no good parking options
pool closes at 7pm already
check out 11am.
we came back from breakfast and wanted to take out our luggage. the door to our room was 11.01am already blocked.
we had to reactivate the card at the reception.
they weren’t super friendly about that

We liked the location, interior and staff.
There was some stuff that was additionally charged during breakfast.

Friendly staff.
Not good value for money. We paid €700 for 3 nights and our room was overlooking a car park.

Hotel with a very relaxed atmosphere and super friendly staff. Location right on the beach is perfect, the village of Brela and all the restaurants are within short walking distance. Beautiful pool with comfortable beds. Rooms are spacious and modern and are thoroughly cleaned every day.

2nd time in this hotel, location is excellent being just a short walk from Brela centre and right above the beach. The hotel is well designed, spotless and has a beautiful pool area (sunbeds free). The staff are nice and pleasant and try their best to help especially Rocco. Rooms are clean, well appointed and spacious. Parking good value for money and not a rip off like in some hotels at 5 euro a day.
Also we had an issue with toiletry refills in our room, we mentioned it to reception and they immediately fixed the issue which didn't reoccur. Always worth to raise any concerns when there and give hotel the opportunity to fix it.
Overall Exceptional value for money
Car park is a bit restricted (although you can find spaces a bit further from hotel).
Staff are nice and extremely helpful, but breakfast can be a bit chaotic with it not always being clear staff know their roles (but they try)

Hospitality, cleanliness, modern interior design, great location. I also want to say - Ana was so helpful and friendly, that she made our check in and generally the stay a delight.

Due to extended renovation at the Hotel we got upgrade and were moved to the sibling 5* hotel nearby: Berulia. Great contact with reservation center, we actually visited the area where our original hotel was located and the place is also stunning: lots of Pine trees, near the sea, quiet location but close all of the attractions. Brela has great seaside promenade where you can go for the long walks. Worth a visit!

The hotel is beautifully renovated right in front of the beach. The rooms are spacious, modern and we loved paying an extra for the sea view, it was totally worth it.
The breakfast à la carte was fine as there are some better dishes than others. The hollaindese sauce for the eggs benefit needs improving, everything else was good, specially the fresh squeezed orange juice.
The staff is attentive and it was fine to get fresh towels from the reception. The car parking can be a bit challenging, but it is the cheapest around as we paid €3/dayz
Overall we had a fantastic stay and recommend this hotel.
Nothing to add.

The staff was very helpful and would gladly engage in conversation when desired by guests.
The hotel was recently renovated, but not completely. The elevator is not renovated some doors etc. This is pity. Also, terrases didn't have a non-smoking part. The meals were served inside also when the weather permitted otherwise. I couldn't open the balcony door, because other guests were constantly smoking on their balconies so instead of enjoying the smell of the pine forest I could enjoy the nicotine fumes. Very sad

Fantastic location right next to seafront and a few mins walk from Brela centre, but raised coast so very quiet. Beautifully renovated with immaculate rooms and tasteful decor. Fantastic pool playing ambient music with very nice bar. Very reasonably priced for what it is.
Breakfast a la carte which is a nice touch.
Hotel uses a lot of seasonal staff, mostly all very friendly and really nice people, but not often fully trained in what they are doing. Given their friendliness it wasn't an issue for me an my wife, with the exception of 1 guy on the pool bar who was huffing and complaining whenever anyone came to order which didn't feel great, especially that Bar wasn't the busiest place.
Breakfast a la carte a nice touch, with a wide choice. But my american pancakes and eggs benedict arrived cold on a few occasions. If a la carte it needs to be better.

Great location, close to beach and pedestrian walkway which runs along the coast for miles in either direction linking resorts and beaches. Recently refurbished to a high standard and very clean. Staff attentive and pleasant
Nothing to dislike at all

Wonderful hotel, recently renovated. Pictures doesn't do it justice. Great and very friendly staff, lovely rooms. Special thanks to the staff member who helped with finding a parking space!

the location of the hotel, the breakfasts were fine, the decor of the hotel and rooms was beautiful
parking very tight, the hotel should do something with people who came in at 7/8 AM to reserve sunbeds that were left empty for half a day with towels…

The hotel itself is lovely and the decor is tastefully done, the location is brilliant with the hotel being right on the beach.
The breakfast and the service massively let this place down, the breakfast was a bit of an after thought and an omelette described as a vegetable omlette came with blue cheese and the tiniest pieces of chopped pepper on the side as “garnish” the staff at breakfast were incredibly unhelpful and after asking for more coffee we were greeted with a waiter declaring he was the drinks guy and all drinks should be ordered from him, multiple asks and 40 minutes later……… no drinks in sight.

beautifully decorated and right on the beach. Location is excellent surrounded by pines.
There is no actual dining room but the tables are in the large lounge area off the lobby in the main floor.

- Great location.
- Lady at the reception desk was very nice and pleasant, as well as the guy who helped us with language.
- Nice pool area.
- Cleanness is on a satisfying level.
- Welcome package for my dog (doggy bags and toy) was a nice touch.
- Many times we waited from 15-20 minutes to get served during breakfast.
- Most of the staff who served the breakfast were pretty frustrated and unpleasant.
- The breakfast is ala carte and there is always the same offer, so not many options especially if you are staying for more than two days.
- Sun beds were pretty dirty.
- Elevator not working.
- The balcony was super small. Two people cannot pass each other.
- It was pretty unusual that the pet-friendly hotel didn't have bowls for water. Instead, they were giving water to my dog in the ashtray, which I find unacceptable.
- Cars are parked under pine trees and exposed to the resin falling from the trees.
If you are traveling with your pet, it is good to know that non of the beaches in Brela welcome dogs.

The hotel is newly renovated and is simply a masterpeace in design. The hotel is from mid 60´s funkis house with big windows and open floor space. It must have been a great challenge renovating and holding the original feel. A great achievement. Well worth the visit for design nerds like me.
Parking spaces are limited. Had to park outside the hotel lot about 300 meters away. Not a big thing though.

Great place, great breakfast. You can stay at the pool and also the sea is 200m from the pool, very convenient. Hotel is near the beast beach on riviera Makarsha, beach Punta Rata. Parking at the hotel is cheap per day.

Wonderful vacation here. I highly recommed to everyone 🤍
It would be better to have breakfast in the form of a buffet than a la carte menu. I missed a vegetables. Nevertheless, the breakfast was great.

We loved the location, the view, the lobby, the interior, the beds, the breakfast, the pool, the shower, the balcony and how clean the room and the whole hotel was!!! The distance to the sea is just around 50 meters and you can get free towels from the lobby. Just amazing!!
In comparison to others we did like that the breakfast is brought to your table instead of you having to get it yourself. It gave us the time to relax and enjoy the beautiful green surroundings.
Furthermore, our dog was also warmly welcomed! He received some gifts like a cooling mattress and a toy! Pjotr says thank you dear staff!
Writing this review almost feels like a promotional ad or something, but really… It exceeded my expectations by far.
There are limited parking spots and it can be quite difficult to manoeuvre because of the limited space and steep road. For myself not a huge deal but I can imagine for a beginner driver with a manual car that it might be quite stressful and difficult.

The hotel has a nice pool area where you can stay and see the sea, go swimming there. I had a nice sea view from my balcony. The hotel is freshly renovated.
The beach in front of the hotel was crowded. I would prefer to have a buffet breakfast rather then their à la cart. The elevator didn’t function properly and I got stuck there.

lovely architecture and interior design. classic bauhaus building with a modern interior! amazing concept. and the breakfast is outstanding.
