About this house rental

Our home is located in the historic neighborhood, Old Seminary Square, in NKY . We are conveniently located app 20minutes from CVG Airport and Cincinnati ! We are conveniently located near Cincinnati Zoo, Great American Ball Park, Cincinnati Art Museum, and History Museum , and many other venues! We are within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The suite is the entire first floor, in our historic home! We do provide a large air mattress, if you have more than two guests. There is also a couch that guests are welcome to sleep on. We have one king size bed in the bedroom, with a door, for privacy.

This place was great! Clean, comfy and the hosts were flexible. Easy to get to and close enough to downtown Cincinnati. We would book again when we return to the area.

Honestly, this place is even better than pictured and described! The furnishings and space is lovely. The kitchen had everything I needed, there were lots of extra blankets and pillows for snuggling on the couch and the bathroom had enough fluffy towels for a large group. There’s a washer and dryer in the kitchen so I didn’t even have to travel home with dirty laundry. Sharon and Brandon are thoughtful hosts who are delightful to visit with. Their back yard is an oasis full of beautiful flowers, bunnies and even ducks! My service dog enjoyed downtime in the yard attempting to befriend the ducks while I sipped coffee and admired the landscaping.

I brought my wife and two kids (age 9 & 10) to the Cincinnati area to visit family. The last time I was in the area I spent some time in Covington And loved it so I was looking to find a place to stay in Covington this time. I was so happy to find this place. It’s a lovely home in a beautiful neighborhood that is walking distance from downtown Cincinnati. My family and I loved the historic neighborhood and spent a couple of days exploring the area, including walking from our place to a Reds game, which was one of the highlights of our trip The hosts are fantastic and my boys especially loved being able to interact with the ducks and the bunnies that she had. I would highly recommend staying here and I plan to visit again with my family soon.

We loved our time at Brandon & Sharon’s! Their home is beautiful and the location was perfect for walking to the ballpark. As hosts, Brandon and Sharon were super hospitable and attentive, and the home was incredibly well appointed. They even had a few treats at the home for us to enjoy which was such a nice touch. We felt very much at home and hope to return soon!

The urban space, just off a main road, is quiet, refreshing and private. We loved the interior: decor, layout, and comfort. The garden, animal habitats, and animals were most enjoyable. Great hospitality upon arrival.

Property was very clean, great communication with owners, and exactly as described. Definitely exceeded my expectations. Rabbits/ducks were a nice touch as I had a child traveling with me. Would 100% recommend and I will be staying here every time I'm in Cincinnati for a Bengals or Reds game.

The property is just as described and more. Will be our go to when we are coming to the city. The property is beautifully decorated and welcoming. Everything you may need is available. The hosts are kind and respond quickly to any question you may have. You don't feel like you are in town as they have made such wonderful use of their yard with bunnies and ducks. Was a perfect weekend and just what my husband and I needed.

We really had a lovely stay! Our daughter attends Xavier and this was such a close place stay, much nicer than a hotel room. We loved this historic area and the owners were so sweet! Looking forward to staying again in the future!

This property was close to all of our activities in Cincinnati and Newport. The house itself was very nice and clean. The outside was absolutely beautiful and was a great place to take pictures. There’s ducks that like to roam the backyard but they’re friendly and won’t bother you. I would definitely stay here again if we ever came back!

Walking distance to shopping/restaurants. Big clean space and friendly owner. Lots of supplies and outdoor space, if you have time to take advantage. Will return, next time we're headed this way.

Everything about our stay was perfect! The property is located near absolutely everything and just a short walk to bars, restaurants, and entertainment. Sharon is very sweet and has a beautiful backyard for you to enjoy along with her ducks and rabbits. Clean, easy, and relaxing are the key words here and we would stay again in a heartbeat.

This was a charming house that my husband and I enjoyed staying at for a long weekend trip. When we entered there were snacks left on the table for us to enjoy and a gift card to the Dairy Queen. The house was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the fish tank and feeding them daily. The rabbits and ducks in the back yard are so cute to visit and watch playing. The location is close to several attractions and close to a main highway. We enjoyed coming in at night and watching movies on tv. The hosts are very friendly and have lots of helpful info to make your stay better. We will definitely stay here again when we visit the Covington/Cincinnati area again.

Ducks and bunnies in the yard are a nice bonus to this property. The apartment is clean and convenient to downtown Cincinnati. If anything is needed, the owners live above you.

Everything was so easy and straightforward. Any questions were answered quickly and they were available during the stay if we needed. The garden space is gorgeous and very relaxing to sit in. They have ducks which were so cute and we loved watching them! Space was clean and very nice! Overall we were super happy with our stay and would recommend this location!

My wife and I decided to take a last minute trip to celebrate our anniversary. The location was perfect and so close to downtown Cincinnati. Brandon and Sharon were extremely accommodating and so pleasant. The rental had soaring ceilings, an amazing fishtank, bubbling fountain and a beautiful garden. We loved our short time here and will stay again if we travel this way in the future.

Wonderful stay! Good location close to downtown Covington and the expressways. Instructions for check in were easy and overall beautiful place to stay. Perfect for our weekend trip to the racetrack!

Super close to Mainstrausse Village, Newport and Cincinnati. Clean, spacious, all amenities needed and super kind people. The ducks and rabbits added an extra something special along with their eclectic green space back yard.

This place was unbelievably homey. I can’t even begin to say all the things I love about this place. I was comfortable, the shower actually had nice water pressure, the bed was comfy, the hosts were welcoming, not outrageously priced, it was a great location… I highly recommend.

Sharon was an amazing host. She answered all my questions very quickly. The unit was very clean and spacious. We loved the decor. This was the perfect location for those going to Riverbend Music Center. The drive to the concert was quick and easy. We would definitely stay again.

Was our first experience staying in a town house. There's plenty of room and was nice and clean. The backyard was lovely! Sharon made us feel right at home.
