About this house rental

This new construction home is ready for you to vacation! We all know its all about LOCATION, well this home is located so close to downtown Bradenton, only 8 miles to Beautiful Gulf Coast Crystal Sand Beaches, 4 miles to GT Bray Community Pool and Pickleball Center, under 1 mile to Shopping, Entertainment, Arts & Museums and restaurants to please any palate. We are also surrounded by great golf clubs in the Bradenton, Sarasota and Tampa area.
Beautifully done 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The open floor with lots of natural light, high ceilings and tile throughout the entire home welcomes you in! The kitchen is open and friendly with granite countertop and rich warm brown tone cabinets with plenty of storage and stainless steel appliances makes the kitchen warm and bright. Really nice size master with walk in closet and private bath, plus 2 guest rooms both good sizes as well!
The granite countertops and those rich warm brown tone cabinets are carried into the baths. You also will have a laundry room with a washer & dryer. The two car attached garage also offers extra storage space. Here is a video of the house. https://youtu.be/Kp735ahERzM
Please note: Pets under 30 lbs are allowed after review with the owner, guests must be 25 or older to rent, we are family friendly, we have quiet hours between 10pm - 8am and this is a non-smoking building.

This home, plus the twin next door, housed our extended family, all in town for a wedding. So convenient for us to be staying so close to each other. Recommend renting both for larger family gatherings! House was tidy and beds were VERY comfy! Recommend fixing the situation where shrub sprinklers flood the front stoop every morning…had to sweep the water away. Very close to downtown restaurants and Riverwalk!

This house has a master bedroom with its own bathroom and two guest rooms with a shared bathroom. It was great for 3 people or 3 pairs of people. The couch is even big enough if someone needs to use it to sleep. Kitchen and living area is very spacious along with an awesome kitchen table with plenty of room. The owner communicated perfectly when we needed something and that’s all really what you can ask for. We will definitely rebook for this time next year!!! Thank you

The home was very comfortable and clean. It was my sons wedding weekend and the location was very convenient to the church and reception venue. Shopping and restaurants were also very easy to get to. Only small item was the sink in the master bath. The spigot needs to be replaced.

First time using VRBO and we couldn’t be more pleased. The home had what we needed to begin our 10 day stay as we waited to move into our new home. What was also great was when we had any questions, the owners immediately responded, they are wonderful hosts. Home is in walking distance to River walk, very good restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay her again

The home was located close to some good restaurants and bars. It would be nice to have ceiling fans in the bedrooms and some more supplies. We flew in from Minnesota and it would have been nice to have some supplies such as Saran wrap, ziplocks, etc. There was only one dishwasher tablet available. The other thing that would be nice is mirrors in the bedrooms to assist with getting ready. We had 7 people staying so a few people were sharing a bathroom. The garage door didn't work when we arrived but we contacted the manager and they fixed it the following day. There is not an outdoor sitting area and the weather was beautiful and it would have been ideal. The home was clean and easily accessible.

We enjoyed the house. The location was perfect for our needs and we enjoyed walking around the neighborhood -- classic old Florida homes. Beds were great, the 8-top dining room table suited us well. Suggestion: More kitchen utensils, gadgets, cooking aids -- cutting boards, salad bowl (I bought one at Publix but took it home.). I would go to Tuesday Morning on Cortez Road and get a lot more kitchen things. They have a wide variety at good prices. Thanks, we had a great time.

The house was secure (for sure😉),clean and beautiful inside and out Lynda was very considerate to prep the house with hypoallergenic soaps, laundry detergent and sheets for us. I appreciate this the most. However, some of the cookware might need an update. I had no trouble accessing Lynda for some technical challenges on my part. I am not sure if pollen in general were high at that time, but I noticed my sis and bro had higher incidence of allergy symptoms when in the room across the bathroom. The window was closed most of the time. I don’t know if its (micro) dust on the sheets or the air duct. Anywhere else in the house they were mostly hunky dory. Thank you, Lynda, for a great stay! Looking forward to seeing Bradenton again.

We were 3 guys in Bradenton to play golf and this place was just perfect. Nice and spacious, clean and comfortable. Owners responded to our questions in matter of minutes and took care of any concerns while we were away ,playing golf . Location was ideal with all the courses within minutes and restaurants all just around the corner. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Nothing could have been better . Thank you Martin and Lynda!

We stayed in this property and it is close to downtown Bradenton, and not far from beaches. We had an elderly family member with a walker so it was spacious enough for him and has a shower he could walk into to. Jeremiahs Italian Ice was fabulous and very busy. It would be good to have some additioanl shades so there isn't a glare on TV, and in rooms to block lights at night and early morning daylight. Property was as described and met our needs.

Our renting of this property was good. Very clean and comfortable. Neighborhood was good as I was out daily walking and was not concern about safety. Corresponding with the property owners was always great. and They responded with concerns we had quickly. There was a few things that needs to be addressed, as the sliding glass door only had sheer curtains up and it was very difficult to see the early morning news on the tv screen as the sun was so bright coming in. As the sun rose higher it was ok. Still didn’t like just sheers up. Felt like we were visible at night. Also the supply of dishes and cooking pans was adequate but could have used more baking dishes. The home was well supplied with any thing that was needed for the beach. Would have liked to have a grill to use. All in all it was a good place to stay and would recommend it. They just need to address the curtain issue. Might want to put up vertical blinds.

This house and the owners are amazing! You will be delighted! It is quite new, everything works, it was very clean, and was attractively and comfortably furnished and very well appointed. They even had beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella for our visit to the beach. Martin and Lynda were very responsive and provided lots of good recommendations for things to do and places to eat in the area. The place is conveniently located close to many of these attractions. The neighborhood is also quiet. We will definitely come back if/when we are in this area again. Thanks for an A+ experience!
