Best breakfast in the city
4.1
the location is perfect and the facilities are nice. the room is very clean and has the free desserts in the room too. you can have views of the city too.
everything is good except the price is very high during the Christmas season, I would say the same standard in Paris or Brussels can be 30% cheaper.
4.1
Clean, safe, fabulous breakfast, helpful staff, gym, reliable hot water, good location!
One of the lights was broken, would have been nice to have the 2 beds joined as I booked as a single guest
4.1
Great staff and central location in TLV. Because of construction right outside, it is not the nicest view but it was fine as we didn't spend that much time in the hotel.
Breakfast was lovely! You get a standard fixed-menu (4-5 items that don't change) and you get a buffet. Everything was delicious although I wish the pre-fixed menu had a little bit more variety. If you order, order the Shakshuka, it's pretty good!
It was so hot in TLV in July that the room had blackouts every now and then and the AC will stop working for 30-40 minutes, so that was unpleasant but it wasn't the hotels fault per-say as the whole street had the blackouts apparently.

Very helpful people at the reception. Nice rooms and close to the beach

We had an early flight on the first day and midnight flight on the departure. Check-in and -out were super easy and supported by the staff. We could even have a shower after checking-out, so the last day could be spent on the beach for our maximum comfort.
The main street in front is under construction, but that also means there is no traffic, which is a plus.

The hotel is ideally located, being only a few minutes from the waterfront and within walking distance to many of the city's highlights.
The breakfast on offer was one of the best i've ever had in a hotel (in the 60+ countries i've traveled to), there were plenty of healthy and tasty options with a local flare (including Shakshuka on demand), we really wish other hotels could offer something comparable.
After our late night arrival, we were relieved to have arrived to our room, only to realise shortly afterwards (by way of jack hammering sounds), that our 1st floor room was only metres away from where a new metro/tram is being built. The construction works was happening almost every night of the week (and only commenced at night). After pleading with the reception for a different room, we were relieved to have been offered a room (albeit a much more economical/smaller one) on the other side of the building where the works were hardly audible. We considered ourselves lucky, as the majority of the hotel's rooms are facing the noisy street.
We expected the hotel to have given us some sort of heads up of these construction works, rather than just give us a nasty surprise when we had arrived after a long journey (having to then repack our belongings and then plead for a different room which ended up being tiny).

The location is perfect, 5 mins of walk from the beach. Rooms were tidy and well-equipped. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and kind at all times.
The AC was pretty loud.

the cleaness and the seroundings
4.1
The location is good. Breakfast was great.
The room was not clean enough. We had to ask 3 times for the baby ben that was part of the reservation. It took the water in the shower 15 minutes to warm up. It's all a little disappointing since this is not a cheap hotel.
4.1
It is a very nice, modern hotel in the city center, 5 minutes from the beach. The personel is outstanding. They are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is offering some nice freebies like a cup of coffee or a glass of local wine. Very satisfying experience.

Very nice hotel, it has great location (is very close to the beach & promenade, close to Rotschild boulverd and 30 minutes of walking to old city - the wonderful old Jaffa), excellent breakfast. Also, there is 24 hours available coffee in the hotel lobby, as well as free bikes. The terrace from the 11th floor offers a great view of the city. The staff was very friendly and helped us a lot with very useful information.
Very good choice for Tel Aviv, highly recommend it!
- the TV from the room was not smart

Staff were extremely helpful, polite & courteous. Loved the complimentary coffee & tea.
Getting into door with room key was always glitchy.
4.1
The hotel is in an excellent location, a very short walk from the beach, coffee shops, restaurants, stores. It's about 3 short blocks from the sea, just tucked in a couple of blocks from the main strip, which is nice because you're a bit removed from the noise and hustle and bustle of the boardwalk, but you can walk there in about 5 min. It's clean, modern and comfortable and a great 'home base' for exploring the city. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. We had a sea view, which was nice. It's over buildings, but still you can see the water from the room.
They could use a few more amenities in the rooms, like a hair dryer, Kleenex, and maybe a few more toiletry products. Also there's currently major construction on the street as they're building a new train system, so it's very dirty and noisy outside, and one night of our stay they were doing construction work through the night which was loud and made it difficult to sleep. They have a little coffee bar in the lobby with coffee and water, but a few little cookies or treats would have been a nice extra touch.
4.1
Fabulous location, really enjoyed the coffee bar, a nice touch.
Bikes available, also beach towels.
A quick walk from the beach and perfectly located
Ordered a double bed, but its two singles, always a bit odd with the gap in the middle, but that is our only negative, everything else was fantastic
4.1
Great breakfast, really nice location, very central and walkable distance from main sights
Construction happening on the road right in front - not hotel's fault but it was indeed not so good.
4.1
The location made it very easy to get to the beach and the room was very close to what was pictured on the website. There was a large window which you could open for fresh air and the air conditioning could be adjusted from within the room
The bathroom was very small - the door didnt open all the way due to the size. The desk had a few stains from wear but nothing major. Bed was okay in terms of comfort.
4.1
clean, modern, comfortable, awesome breakfast, perfect location to explore Tel Aviv!
