I have never felt so at home in a place that was not my home. We were there with our dogs to celebrate my daughter's 30th birthday. Many walks by the Yellowstone River, fun evenings by the fire pit, relaxing in the hot tub, all wonderful. The bedrooms were very comfortable, kitchen very well equipped, lots of bright airy space. We will be back!

We stayed here while in Livingston for a wedding. The location is great, the house was very clean and well stocked if you are inclined to cook during your stay. Checking in and out was a breeze and the manager was very responsive to any questions we had. A bonus was the cruiser bikes we used to pedal around town. We would love to stay here again.

We stayed at the house for 10 days in May for my daughter's wedding. The house is great and has everything you could imagine needing. We felt like we were in our own home which was so nice. The house is in a great location for you to walk into town and the park as well as being close to Yellowstone. I highly recommend the house and will be staying there again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Check in and out was a breeze and the property manager was great! We enjoyed the backyard area and the location so close to the park and the river for some fun swimming with our dogs! This home was about an hour away from Yellowstone, making our morning commute tot he park quick and easy. The home itself was full of character and is the most well stocked location we have ever stayed at! Thank you for an amazing experience- we would be happy to come again!

THIS was the most well stocked vacation rental that we have EVER used, we literally arrived and just started “living”! It instantly felt like home! Normally as soon as we arrive, we need to go right out and buy toilet paper, laundry detergent, ear swabs, dish washer soap, etc, but HERE, they ALREADY HAD EVERYTHING; it truly WAS a vacation from ALL of that! They had everything that you needed to cook in the kitchen, even sandwich baggies, plastic wrap and foil!! Thank you!❤️ Our family of 8 loved it, and the hot tub was a bonus!🥰

Before we even started our trip we needed to adjust how many people were staying at the property and the host responded really quickly changing our reservation. The property was exactly as pictured and we were pleasantly surprised by how well stocked the house was. The host notified us the night prior to checking in of any information needed for the property, and the night prior to check out what was expected before leaving the premises. Overall we had a great stay.

This was one of the best vacation house experiences we’ve had! The house is so well stocked with everything you might need. The host is quick to respond to any questions. Great location. They even had some toys in a toy box! My kids were thrilled. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a spacious, family friendly property in Livingston.

We rented this property for a group of three couples and it was a great layout and size for all of us. The house has a lot of charm and is very nicely maintained. All the details of the property and procedures were clearly outlined as well. It’s in a great location near both downtown and the interstate. Would definitely recommend for larger groups or a family.

This is a lovely home and well appointed We enjoyed our time with family in Livingston. Great location.
I was disappointed in the attention given to the rental prior to our arrival.
House rules/ handbook needs updating, if you follow the directions given to locate things like a router or remotes etc items could not be found in location given.
Main TV connectivity was not functioning when we arrived but when we called the host the next morning her husband came over promptly and fixed the issue. Thank you.
Gas fireplace was not functioning and hosts husband also got it up and running for us. Thank you.
Light bulbs were out in dining area so we bought some bulbs and replaced.
Main bathroom/shower tub did not drain and cold water handle kept falling off so we all had to share the shower on main floor in laundry room near kitchen. This laundry/bathroom off the kitchen had sewage smell our entire stay.
We paid a hefty pet fee so our daughter could bring her small dog over for a few days to visit us. The fenced in yard where the hot tub is located had many piles of pet waste from previous renter that we had to tend to upon our arrival so we could enjoy the hot tub area.
Lovely robes for use in hot tub area but clearly weren’t checked for cleanliness upon our arrival bc the one in our bedroom closet had a large orange soil on the lapel. And on and on…
After I shared some of this feedback to host prior to our departure there was no accountability on the hosts part and no apology for the inconveniences.
If the home had be given a thorough inspection before the next renter came a lot of these issues would have been resolved prior to our arrival and would have made for a lovely stay.

This was such a cute house and well stocked with everything you may need. We were only there for one night and had issues with the fire pit and hot tub losing temperature, but the host was responsive about the issues and we weren’t there long enough to really care. Overall, a great experience and a nice location in town. Walkable (10-15 minutes) to lots of shops and restaurants.

Great Location in Livingston
We really enjoyed our stay in Livingston and look forward to coming back. The house was very clean and comfortable and was well equipped with kitchen and linen needs. I wish we had the opportunity to enjoy the bikes, but time and weather just didn't work out. The neighborhood was fantastic. Communication with Nicole was quick and easy. She quickly answered my questions even during off hours. I would recommend this place to anyone and look forward to returning.
