It's about a 8 minute drive to the main beach lot. The place itself was great with plenty of space, a full kitchen and laundry(good if you have a trip over a week). Something not mentioned in the description is that in addition to beach chairs it has a beach umbrella and a small cooler(has wheels and telescoping handle). Definitely would look this place up again if, or when I want to travel to Naples for the beach again. When going to the beach I recommend going on a weekday as parking is easier. If you're not an early riser you can usually take a couple or few trips around the lot and find some who is leaving. On the weekends good luck.

Communication was excellent. The house was good for what we needed. Loved sitting out back and enjoying morning coffee admiring the landscaping. Was a little disappointed with the shower. The doors are loose and came off one time. Seems an accident waiting to happen. Everything else was fine.

This was a great place to stay for our winter getaway! As a biker, the location provided easy access to Gulf Shore Blvd. Loved the screened in front porch and having a desk to work from in the master bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped when we wanted to cook and the location provided awesome access to restaurants. In fact, we walked to Mr. Tequila and Blueberry's. Roman was a great host and very responsive to our communication requests. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean, the neighborhood was quiet and Roman was a great host. He keeps his home well-equipped with almost everything you’ll need during your stay. And unlike some properties, the pictures paint a very accurate portrayal of the house. We’ll stay here again the next time we visit Naples.

This is our second stay at Roman’s house. He is very welcoming. The house has a wonderful screened porch, a very comfortable King bed, many amenities, & is close to the beaches, 5th Avenue, restaurants & shops. We very much enjoyed our stay!

This house was so enjoyable. The check in was so easy. The house is very clean and close to beaches and restaurants. Roman was so helpful when I reached out to him before arriving. The bottle of wine was a very nice gesture and loved having use of the bikes. Having all the extras for the trips to the beach were great. I will definitely try and book again when coming to Florida. The location provided easy access to major roads. The interior was nicely decorated but unfortunately there are areas where you could hear the adjacent guests so easily that you knew when they cleared their throat or what they were talking about.

Roman’s property is on a quiet residential street and in keeping with the information. The place is spotless and very well equipped. We truly enjoyed our stay. The only beauty spot is that the soundproofing in btw this unit and the adjacent studio is not great. So depending what your neighbors will be like you might get some noise disturbance, from loud tv or music etc.

The house was clean and furnishings were tasteful. Bed was comfortable. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need to make a meal. Grocery stores, businesses, restaurants and beach nearby. In between 2 main drags, so things were convenient. The street itself is in a quiet neighborhood that we felt comfortable bike riding in. There is also a screened porch, I guess Floridians call that a lenai? Only got to use it once because weather was cold. The owner was nice to talk to. Would definitely stay there again!

The accommodations were great! The owner was very responsive. I mentioned there was no mixer and he went and bought one! I wasn’t happy that there is a studio connected. We could hear the couple on the other side of the wall and felt we had to be mindful of our noise level, the TV volume or just conversation.

My daughter and I really enjoyed staying at this property. It was clean and the beds were really comfortable. It was nice to have a full kitchen so we didn’t have to eat every meal out. The neighborhood is very quiet and centrally located. Easy to get anywhere in town. Really appreciated all the beach gear that was available for our use. I would highly recommend a stay if you’re in Naples.

This place was exactly as advertised. Perfect for one or two couples, or a small family. Comfortable, reasonably appointed, everything you need for a Naples away. 5-10 minutes from a number of beaches, 10 minutes to downtown Naples, 15 minutes up to Vanderbilt Beach area. Beach towels, cooler, and beach chairs aplenty! I corresponded with the owner via email numerous times, and he responded very quickly each time, and got me the precise information needed. I would definatly stay here again, and hopefully soon!

This house was great! It is within walking distance from local restaurants and a quick drive to various beaches. It was very clean, comfortable and in a quiet, safe area. The communication with the owner was easy as they were very responsive to questions and sent a list of various restaurants prior to our arrival for us to look up. We have stayed in many VRBO rentals and this was top-notch! I highly recommend staying here!
