Nice and comfy stay. Warm too

Overall, it was a nice place.

Struggled to find the door number as we arrived very late at night. The first number wasn’t clear. The instructions for getting the key was good, however it should’ve said that ‘garden gate’. We were very confused and spent few minutes looking for the gate in the dark. Sent messages to the owner few times regarding check out time . Disappointed for not receiving a reply. Not enough toilet rolls for all the guests

The condition of the house was disappointing.

The location was really good being just a 10 min walk to the nearest tube station.

The house was in need of a lot of TLC. We were asked to not wear shoes upstairs which we did but as the stair carpet was very dirty others obviously hadn't. There were only 4 dining room chairs and all were broken. When the shower was in use the kitchen tap also ran and vibrated causing a loud noise. Instructions for using the cooker would have been helpful and there was not enough cutlery. Upstairs the bathroom was good although the bath side was held on with a screwdriver. The single bed base was broken and all mattresses were not good and definitely need replacing. The sheets on the bed in the front bedroom also had dirty marks on them and the wardrobe was broken. 2 of the bedroom doors were also broken (cracked) and there was no lock on the bathroom door just a hole. The handle on the window in the upstairs toilet was broken off and so we were not able to close the window. The curtains in the back bedroom did not fit the windows and the curtains in the front bedroom were not put up properly. The ends of the pole were missing and some rings were just left on the windowsill. The location was excellent.

Don’t bother.

The location was fine, why else stay somewhere?

Disgusting cleaning standards, dirty towels hanging on the main bedroom door covering two pairs of worn knickers, broken glass on the kitchen draining board, mouldy bathroom, broken window fittings, broken fixtures and fittings clearly not refurbished in a long time. Beds and bedding old and stained etc etc.

Good value for our stay with easy access to public transportation.

The location was easy and parking was convenient as you can park 2 cars at the property. There are several grocery stores nearby and it’s easy to catch the bus or tube/train.

The home is very outdated with mold in several areas which is really bad to breath in. The mold needs to be removed professionally as it will harm peoples lungs.

We loved staying at this house for holiday! There were enough beds to accommodate each of us. We loved the spacious common room, where much of our time was spent!

Main door lock is a little defective.There should be some more crockery and the floor carpet needs one good cleaning.

Wish I had known about this property before, when the in laws were still with us.

Location was great, rooms were large, parking was great,.

Downstairs toilet sink leaked, no remotes at all for main TV & Virgin Box, upstairs toilet window closer broken (meant one night had a whistling wind through the upstairs) - this was all minor stuff, though.

Good location and should be a good house, but things need to get fixed and cleaned

This house is in a great location outside of the ULEZ. It is close to grocery stores, the Underground and restaurants. At first glance, the house is spacious and nice with many couches in the living room and a big dining room table. The kitchen has the necessities in it.

After the first glance, we noticed the splashed liquids on the ceiling and wall of the dining room that was never cleaned up. Someone has trashed the place with broken doors and broken chairs. For the amount of money I spent on this place, there could have been 4 matching bath towels, at least. Instead, 4 random towels, and those were the ONLY towels in the place. I had to call the owner to get the code for the key because it was not sent automatically, and the owner did not respond to two emails I sent asking to change our number of people. We booked and paid for 7 people even though only 4 showed up. So, really wondering about those 4 towels if they never say my email. Why didn't I have 7 towels?

Terrible host dirty property.

Dirty Rubbish all over back garden. Seats and table dirty. No cutlery all left with previous tenants curry on. Host just told us to leave didn't offer help.

House overall was pretty clean. Great for small families

Utensils were dirty with no washing up liquid. The windows were letting a draft in and were repaired with foam so draft was easily coming through

I liked how spacious and clean the property was! I had issues opening the front door and when I called the property management , he was more than helpful and came the next day to fix the door.

The front door was difficult to open but it has now been fixed.
