La ubicación, el diseño

La cama que anuncian como matrimonial, son 2 individuales. No hay ventanas, no se podía ajustar el aire acondicionado

Not recommend

The staff was nice and the rooms were clean

Very noisy, you can hear every sound from the building, no Windows and no fresh air. It has a mouldy smell, only a very thin sheet at night, it was cold. We turned air conditioning heat on but it has a strange smelly, so we have to turn off, we wouldn't sleep all night, booked 2 nights only stayed one night

Céntrico y limpio.

Excelente ubicación, esta en pleno Barrio Gótico a 3 cuadras de La Rambla, todo esta a distancia caminable. La habitación un poco pequeña para el precio era una habitación doble pero no había espacio entre cama y cama, todo muy limpio.

La habitación un poco pequeña pero si estas fuera la mayor parte del tiempo no debería ser un tema. En las noches puedes escuchar los ruidos de las calles de vez en cuando pasa algún que otro grupo ruidoso.

Clean room in Gothic section which is becoming fashionable.

Small room but very clean with comfortable beds Multiple electrical outlets to support use of CPAP and to charge phones. Staff offered help with directions and restaurants.

Only issue was not all taxis would get us to location. Street is very narrow. No room to turn around. Taxi from cruise port dropped us s few streets away and we had to walk dragging luggage. Google maps had hard time identifying location

Big bed ( a bit hard though), very clean, nice staff at the reception, airco worked well, very good location.

Friendly staff. Excellent WiFi. Great location close to a lot of attractions.

The beds were a little uncomfortable. We were in room 305. Shower was great but water pressure could have been stronger.

The location is good, close to everything, and the interior style is very cool.

The room had no window, I was made aware of this right after the booking. Upon arrival the room had a heavy smell of strong perfume, that was impossible to air out because of the lack of windows.

Poor soundproofing so could hear people in next bathroom, no hot drinks in room.

Cute and convenient! Value and vicinity!

Location and staff were amazing, a spot nestled in the gothic quarter was fantastic value for the money. Always felt amazing coming home to the very quaint lobby at El Call

Beds were uncomfortable for me but might not be the same for everyone.

Great

I always stay here when I visit Barca which is often. The staff is so accommodating I really enjoy it there.

Its an old building so because I was on the 4th floor the water pressure in the shower is weak but still hot I’m used to it now since I stay here often. So it really doesn’t bother me.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of Barcelona. Easy access to the Metro, shopping and restaurants.

Location, staff. Let us leave bags in a safe place.

Walls thin. Lots of noise from rooms next door and people shouting and running around upstairs at 1-2 am. also from outside street. Pillows too unsubstantial - needed to ask for extra.

location is the best

the bed, the very bad pillows, they received us very badly saying that we had not paid when we had already done so, the shower, the air conditioning did not work, they did not give us the bill for the stay.

Floor and room had bad smell No real windows in room Room is small On one of the nights the hotel electric power went down for lots of hours , no elevator , no lights, no power for charging phones ,nothing. Really unpleasant experience.

Bed linen appeared not to have been changed. Room small and dark with window into ventilation shaft. Unpleasant smell in corridor and room.

The location is at the heart of the gothic quarter. Near to the metro and walking distance to a lot of the attraction and the night life spots. The staff was friendly and helpful.
