Logement bien situé, Accueil exceptionnel

L'accueil est exceptionnel, le personnel est vraiment au petit soin, soucieux de toujours nous faire plaisir.

le petit déjeuner n'est pas sous forme de buffet, il faut sélectionner la veille ce que l'on souhaite manger.

I would recommend this accommodation.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast that was included with our package was a great value. The accommodations, while not directly in the heart of the action, were a healthy walking distance to the Caldera, which is the heart of the restaurant and shops area, and public transportation.

The bathroom space could be improved upon.

Excellent place to stay!

One of the nicest places we've ever stayed. Wonderful people working there who are extremely helpful. Great location just a few minutes walk from the centre of Fira. Lovely room which was spotless. Will hopefully get to visit again in the future!

Beautiful accommodation with a reasonable price in great location.

Amazing accommodation, very clean and comfortable. Good location and reasonable price. Nice little swimming pool to use with sun beds. Was next to a nice pool club with fancy daybeds and good food and drinks.

There was no place to get drinks whilst by the pool. The location was great but the 10 minute walk into Fira was tiring as it was on quite an incline - not a fault of the hotel, this was the same across most of the island.

The staff were super friendly and accommodating- we arrived late for check in and there were no issues, they also were informative and provided us coffee in the morning! The room was very well sized, bed was comfy and balcony was cute.

Beautiful accommodation very close to town with a wonderful owner!

Georgia was so wonderful! A very helpful person with everything. Location was a short 10-min walk to everything. It's uphill going into town but to be expected for Santorini. Also the view of the sunrise was amazing. I highly recommend this place and would totally stay here again! Great experience!

Really good place to stay with nice bedding, lovely staff and a fair location.

The bedding was really nice - clean with that new unused feeling ! The room was spacious with a small balcony. The bathroom was also spacious & the water was good pressure and nice & hot. The staff were lovely & very helpful ! Gave some great touristy ideas upon arrival :-)

Only thing I could pick on is the shower curtain - the shower water seeps out/under it no matter what you do so the tiled area outside the shower becomes a little bit flooded & slippery.

Wonderful staff and nice place altogether

Staff was really nice and helpful with tours, suggestions and any information we needed. Breakfast was really complete and can be chosen every day. Rooms are comfortable and the location is quite central but still quiet.

We had a heater and cups but no teas or instant coffee to prepare with it. It would have been nice.

Fabulous place, fabulous staff

Convenient and quiet location, generous room size with all the amenities you need (including a decent hairdryer!), friendly and helpful staff - Georgia is an absolute star!!

We thought we requested a twin room and got a double so we used the sofa bed as a separate bed to the double, which understandably wasn't as comfortable. Also, some of the room doors were heavy / hard to shut which caused noise, sometimes when trying to sleep.

Great stay

Nice room, excellent pool. Location is excellent, away from the noise of the caldera. Walk the laneways instead of the road to Centro.

The staff were so kind & friendly. My room was very comfortable & spacious. The pool was really nice. Refreshing after exploring for the day. The breakfast was also good in the morning. It’s a short walk to Fira. About 10 minutes. It’s more peaceful being a little further from the heart of Fira.

Water pressure/temperature in the shower. I decided to splurge on a spa room & the water pressure was not strong. It took an hour & a half to fill up to use the spa jets.

booked private suite with private pool but there was no separation for pool.Guests from other rooms were using our pool. Pool was not clean.Only good was the service from both ladies at reception.

Wonderful Hotel, great staff, great location

We had a great stay at the Alizea hotel in Fira. the location is amazing just a short walk to the main strip (around 5-7 mins) and there is an amazing winery just a 2 min walk from here that has an wonderful courtyard restaurant - well worth a visit. Despina, Georgia and the team at Alizea are really wonderful too, super friendly spoke great english and really helpful, they will sort out any transfers or trips for you and will help with any queries / recommendations too! our room itself was really lovely, a good size with super comfy bed and pillows. The view from our balcony was not amazing but that didn't matter as we didn't spend much time here. The facilities in the room and bathroom were really good and clean. I would recommend you to buy some bottles of water, there is a fridge in the room that you can store this in. The pool area is also really nice, with a good sized pool and comfortable sunbeds. Overall we were thrilled with the hotel and would definitely book this again.
