This was perfect for our needs, was located perfectly for everything we wanted to do. There were some snacks waiting on the counter which was nice after a long drive, and I thought that was a nice welcoming touch! A binder with recommendations was helpful. The place was clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend!

This was a very impressive process from start to finish. Nothing but good things to say about the host. They had everything we needed and more than we expected. Would definitely recommend them for use.

We ended up staying here when our planned arrangements had to be altered unexpectedly. With a deadline to meet, we had to quickly make new arrangements for accommodations, so we blindly picked this one...and am I glad we did. This was certainly the hidden gem of Dunnellon. The location was perfect, and the accommodations were neat, clean and quiet. The owner was responsive and a pleasure to deal with as well. I would certainly stay here again and encourage anyone visiting near Dunnellon to stay here as well.

Had some Family come to town from Hong-Kong & needed a place for them to rest & continue the daily routine with a small child. our home was available, but we thought it would be much easier to have a place where they had their own bedrooms, bathrooms & privacy. Turns out it worked out really well, we provided a car & rented this little cottage. We did not stay there but did see the place & it was nice. Just what they needed, They did say it worked out better for them. It was close to us and provided the privacy that was needed. Overall the rate was great, it was nice little cottage, and communication with the property manager was easy. Overall, we're looking forward in booking this rental when any of our family comes to visit. Thanks

Nice place in a nice neighborhood. Two blocks from Highway so getting places was easy. Cute shops within walking distance. Mexican restaurant across the street, friendly people good service.

The property was clean and as listed. One thing to be aware of is that phone signal in the town with T mobile is nonexistent. This only created a problem because we could not reach out to the property manager to get the code until we were able to find signal as we weren’t given the code in advance. The state park has signal if this helps anyone. Not anything the property manager did incorrectly, knowing the signal in the area it would be nice to send instructions in advance. The property itself was clean and comfortable with the exception of the mattresses which really need replaced or a topper. Overall it was a good value, just a couple minor suggestions.

This is a nice property and a great location. I just would warn others that this place has the worst mattresses; therefore, the is not a comfortable place to sleep. For that reason I will never book this location again.

Simple accomodations. Kitchen supplies are very basic. Beds not the most comfortable. Communication with property manager surrounding check in. Awful. I am a frequent VRBO renter. Check in instructions and communication was given only upon my reaching out ... Code given 1 min prior to check in time once again upon my request. Very unnerving for someone flying in from cross country.

In town but quiet. We were gone during the day. Comfortable beds. AC good but I had to stand on furniture to adjust temp😂 all we needed to go kayaking. Bring a corkscrew if you bring wine. We would stay again

Our stay was wonderful! We had a question during our stay and they responded quickly. The Mexican food at the little restaurant across the street was delicious. Quiet and just what we were looking for. We will stay there again.

This rental was comfortable, clean & convenient. The kitchen is larger than expected and easy to use. We enjoyed the screen porch as well as the little yard. It was great to have a washer & dryer on site. The half bath on the main floor is handy. The location is close to state parks, golfing, walking trails, fun restaurants and grocery shopping. One Saturday, we enjoyed Dunnellon Boomtown Days festival right on our street. It was a fun day that even included a car show.

The home is clean and well cared for, and it appears in person as it does in the photos. The home is located in a business district next to shops and restaurants. Great outdoor attractions regarding kayaking and canoeing on the Rainbow and Withlacoochee Rivers are nearby. Wi-Fi works great. There’s a TV upstairs and downstairs with apps like Netflix and Amazon Prime. There are two bedrooms upstairs with a queen bed in each, and a pull-out bed inside an overstuffed chair in the living room below. The kitchen has a standard stove and oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a coffee maker. And the host responded quickly. We believed this place to be a very reasonable price. (Note: bring shampoo and soap for the shower.)

Went to Dunnellon to visit family over Spring Break. The townhouse was perfect for our family of 5 and was conveniently located close to restaurants and shopping. Our travels consisted of a day trip to Tarpon Springs and Fred Howard State Park for a day at the beach. Visited Homosassa Springs State Park, Disney Hollywood Studios, and Silver Springs State Park for a glass bottom boat tour. Host responded promptly, townhome was clean and furnished for all our needs. Would certainly stay here again, when in the area.

This is our second time to stay. I enjoy the blue run bike, walking trail, it's close by. Restaurants and shops within walking distance. Other restaurants are a short drive away.

The property is in a convenient location to access Rainbow springs, stores, and restaurants. The townhouse is clean, good water pressure, good size kitchen, and the photographs are accurate. The location is among antique shops and other businesses, not other houses, which makes for a small amount of street noise. The backyard is a nice retreat with a screened-in porch and bbq. The washer and dryer was a great plus. Some suggestions to make the townhouse even better: fix the tv upstairs which currently does not work, stop the leaking shower faucet, and add curtains on the bedroom windows over the blinds to reduce the sunlight. Overall, a great deal for the price with convenience, cleanliness, and excellent host communication. We would stay here again.

We were very pleased with our stay at this property. It was clean, well maintained, and exactly what we needed. One highlight was how luxurious the bath towels were! We loved the location - we could walk to a restaurant on the river and took a walk around the quaint little neighborhood one morning. We felt very safe.

This townhouse was very clean, and comfortable. Located near restaurants and shops (antique) all within walking distance. Rainbow river close by for tubing, kayaking. Walking (bike) trail 1 mile away. Enjoyed our stay, would definitely stay here again.
