Exceptional, best location for trips around Chania

Staff is exceptionally friendly, he gave us a lot information about the city and the whole island. He takes his time so you can feel comfortable on your vacation. The breakfast is very good on the best location possible, in the city centre with the view on the small port. The rooms are comfortable and big enough with good air conditioning.

Our stay was incredibly welcoming and comfortable! Our host, Alex, was both kind and helpful.

The location was safe and perfect! Right next to numerous shops and delicious restaurants. Our host, Alex, sat with us and mapped out our entire stay in Crete! Thanks to him, we experienced the most beautiful beach we have ever seen in our lives.

The shower was tiny and did not have a door.

Exceptional

Perfect place to stay in Chania We really enjoyed our time in Kastelli Suites, host was very welcoming and helpful. He suggested great places and activites to visit and how to get there, also did recommend few very nice restaurants with locale food and answered all questions we had. The apartment was great and was cleaned every day. It had everything we needed and we would recommend it with no hesitation

We fell in love with the town and its history.

The bougainvillea covered the archway into the small courtyard that lead to our room. The room was comfortable, cool and clean. Alex was very helpful with restaurant recommendations.

I have no hesitation of recommending these apartments.

The property was ideal situated and very well equipped. The location was in a very quiet area and easily located. Out host was amazing. Always at hand and most helpful. On out last day he allowed us to remain in the apartment until evening as we had a late flight.

If I had a negative, the bed was creaking quite a lot.

Wonderful apartment, clean, great location, lovely owners

Wonderful apartment, super clean, very central, in a lovely quiet courtyard and lots of little places to get a morning coffee nearby. There is parking very close by. Owner Alex is very friendly and helpful and has lots of great tips about the best things to do in the area. They also kindly left us drinks in the fridge for when we arrived. We had a fantastic time and I highly recommend this apartment

We came as guests and left as friends.

Incredibly friendly and warm service from Mr Alexis. All requests handled with pleasure. Honestly you won’t find a nicer host in the true spirit of Greek Filoxenia (google the term!). Location close to old port, LOTS of restaurants and tavernas nearby!

Eventually we had to check out and leave!

A wonderful stay indeed.

A beautiful apt on ideal location. Host is wonderful, helpful and kind… a restored family home they are so proud of, and it shows.

Water pump is a bit noisy, but only on when in use, so not a big deal at all.

Amazing host - Great location - Adorable property

Location was perfect. walking distance everywhere but still to sleep away from the noise. Alex is a wonderful host. late check in? not a problem. rented a car and need parking? not a problem we had water and other type of drinks in the room, very thoughtful of him since we drove from heraklio a late at night. he was always available to make our stay a memorable one. the room and property in general are on good condition. this is not modern, quite the opposite, you step back in time and it becomes the best experience ever! Room/suite was very comfortable I’d recommend kasteli suites and would definitely stay here again!

everything was very good. I am used to more pillows and Alex provided them right away. all you gotta do is ask :)

Pleasant, relaxed stay near the Venetian harbor in charming Chania.

Location was great. We stayed in the 3-bedroom house. Had a shared courtyard setting, about a 5 minute walk from the inside corner of the busy harbor, without all the noise. Shops within a few minutes walk for groceries and snacks. Secure parking (€10 day) for our SUV rental car was right across the street -- that was much appreciated as parking is hard to come by in Chania. Alex kept an eye on it as well. Breakfast was a good deal at €8 each served at a nearby harbor front restaurant -- steps from the water. It was pretty much exactly as in the pix. Air Conditioning worked well. Good water pressure in the showers. Our 3-floor rental cleaned daily for our family of 5. Welcome wine, water and fresh fruit in the fridge. Washing machine with line dry (everything dried very fast). Host was exceptional. We very much enjoyed talking with Alex and regret not having more time just to sit and visit with him.

I found it a little confusing to tell which room was which when looking at photos on Booking.com as I was making the reservations. It's very clear on his website.

Amazing place to stay when exploring Chania.

The hotel is perfectly located, just a few steps from Old Town Chania and the port with many amazing bars and restaurants. Alex was super nice and friendly and recommended some really amazing spots. He was also super flexible and helpful with checking in and out and helped me park my car. Would totally recommend!

The idea of having breakfast at the waterfront restaurant located in the old Venetian port was brilliant. Our host Alex welcomed us with a nice surprise but I will not say what it was so next guests can be surprised the same way.

The perfect place to stay

Everything was great! Excellent location in the old city of Chania, clean and comfortable rooms, daily cleaning of the room, very friendly staff. The owner recommended restaurants and helped a lot with finding a parking slot every day during our stay as this is very difficult in Chania. It is not easy to find parking slot and he helped us so much every day. The house and the garden is very beautiful. It is a very nice place to stay. We will definitely come again :)

Amazing stay

Very clean, well furnished, nice looking place in a remodeled old house, the owner put his personal touch with nice vintage decorations. The place is in a very quiet location just 2 minutes walking distance from the charming old town. The adjacent yard is also very beautiful

Alex, the manager, is a really nice guy - always willing to help and assist.

The only thing we did not like, was the old bed. The matress was too stiff and it is time to go to IKEA and buy a new bed !

Exceptional

Kasteli offers good value for money, and it is actually closer to the harbour than I had thought when booking. It was very clean, and when they said daily cleaning, they actually meant daily cleaning. The host, Alex was very friendly and helpful. He gave me useful tips on how to avoid tourist traps and also which restaurants were actually worth to go to. He was also the one who helped me book a trip to Samaria Gorge. I just had to tell him I wanted to go, and he just took care of everything else. Most likely will stay again if visiting Chania.

I had a very pleasant stay here! Excellent location, very confortable with an affordable price. Just excellent !

The advantages from an old venezian house are translated into much nicer temperatures inside, with little use of the air conditioning. The garden is very nice and curtain of leaves and grapes grow in front of your window.

Everything was ok! I hope to come back here!

Good apartment with a central location and a private parking

The owner was very friendly. He met us to hand over the keys and offered a lot of recommendations for the things to do in Chania. The parking is 1 minute from the apartment. Very good location in the centre of Chania but away from the noise of the touristy streets. The apartment overlooks a quiet inner yard with tables and chair where you can have breakfast or read a book. It has air conditioning, a safe, a small kitchen with an electric stove and oven and some kitchen appliances.

The apartment was on the ground floor, so when there were people in the inner yard, it didn't feel very private. It's not a problem (there are curtains and wooden shutters on the windows), just something to keep in mind. There was no washing machine in our apartment.

Better than just great

Perfect location, close to everything. Extremely friendly host, from the start 'till the end. The apartment was really beautiful, spacious, clean... In addition there were some fruits and drinks for us in the fridge. Just perfect :)
