The bed was so uncomfortable for me. The shower was old tub with shower curtain you couldn’t get away from. There was no dishwasher.

Absolutely beautiful property in a lovely town. Landscaping was phenomenal with a very securely fenced in backyard for our dogs. Everything you could ever need during a stay was provided by the hosts. Interior of the home was VERY clean - fridge was spotless, bathroom fixtures looked brand new, no fears about using anything there. Beds were very comfortable as well, and the blackout curtains ensured late morning starts.
Can’t say enough positive things - if we ever come back to Aiken, this is where we would stay without a doubt.

We stayed here on our visit to Aiken for a horse show and this place was perfection. Quaint, comfortable, super accommodating host. There was literally everything and more available for our comfort and enjoyment. True southern hospitality. And we were able to bring our fur baby. Everything is fenced in a great walking neighborhood! A+++

The house was perfect for our trip to Aiken. It had everything we needed, and the extras (flowers, wine, dog treats) just put it over the top. Will definitely book again.

The host has coordinated decor and amenities to make you feel that this is your home away from home when visiting Aiken. For sure this is a stellar host who has thoughtfully anticipated the needs of her guests. The house is beautifully decorated and reflects the charm of the cottage. We can't stop talking about the quality of the mattresses and the beautiful linens. Getting a good nights sleep is always a quality indicator for us. We also enjoyed being outside in the spacious back yard with a grill, dining area and outdoor heater. The location of the property is private and quiet. One word to sum up our experience would be "comfort". We would definitely rent the property again. Host was also excellent in communicating.

Adorable cottage, in a very convenient location with so many thoughtful details to make a stay easy and comfortable. Having a fenced-in yard to enjoy with our dog while we were away from home was a real treat. Highly recommend! The property owner is wonderful to work with - she's thought of everything! We'd love to return.

This is our second year renting this property for a week while horse showing at Bruce's field, and once again it didn't disappoint! Awesome location, only a short walk into town and short drive to the horse show. The house is super cozy with everything you need and a great outdoor space! The host Cindy is also great and easy to get in contact with if necessary.
Would highly recommend this property if you are there for a horse show or just looking for a peaceful getaway. We hope to be back in the future!

The description and pictures are accurate, the house is clean and nicely decorated. You’re welcomed to the house with fresh flowers, wine, and coffee beans on the dining room table. The kitchen was stocked with basic needs and then some, the bathroom also had soap and shampoo/conditioner available. Everything you needed Cyndi thought of and provided. We didn’t use it but the backyard was nice and spacious. It was truly enjoyable staying there.

Great time in Aiken for Masters trip!
Four friends stayed at the house for four nights. Although a bit tight as one of us had to sleep on the sofa and there was only one bathroom, it was super clean, comfortable and a great location. Thanks so much!

Charming cottage with special touches
A charming cottage with many special touches - from plentiful supplies of soft towels and the softest bedding to food and water bowls for the dog, this cottage made our family feel at home. Cindy was beyond gracious. We enjoyed walking in the lovely neighborhood and into town to get croissants. A wonderful place to stay!

Awesome, Quaint Spot near Downtown Aiken
Loved this property from the start, even before we set foot at the house! The host, Cindy, was incredibly communicative and helpful from the start, letting us know when we could check in on the first day.
Sometimes you wonder if the place you pick online really stacks up to the pictures. I have to say this house actually is even better than the pictures make it look to be. Super cute with everything you need. Beds were incredibly comfortable along with couch and space in living area. The kitchen is small but perfect, we cooked a few nights and made breakfast and coffee every morning. The outdoor space was awesome...loved the lighting, heater and grill. We spent many evenings out there just taking things in, we also brought our dog who had plenty of space to roam and run around. We love the outdoors and this was certainly a spot to enjoy it!
Everything was in great condition. Being at a horse show I had to do some laundry and washer/dryer are top notch....even better than ours! Cindy says in the house material that she wants it to be a super easy stay with most amenities provided. I have to say she goes above and beyond with providing paper products, soap, and various amenities so you don't have to worry about it. Makes a huge difference, especially when driving in immediately to early horse show mornings and busy days!
Absolutely LOVED the location! Walked into town a few nights for dinner and were 2-3 minutes from Bruce's field where I was horse showing. Quiet street but close to so much, so was wonderful! Last thing I'll say is that myself and my husband were both working while we were there and never had one issue with internet or anything. Definitely important for us!
We will most likely be back to Aiken in the future and will look to book this house first! I can't recommend it more, but on top of that the host went above and beyond! We had no issues but I know if we did that Cindy would be a call or text away. We were welcomed with fresh flowers (my favorite), wine and coffee when we arrived...even a pumpkin out front with Halloween almost there! Highly recommend as a quaint and beautiful spot near downtown Aiken!

Horse riding weekend
The whole processing of renting this property was easy. We got in late Thursday night and no problems getting in the house. When we walked in, I noticed all the little touches like flowers that made the house feel so comfy and inviting. Everything we needed was provided. The house was super clean and perfect for a family of four with a dog. I can’t wait to come back to Aiken and stay in this house. It was very convenient to everything in town and to the horse show my daughter was riding in that weekend. Definitely recommend this place to stay if you are traveling to Aiken.

Perfectly charming home!
You will LOVE this adorable home in the best location in Aiken. This sweet place is centrally located to everything. You can easily walk to the beautiful downtown restaurants or Hitchcock Woods. The main Whiskey Road shopping is a few minutes drive.
Cindy has thought of every detail. The beds are so comfortable! We had 5 adults and 2 Frenchies and even with one bathroom we felt like we're had plenty of room.
There are so many small touches including fresh coffee beans, laundry supplies, toiletries, and she even surprised us with fresh flowers, snacks and a bottle of wine which was amazing after our 9 hour drive!!
One of the best things is the fenced, private and inviting backyard. Our dogs were m heaven!! We loved the beautiful Edison lighting and the cozy warmth of the propane lamp.
We will definitely book this fantastic home next time we're in town!
