Very good but had to leave 2 days early for personal reasons

Good location, beach in walking distance and shops nearby.

Blinds in conservatory need changing as quite stained.

Beautiful location and house just needed a few basics :)

Location was perfect and the games box was pleasant. nice tidy good sized property and host was great.

Sky went off on our last day so had no television to watch but I didn’t contact host. Could not get microwave or oven to work so ended up eating out a lot. Couch was not very comfortable and there was very little cleaning supplies provided such as cloths, tea towels and a disinfectant.

location and comfort of the cottage was exceptional

couldnt access the sun umbrella, it was locked away in an outside cupboard and we couldnt find the key.

dog friendly - good location - clean and attractive, cosy and comfortable.

there is nothing really we disliked about property …unfortunately shower not working, just a small thing to mention. Heating didn’t come on til early hours, so felt a bit chilly when we got home early evening and before going to bed. Unfortunately the Booking company gave us a different key safe number so couldn’t get into property on arrival. couldn’t get through to Booking.com but as luck would have it an email arrived after an hour with a number that gave us access.

Very quiet, relaxing, comfortable stay.

Very nicely furnished and comfortable property.

There was some litter in the main bedroom - a discarded crisp packet and medication container, which had clearly been missed by the cleaners so that was slightly disappointing.

Lovely stay, convenient location, would return

visiting in laws, so perfect location. Well equipped, everything we needed

Having never used a digital induction hob before, instruction manual would have been useful Thank goodness for youtube videos!! As the weather warmed up considerably while we were there, it would have been handy to have been able to control the heating

The cottage

The cottage was good near shops, sea, pubs and places to eat.

A smoke alarm was making noises for nearly a day. It disturbed our first night sleep. The bed was hard so woke up with a bad back. No instructions for hob

Winter break

Great location ,Lovely cottage, great garden for my dog with a lovely park across the road with access to the beach front in 10 mins walk.

As it was winter, just wish the heating had been on before we arrived, apart from that lovely cottage, looking forward to next year

Great except the beginning

The Keys were a major problem we got zero response from the host and all we needed was the lockbox key code. O messages and called multiple times during the day and after a 5 hour drive we access was delayed by an hour because the host did not provide the key details. I shall therefore not book this accommodation again.

Could be a special place to stay, great location.

Comfortable relaxing sitting room area, great location, nicely laid out, well equipped and modern kitchen. Overall a nice looking property.

First impression was poor. The postcode on the Booking.com confirmation was incorrect to start with. The front door was dirty with dried on dirt, and the outside light didn’t work. We didn’t sleep well at all as the beds were very uncomfortable. However the main reason we have rated this Cottage so low is due to the Host being unresponsive and a possible fire risk. We couldn’t use the dining area to eat or have access to the outside space because the key was missing to open the conservatory door. This left just the front door as an exit in the event of a fire/emergency. We expected a spare key to be dropped by but it didn’t happen. The Host ignored our voicemail and text even though these were listed as the best way to get hold of the Host. Although there was one exchange of messages via Booking.com the issue was still unresolved and the Host ignored the last message. The Cottage was a little smelly when we arrived, which we think was down to either a dirty mop or dirty water as the living room floor was still wet from being washed. Thankfully we had room fragrance with us. The guest guide booklet needs more information/updating. On a positive note the Cottage is located very close to the beach, it has great off road parking and if the issues were resolved this would be a really great place to stay.

It was lovely and very clean property on arrival there was towels tea coffee so happy me , cannot fault it , the only thing I would suggest is just put locks on cupboards my little one had everything out lol 😂

Nothing at all ( no tv in bedroom) so I had to sit with my husband in room 😂

Lovely holiday home

The property was clean, tidy and all rooms were spacious and comfortable. The outside areas were really nice to sit for drinks or a meal and our dog loved it. The beds are very comfortable and it is in a quiet area a short walk to the beach, restaurants and activities.
