Recently renovated efficiency condo on the golf course. Short walk to great dining. The condo has everything needed for a relaxing Edisto getaway. Can sleep up to 3 with a Queen bed and a chair that pulls out to a small single. There is also a twin blow up mattress. Large deck for added outdoor space. The walk to the beach takes about 15 minutes. Short walking distance to the Water’s Edge Coffee shop and bike rentals.

I wasn't going to review, But it kept asking....There was a used water bottle and makeup covered towel in the R.R., we thought someone was in the room....Towels in the dryer (Glad I looked) and the floors are very dirty (Black Feet) I am an old Flight attendant so I am keen on stuff, also it took 40 minutes to find the unit, the new color was one thing but the guard couldn't find it, add the Bed is awful, we left a day early :( However, The Location is great, and the unit is very effcient for it's size :)

We were impressed by how nice the property is and how well it worked even though it is small. Setting was nice but was slightly marred by some necessary infrastructure repairs nearby. Otherwise it was just as we had hoped.

Great place to stay – three nights – very convenient location – was able to walk to the beach. We ate out every meal – Celebrating anniversary and son-in-law‘s 30th Birthday. Perfect for two or three people.

The property is small but suited our needs just fine. We had a rough start to the stay as when we arrived the unit was not clean and smelled like smoke, however Matt was very responsive! He had the unit cleaned while we went to dinner and even gave us a partial refund for the trouble. It is right on the golf course and very close to the beach, although a bit far to walk. We love the area and would stay again

Bed slept great! Could have been a smidge cleaner-fan blades for ex. Bathroom fixtures needed cleaning or a coat of paint. Deck furn and cushions were hardly usuable. Overall it was a nice stay

This was the perfect spot for a quick weekend trip to hunt shells. The seaside cottage decor is adorable and serene. I found that the location nestled in the mature, older growth trees with a view of the golf course was tranquil even on the overcast, drizzly, and super-windy winter weekend. The place met all my needs, and the price was fantastic. The Host was amazing, SUPER responsive, and incredibly friendly. The Internet went down on my first night, and I texted Matt who responded within a few minutes and went on to work on the issue for me virtually until he had my confirmation by phone/text that it was fixed. I was so appreciative. I plan to return for another stay along with checking out Matt's two other Edisto Properties. I highly recommend!

The condo studio was super comfy and quaint, made us feel at home. It had all the necessary amenities, great location and in very good condition. We were able to organize an early check-in, since the timing was right and Matt was quick to respond. We had no issues during our stay.

We absolutely loved the location and the condo. We were met shortly after we checked in by 3 local deer off of the back porch. Everything we needed for the couple of days was right at our fingertips. We ate great seafood, especially the she crab soup; and had so much fun relaxing, with a little jetskiing thrown in for good measure. Highly recommend!

My husband and I have a very busy and full life. For our anniversary we chose to go to Edisto for its beautiful scenery and peacefulness. The condo was just right for our 1 night, 2 day stay. It was homey, and comfortable in a nice resort area.
