Kỳ nghỉ có chút lấn cấn nhưng gia đình cũng có được trải nghiệm thú vị.

Khách sạn đầy đủ tiện nghi. Dịch vụ cao cấp. Nhân viên nhiệt tình. Bãi biển riêng sạch đẹp. Nhiều tiện ích cho khách lưu trú: hồ bơi trong khách sạn và ngoài bờ biển, phòng gym, xông hơi, nhà hàng, spa v.v…

Không có cho mang thức ăn vào khi ở bên khách sạn ok, đồng tình! Nhưng chuyển qua ở căn hộ, trong đó có khu vực bếp và có bàn ăn nhưng vẫn không cho mang đồ ăn vào thì không logic cho lắm. Phụ phí vệ sinh không phải là vấn đề lớn với khách lưu trú ở những nơi như thế này.

Altes Hotel, Aufenthalt okay, Frühstück sehr vielfältig, sehr nettes Personal

+ Lage: privater Strand über eine Fußgängerbrücke zu erreichen + Frühstück: Sehr vielfältig von asiatisch bis europäisch + Zimmer: schöner Ausblick auf die Hotelanlage, Betten bequem + Personal: sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Uns wurde nach Reklamation des einen Zimmers sehr geholfen (kostenloses Upgrade auf Suite).

- das Hotel ist abgenutzt und abgewohnt: Armaturen und Schränke weisen starke Gebrauchsspuren auf, Wasserdruck aus der Duschbrause nicht stark, bei Einstellung des heißen Wassers kam nur lauwarmes Wasser heraus. Der Badunterschrank war nicht nutzbar aufgrund von starkem Staub und starker Gebrauchsspuren. - Lobby, Flur, Aufzüge: keine Klimaanlage, sodass es nach abgestandener Luft roch - zu wenige Lichtschalter: Im Zimmer gibt es nur einen Schalter für alle Lichter, auch für die Bereiche, die man nicht gebraucht hat (nicht sehr energiesparend!)

Abgenutztes, aber sauberes Hotel, Aufenthalt okay, Frühstück sehr vielfältig, sehr nettes Personal

+ Lage: privater Strand über eine Fußgängerbrücke zu erreichen + Frühstück: Sehr vielfältig von asiatisch bis europäisch + Zimmer: nach Reklamation wegen unzumutbarer Zustände wurde das eigentlich gebuchte Zimmer gegen eine Suite getauscht, wo wir sehr zufrieden waren. Von der Suite hatten wir einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer. Die Suite war sehr geräumig und komfortabel (separater Wohn- und Schlafbereich), Betten bequem. + Personal: sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Uns wurde nach Reklamation des einen Zimmers sehr geholfen (kostenloses Upgrade auf Suite).

Absolut Empfehlenswert. Gerne wieder

Sehr tolles Hotel , wir hatten eine Suit mit Meerblick. Mit privat Strand. Liegen und Schirme usw Waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder. Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und für jeden was dabei. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer Mega sauber. Klare Weiterempfehlung .

Old world charm and spaciousness

Old world decor provided a unique experience, together with large indoor public areas, rooms are spacious and decorated in line with hotel feel. Large outdoor gardens and areas to enjoy sit down. Good tv channel options. Good breakfast buffet.

Guests tend to put towels and clothing on deck chairs around the pool near the beach preventing other guests from having access to chairs.

Grand design, excellent breakfast selection, close to the sea.

The sea area is dirty in the morning. Perhaps the hotel could afford to clean the small section of the beach in front of the club. The staff is not very professional. We asked for a room cleaning from the morning when we were out but they never came. They came by around 2:00PM and when we ask if they could come back later, they said they would be done with their shift by then. We ended up scrambling to have them quickly clean up the room. No bidet or spray hose for the toilet. That us just unheard of in Asian hotels…

Difficult to come back or give advice/ sugggestion to others

Staff is very nice and friendly. The location in that crowded area. With private beach area With restaurant Very good breakfast

The staff was extremely kind, friendly and helpful❤️ Breakfast was delicious 🤤 Swimming area is great for children 👨‍👩‍👧‍👧 and garden 🪴 was very nice 👍

Old world charm in a new world hotel.

A gem of a place. Loved the old world charm in a new world hotel. Rooms were lovely, and the grounds were beautiful. Beds are extremely comfortable. Suite was very spacious. The staff were amazing.

No complaints about property; It was magnificent, but the beaches in Vung Tau were full of rubbish, which was quite sad.

Not 5 star .........3 Star hotel

The room interior was quite nice and the bed was very comfortable.

Some people very uneducated about the business process. ( the consumption had to be paid on the spot not over the room bill was very annoying and shows the low quality of the *****? hotel. Non smoking hotel with non smoking room was a jocke.... the whole flat inclusive our room smelledlike a ashtray at night. The safe box in the room was broken and even after 3 x complaining. nothing happend. The Chinese restaurant was closed and the food menue only seafood and completely non vegetarian. The kitchen seemed to be still in the 18 century! In general the restaurant or food in the hotel was lousy. By arriving no fruit I the room ......then after we came back later some fruits are there but the door to the balcony was unlocked ( I locked the door ) because from outside any people could have entered our room ! By complaining the front desk said sorry that was it! We for sure nevergo to this hotel again ***** for a lot of money and low quality! The imperial Hotel deserve maximum 3 Stars Good luck and never see us again for sure
