We had a wonderful stay at this 3-floored townhouse. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms, very clean, and only a mile from the river and stadiums.

This House suited our needs perfectly!

Everything is as listed, owner is quick to respond with any questions. Easy walk to stadium and casino. Plenty of room for 8 to 10 adults.

This property was perfect for my family and I. It was very clean and spacious. The location was also very ideal for us. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much at this property and will be back in the future!

We rented the property for a game with some family coming to town from multiple locations. The property manager was great and very responsive to questions. Communicated well upon arrival. The house is an older home but has some updates. There was plenty of space for our group of 10. There was good gathering space in the kitchen and dining room. The living room was a little small but we made it work. It was nice having some yard space outside. The walk to the stadium was a fairly easy 3/4 of a mile.

We rented this house for a guys weekend of baseball. Beautiful old house with plenty of room for a crowd. It is conveniently located to the stadium area. If it wasn't 90+ degrees we would have walked to the games. Since it was only $8-10 we Ubered to the stadiums, then walked back to the house.
Easy check in and good communication and we were able to check in early. The kitchen and the bathrooms were all very clean, some of the other rooms could have used a little more attention with a dust rag/mop. It was a very warm weekend and while the air conditioning did a great job on the first floor, it struggled to cool the upper floors. Overall would recommend this house for a good stay in the area.

The one thing we all liked about this place was it was very spacious! Also the 3 bathrooms! We had plenty of room to spread out and didn't feel like we were on top of each other or waiting long to use a bathroom. Everyone said bed was comfortable. Lots of seating for eating; breakfast bar + long table for 10. The fridge is big & every thing worked well. There's a grill outside too. Furniture, bedding, décor, dishes, all very nice. Parking is right out front. Owner was right on top of messages when I had questions. Location was great and it was quiet (except for one night: a pleasurable surprise when we got to watch the fireworks done at the Pirates stadium, about 1/4 mile from the home.) We played at the David Lawrence Convention Center and it was great location for us, only 5-10 min. away. We were very pleased. I recommend this home, especially for larger groups.

The house is very very nice and the bedrooms and baths worked out for us perfectly.

Over all very nice. No problem contacting the property management when the power went out due to very high winds in the area, They might want to up there game on the house keeping.

We enjoyed our time at this house. It was very spacious and had all of the necessities. A good dusting especially on the stairs (under the railing for sure) and light fixtures (kitchen ones had cob webs) would be beneficial, but overall the house was pretty clean. The refrigerator interior could use a good wipe down as well. We were very happy overall and the host was great to work with!

Close location to the stadium and downtown. Lots of space, great kitchen and dining room. We had a blast playing games at the large table with friends to celebrate NYE.

The property was exactly as listed on the VRBO. Our host responded to all questions very quickly.

The property was in a great location. We were able to walk to the stadium and all of the great places to eat around the stadium and on the river. Spacious enough for a large group. The best part was that there were private bathrooms for each of the 3 bedrooms. Our only complaint would be that there wasn’t enough TP in the house when we arrived and we had to go out and get some.
If you’re looking for a place of this sIze and in the location of the stadiums, you can’t go wrong!

The house is nicely renovated. It had room enough for the 9 of us to stay comfortably. We spent most of our time gathering in the kitchen and dining room. Close proximity to everywhere we wanted to go. Henry answered my many questions immediately. We all enjoyed our stay. 😊

Lovely townhouse
The accommodations at the townhouse were outstanding. Everything was immaculate, comfortable, and beautiful. We were really impressed and would definitely stay at this location again. It was also really close to several attractions. For example, a mere 3 minute drive to the Carnegie Science Center. The city didn't feel as walkable as we'd hoped, but most of us were able to walk to a local breakfast diner. There is also a Rite Aid within walking distance. We had no issues finding parking anywhere we went and the space in front of the townhouse was always free when we returned from our excursions. I had to contact the owner a couple of times and he was incredibly helpful and almost immediately responsive. He recommended two breakfast places that were wonderful. It was also helpful that several places delivered (or had delivery services) that could bring food directly to the townhouse. This was our first trip to Pittsburgh and we will certainly return!

Short walk to downtown
The property was just as described. Great location. Kitchen was pretty well stocked. Beds were comfortable

Overall, it is a great house in a great location. Nice neighborhood and easy to get to.
I was a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the property, though. The stairs were full of dust, the kitchen had spills all over the cabinets, dirty dishes and the garbage cans in the kitchen had not been cleaned in sometime.
The doors on one of the master rooms and bathroom do not latch which created a lack of privacy.
Again, this is a great house that just needs some attention. We visit Pittsburgh monthly and always use Vrbo. When you pay all that money you should not have to worry about these little things.

A group of my fellow veterans take a trip each year to visit with each other.
The property is as advertised. It is really well appointed and very clean. The owner/manager was communicative and clear. Absolutely would advise renting this property if you have a larger sized group that you want to house under one roof.

Wonderful getaway for moms...
We were a group of eight needing a couple nights getaway from rural Ohio. We loved the home and were able to enjoy the kitchen, dining and living room comfortably together. The decor was unique and it was a treat to stay here. We each had our own comfortable bed and easy bathroom access from each bedroom. Overall it's a quiet and safe neighborhood and we enjoyed our stay. The location makes it easy to get to the Strip area and other Pittsburgh sites. Other reviews mentioned the train tracks and USPS center nearby. Passing trains were barely noticeable. The beeping from the USPS center did seem to be at all hours of the night, so if you're a light sleeper, you may want to bring ear plugs or white noise maker. But it didn't bother our group as we enjoyed hearing city sounds for a change. Henry was a great communicator, answering questions promptly. Thank you for a relaxing getaway!

Pittsburgh Trial run
I liked everything about the property except for the sound that comes from USPS truck junction that is close by. I had trouble sleeping but my family enjoyed the stay. Mr Henry responded very well to my call through text and quickly fixed an issue with the sink/dishwasher. I will stay once again and may be try an inner bedroom for myself :-)

Nicely renovated spacious home
House was beautifully decorated. Street parking was easy. Host was easy to communicate with available. We visit Pittsburgh with some frequency and this house is easy to get to and close to stadiums and downtown. Across the street from the train tracks and USPS distribution center, but not a bother at all. More than enough room for our family of 5. Thank you for sharing your home.
