Welcome! Enjoy your stay at our spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bath open floor plan home. Fully equipped modern kitchen, with dishwasher. Large open living and dining room area with sliding doors going out to a large outdoor deck, gas grill, fenced in backyard, garage, and driveway. Master bedroom is one Queen sized bed and TV, second bedroom has 2 twin beds, a pull out Queen sleeper couch in the living room. All furniture is brand new recently purchased. Washer and dryer are located in basement. Central A/C, WiFi, TV in living room. Newly renovated bathroom with large walk in shower, also there is an outdoor shower. Property is a short drive to Hyannis Center, Restaurants, Shopping, Ferries to Martha's Vineyard & Nantucket, Kennedy Memorial, and Beaches.

We loved the house. So pretty and clean and the best location. The beach is 4 mins away. Lisa is a fabulous host and answered all my questions ahead of time. The house was so well equipped, you couldn’t have asked for anything better. Would definitely come back! Loved it!

The house was super cute and had everything we needed and was a great location. A 5 min drive to a beautiful beach and centrally located on the cape. I can't say enough about Lisa the host. She literally responded to any and all questions I had within minutes. She was genuinely concerned that we had a great stay which we did. We definitely plan on staying there again.

This home is perfect! It is in the ideal location, convenient for anything you want to do on the Cape. Our host Lisa was wonderful and easy to communicate with. This home is spotlessly clean with comfortable beds and a very cozy feel to it. Highly recommend if you are visiting the Cape!

Staying at this charming house has convinced me and my wife to come visit Cape Cod again and bring some of our other family members. There was plenty to see and do in the area and lots of great restaurants to enjoy. Lisa is an outstanding host; pleasant, helpful and super responsive to any questions! This property was the perfect place to stay for the week of our sons beach wedding. Close to so much and a perfect mid point for all of our venues. An easy drive to the beach, shopping and downtown. We even had to go to the hospital which was a quick drive. Lisa is a great host working with us and answering my so many questions. The house was clean, had great hot water, washer/dryer and very cozy. We relaxed on the deck and enjoyed visiting with company. I would recommend this home for your rental needs! Thank you Lisa

This was our family's second time in this beautiful, clean home. The house is so convenient for our family ages 13, 5, 18months. The kitchen was equipped with the pots, pans and utensils for cooking, the backyard is fenced in, and the house is located close to the beach, and shops. The communication is wonderful with Lisa, she was in contact with me the day before, and day of arrival. We would love to stay here again.

This house is adorable! Very clean, very comfortable! We enjoyed the space, the oversized deck and outdoor shower. Quiet family friendly neighborhood. Quick drive/Uber to local beaches and down town Hyannis. The owner is very easy to communicate with and check in/out was a breeze! We will definitely be going back!

The home and yard is beautiful, spotless, and well maintained. Very comfortable and easy to supervise my adult developmentally disabled son when he’s on the deck in the backyard by himself. Fenced backyard excellent for children and disabled adults. The host is an exceptional person, warm, welcoming, responsive, and so helpful. I decided to return next year before I had checked out!!!

I cannot rave enough about this hidden gem! We stayed for the past 6-nights and this house is absolutely beyond perfection! The layout is spacious and cozy with the complete Cape Cod feel! Location, location, location - everything you need within minutes including fabulous beaches! The host, Lisa, is extremely friendly and responsive to all communications in a timely manner! We felt like we were staying at a family members house with her kindness! Just beyond words for this outstanding house - cozy, quiet, spacious, peaceful, among many other words! We just returned from a week long stay in a beautiful home away from home. The home is in pristine condition, nicely furnished/decorated and very clean, bright, cheery and well cared for with everything you need to live comfortably including beach pass, and beach stuff (chairs, toys, etc). Great back deck with grill, garage and awesome front porch nook!! We brought our motorcycle with us and had great weather to travel all over the island. The home is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Owner was easy to communicate with. Will definitely return. Awesome week and accommodations.

We had a lovely family getaway. From the house you are only 5 minutes from the beach and close all/any other attractions cape cod has to offer. We did a day in Martha’s Vineyard only a few minutes drive to ferry’s for Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket. We had a rain day and spent it at the indoor waterpark 7 minutes away. Close to the strip on Main st with plenty of restaurants to choose from. The best part was the house though we had some memorable nights spending quality time around the spacious living room and kitchen. We cooked fresh seafood every night and had everything we needed as far as cookware. My daughter enjoyed the bunnies in the backyard who came to visit us. This place was an absolute gem. We will be back. Thanks for having us.

A wonderful, centrally located house, perfect for the family. The beach, main st, golf course and shopping center were all less than 10 minutes away. The included beach pass was a nice perk and the outdoor shower was a hit with the whole family.

The house was clean and exactly what we expected. It had enough space for the 4 of us. The outside shower was a hit for us and we enjoyed eating dinner in the backyard. The location is great, it's a 10-minute drive to Main St. Hyannis and our favorite beach. We had a good experience and are planning to come back next year.

We really enjoyed our six night stay at this property, it’s ideal for a family and in a really good location. There is lots of space, both inside and out. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there are chairs and an umbrella that you can take to the beach. The beach pass for parking at the Barnstable beaches came in really handy. Everything you could possibly need (supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants) is close by. If we didn’t live in the UK I would be booking this property for two weeks every summer! We didn’t want to leave to go home!

This is our second visit to the same house on the Cape. Just as the year before every single thing we needed or wanted was available in the home for us. The location is wonderful everything we visited was within 10 minutes with the beach being right down the street. Lisa and Brian are the most wonderful hosts we’ve ever come across. They do everything to make you feel at home. This house is the most beautifully decorated and coziest one we’ve ever stayed in. We cannot wait to return next summer once again! Thank you!

This vacation home was everything we wanted and more. From the communication before, during and after, Lisa was an excellent host. The pictures do not do the house any justice. There was ample space and everything was immaculate. Even the basement where the washer and dryer are! The rental included a beach pass which was a bonus. We can’t wait to come back next summer!!
