Santorini in Puerto Rico the Best Company for your deserved vacation in Rio Grande Puerto Rico. This beautiful "home away from home" is decorated as a modern style, luxury vacational home. The amenities include: washer, dryer, dishwasher, Griddle, pool table, garage (fits 3 cars), water heater, iron & toiletries and a fully equiped kitchen. You will enjoy the beautiful view of el Yunque when you take a dip in the pool, or the jacuzzi(not heated). You may also do so while using the basketball hoop. Has 4 rooms and fits 18 people. Santorini Vacational Home Rules
1 - The client must inspect the property together with the Host and verify that everything is in order and clean before receiving the property through a check list. If something is found out of place, the client must immediately inform Santorini in Puerto Rico to correct the situation. Once the key to the property is delivered, the client is responsible for everything that happens during the stay. A $400 fully refundable security deposit is required prior to key release. Registration will be between 3pm and 5pm. Only the person who rents can receive the keys to the property, if the client cannot receive the property, he can send a substitute, he himself will be responsible for the delivery and damages during the stay. Registration after 5pm will be an automatic registration, the same procedure mentioned above will be carried out but by phone call with the manager.
2 - The deposit will be returned at check out once the property is inspected and everything is in perfect condition. If you have caused damage to the property, it will be repaired or replaced with the same security deposit. If the cost of the repair is greater than the amount of repair or replacement, the customer will be responsible for the accident. If the client leaves the property without having been inspected by our staff, the client will be responsible for any damage or missing items and the security deposit will be held until the property is inspected by our staff.
3 - TV controls and air conditioners must be in place.
4 - Stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, pots, kitchen utensils and electric iron must be delivered in the same conditions as they were delivered. If they are delivered dirty, a charge of $100 will be applied since they are not included in the cleaning fee.
5 - The property has some underground trash cans in front of the property to keep the property clean and free of bad odors, the garbage must be removed in bags that the Host will provide before the property is delivered, including that of the bathrooms.
6 - Music OUTSIDE the house between 10 p.m. and 10 a.m. is totally prohibited
7 - The doors that give access to the pool must remain closed since the wind blows strongly and the glass windows can break. If it breaks the client will be responsible.
8 - The pool will be used at your own risk. It is forbidden to throw it. Santorini in Puerto Rico is not responsible for damages to third parties. The pool is maintained in the morning hours on Monday and Friday.
9 - Smoking is not allowed in the property in any way. The designated smoking area will be in the parking lot outside the house. If you find smells of cigarettes, marijuana or something similar, you will have a penalty of $100 of the deposit.
10 - Cars are not allowed in the green areas of the property.
11 - The property has a water system and electric plant (which, if necessary, has an additional charge), in case the water or electricity goes out, please call the manager to make arrangements.
12 - The TV and Wi-Fi are already properly synchronized, please do not touch them. The key will be provided by the hostess or in the same way it appears on the Santorini in Puerto Rico page in the account.
13 - The property does NOT include thick blankets or comforters. Includes toilet paper, 1 sheet per bed, 1 pillow per guest and 1 towel per guest.
14 - If you fill the fridge with food you have to let it cool down without opening it for 3 to 5 hours so that it reaches its normal temperature and does its job.
15 - Visits have an additional cost. Violating this rule will incur contract cancellation. For more information about visits or guests please contact the administration.
16 - The property has a 24-hour camera system.
17 - Pets have an additional cost (Maximum 2)
18- 18. Work personnel will be allowed to enter when required for property repairs.

