This contemporary home has an open layout that connects the living room, dining area, laundry room, half bath, and kitchen. The gourmet kitchen features a gas stove, wine fridge, and a Miele coffee machine. Upstairs, there's a game room with a pool table and a bar area. The bar opens to a beautiful deck with outdoor seating to enjoy the island breeze.
Just off the kitchen, you'll find the primary bedroom has a luxurious canopy bed with patio access and stunning pool views. The bedroom feels exceptionally spacious, with a privacy wall that separates it from the ensuite bathroom, which features a rain shower, a standalone bathtub, and an oversized walk-in closet. Moving to the second floor, you'll find two queen bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and walk-in showers. On the third floor is the fourth bedroom. It is perfect for younger kids and features two bunk beds, a closet, a desk, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
