prior to stay but it wasn't provided. There should've been more options in the breakfast. Also, fresh juices weren't really fresh. Those were powdered juices.

Excellent stay

The staff and Facilities were good, staff at the front office, Mohamed Araby, Hares, Mohamed HAssablah, Ethar, and staff at Breakfast, Manoj, Habiba, and Kabita, all staff were very helpful and provided service always with nice smiles. Breakfast was good and had varieties.

Dinner Buffet needs to have more varieties.

Beautiful hotel and location.

I make booking in advance lik 4 days early and I request for special lik to do little special for my partner room decorated nd cake etc but nothing was ready and while check in receptions not evn informed me it’s not done so Dtz make me littl upsad for me it was ok hotel could charge me for cake and decorations things . Evn we wait for long time to gt room . But they give us late check out that was good . Any way Thankyou to all Hampton staff . And food was good

Great location for a short holiday trip

Overall infrastructure is very good. Covered parking is definitely a differentiating factor in summer days. Rooms are new and very well equipped.

Organisation of the queue for breakfast - in peak times staff could simply hold the queue until available seats instead of just letting guests roam around and fight for seats, causing discomfort and unnecessary argument. Prices of food and drinks are a bit too high for those who do not purchase full board. They could also have food service at beach.

The beach is very rough small grind pebble, it is not sand. It feels like it was not cleaned properly after construction and the cement and other stones remained on the beach and ocean bottom

Comfy, cleanliness, balcony sea view. However disappointed with the pool timings.

Comfy room, and the view from balcony to the endless sea view was superb. However, new hotel construction is going to start, may be this view won't last more.

Pool was overcrowded and closed at 6.30PM and opens at around 8.30AM which was disappointed. If the pool was open till 8PM, my child could enjoy a little bit. However, respect the authority rules, but this needs to be informed to the authority as well. It's a concern my customers.

Loved our stay. Rooms are small but comfy, view is nice and they had nice enetertainment for the guests.

Staff was friendly and made our life easier specially the duty manager Mahmoud.

Simple furniture, clean and has many entertainment and restaurants. Also i liked the food and beverage truck on the beach.

Great Staff Will Be Back.

Staff are excellent we got a room upgrade as we had a room on the first floor which was a bit noisy being close to the pool. The supervisor at reception sorry I didn’t get her name looked after us very well thank you. Also a shout out to Nieela in house keeping I lost my ring and she found it thank you so much. Food was ok a bit of the same everyday pool is not that big it was quite busy but there is a nice beach will definitely be back.

Nothing much to dislike would be nice if there was salmon or prawns in the restaurant seemed to be mainly pasta and beef and it would be nice if you could get your own soft drinks rather than queuing as there’s only one small bar and when it’s busy, it can take 10 to 15 minutes to get a drink.