Reglas De Santorini Vacational Home
1 - El cliente debe inspeccionar la propiedad junto con el Anfitrión y verificar que todo esté en orden y limpio antes de recibir la propiedad por medio de un check list. Si se encuentra algo fuera de lugar, el cliente debe informar inmediatamente a Santorini in Puerto Rico para corregir la situación. Una vez entregada la llave de la propiedad, el cliente se hace responsable de todo lo que suceda durante la estadia. Se requiere un depósito de seguridad completamente reembolsable de $400 dólares antes de entregar las llaves. El registro será entre las 3pm y las 5pm. Solo la persona que alquila puede recibir las llaves de la propiedad, si el cliente no puede recibir la propiedad podra enviar a alguien sustituto, él mismo se hara responsable de la entrega y de daños durante la estadia. El registro después de las 5pm será un registro automático, se llevará a cabo el mismo procedimiento anteriormente mencionado pero por llamada telefónica con la gerente.
2 - El depósito será devuelto al momento del check out una vez que la propiedad sea inspeccionada y todo esté en perfectas condiciones. De haberle causado daños a la propiedad sera reparado o reemplazado con el mismo deposito de seguridad. Si el costo del arreglo es mayor a la cantidad de reparacion o reemplazo el cliente se hara responsable del accidente. Si el cliente abandona la propiedad sin haber sido inspeccionada por nuestro personal, el cliente sera responsable de cualquier daño o artículos faltantes y el depósito de seguridad sera retenido hasta que la propiedad sea inspeccionada por nuestro personal.
3 - Controles de tv y aires acondicionados deben estar en su lugar.
4 - Estufa, horno, microondas, nevera, ollas, utensilios de cocina y plancha eléctrica deberan entregarse en la misma condiciones que se entregaron. Si se entregan sucios se aplicara un cargo de $100 ya que no están incluidos en el cleaning fee.
5 - La propiedad cuenta con unos zafacones soterrados frente a la propiedad para mantener la propiedad limpia y libre de malos olores, la basura deberá ser sacada en bolsas que el Anfitrión proveera antes de ser entregada la propiedad incluyendo la de los baños.
6 - La música en el EXTERIOR de la casa entre 10 p.m. y 10 a.m. queda totalmente prohibido
7 - Las puertas que dan acceso a la piscina deberan permanecer cerradas ya que el viento sopla fuerte y se pueden romper las ventanas de cristal. Si se rompe el cliente sera responsable.
8 - La piscina sera utilizada bajo su propia responsabilidad. Esta prohibido tirarse de la misma. Santorini in Puerto Rico no se hace responsable por daños a terceros. A la piscina se le da mantenimiento en las horas de la mañana los días lunes y viernes.
9 - No se permite fumar en la propiedad de ninguna manera. El área designada para fumar será en el estacionamiento fuera de la casa. De encontrar olores a cigarrillo, marihuana o algo similar tendrá una penalidad de $100 del depósito.
10 - No se permiten carros en las areas verdes de la propiedad.
11 - La propiedad cuenta con sisterna de agua y planta electrica (la cual de ser necesaria tiene un cargo adicional), en caso que se vaya el agua o la luz favor llamar al gerente para hacer los arreglos.
12 - El televisor y el wifi ya están debidamente sincronizados, por favor no tocar los mismos. La clave sera proporcionada por la anfitriona o de la misma manera aparece en la página de Santorini in Puerto Rico en la cuenta.
13 - La propiedad NO incluye frisas gruesas o comforters. Incluye papel de baño, 1 sabana por cama, 1 almohada por huésped y 1 toalla por huésped.
14 - Si llenas la nevera de comida tienes que dejarla enfriar sin abrirla de 3 a 5 horas para que llegue a su temperatura normal y haga su trabajo.
15 - Las visitas tienen un costo adicional. De violar esta regla incurriran en cancelación de contrato. Para mas información a cerca de visitas o invitados favor comunicarse con la administración.
16 - La propiedad cuenta con sistema de camaras 24 horas.

We loved the pool and the pool table. The owners were nice and came when we needed help

The house was perfect for us ! The location was quiet and easy to get to! We found many stores to be near by. The kids loved the pool and basketball net. The owners were available for any questions or concerns.
The house is not brand new but it was clean and has some areas that need a little repair. The hot water is not consistent but we find this all through Puerto Rico. The washer and dryer was a huge help!

Spacious house, amazing pool
We had an amazing stay at this house!! House was huge, spacious and there were plenty of amenities. Everyone really enjoyed the pool and the view of El Yunque in the backyard. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Location is great for us because it’s away from traffic, but close enough to the beach, stores, and restaurants. Just took one star off because the house needs some minor maintenance. We would love to stay here again in the future but hopefully we can get extra set of keys, towels, and blankets.

Beautiful House
The House was Beautiful and comfortable. The pool area was very relaxing and fun! The property manager did a walk through with us. It looked clean at face value. The house wasn’t thoroughly clean. There was dust and dirt everywhere on the floors, the rugs in the bathroom looked like they had been there for a long time and really dingy. Because of these cons I have to leave 4 stars

Overall house is great the backyard and pool made our stay worth it .. property manger was great answered all my questions and needs . Only problem was the flies were all over the place but over all I will still recommend this place

Our stay at Santorini.
Overall it was a great experience. There was some miscommunication upon our entrance into the property, which caused a delay. After gaining entrance to the property there were no issues. House was cleanly and well maintained. The house was very spacious, including the bedrooms. The pool was amazing and was the highlight of our stay. I would definitely recommend.
