We love this property. We have stayed twice now and honestly hope to come back every year. We live in the pool when we stay. There is plenty of space. All the things you may need. Awsome location w a view. Super easy check in and check out.

We had an absolutely fabulous time staying at this awesome home! Every year our family takes a trip together and this was by far one of the most beautiful homes we have stayed in!
It was not only clean and beautifully decorated but also stocked with everything you could possibly need! Ava was an amazing host and answered all our questions quickly! She even set up the travel crib for our granddaughter!
Thank you for a great week! We would stay here again in a second!

Eva's home in Laguna Hills was a wonderful place to call home for a month! The house is large, clean, and well appointed. We cooked at home every day, the kitchen has almost everything you could want (the only thing we missed was a vegetable steamer), and it is large, open, and bright. There was only two of us in the home, but it is plenty big for more people, with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Although it didn't bother us at all, some may want to know that there is only 1 shower (the master bath has a large tub that we did not use). The beds seem new, firm-ish, and we slept wonderfully (similar to our own Tempur-Pedic). Bed and bath linens were clean, new, and of nice quality. Pool/beach towels were nice and numerous. The W & D worked great.
The home is at the end of a cul de sac, in a very quiet neighborhood, with plenty of driveway and street parking, and it feels very private both in the yards and inside the home. Getting around town is simple and enjoyable, with wide and uncongested streets, and the location is a short drive to Laguna, Newport, and Huntington beaches to the north, and Dana Point south. We even bought e-bikes during our stay and enjoyed riding in to town and taking them to the beach boardwalks!
The pool and spa were relaxing and we enjoyed spending time on the patios.
Eva was a wonderful host! She responded rapidly to every inquiry. Overall she provided us with a perfect extended getaway. We truly hope to stay here again soon.
Thank you Eva!

We had a wonderful stay at Eva's property. Comfortable house with lots of amenities, including a pool and spa that you can heat to your preferred temperature with no extra charge. We will definitely stay here again if we come to Laguna Hills!

We have stayed in many VRBOs over the years, and this one is certainly at the top. Clean and spacious, no clutter, but EVERY DETAIL is thought of and covered for a family stay. From a trunk of fun pool toys (clean and all useable!), to a closet of beach-ready items, to a fully stocked coffee and tea station, to a cabinet of clean and fun games, to high quality cooking utensils...we literally did not want for a thing the entire time. The owner was responsive within minutes to any communication, and even let us keep some books the children had started reading and enjoyed. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

There were 8 adults (4 couples) who stayed at Eva’s and we were beyond pleased with what we walked into. The house is much roomier and more beautiful than the pictures show. The outdoor space is incredible! We spent almost all our time outside. Huge beautiful pool with an attached hot tub, ample seating around the pool, fantastic dining area outside. A lovely fire area for when it cools off.
Eva was very quick to respond to anything we asked!
After staying in several rental homes and often disappointed as they tend to be “oversold”, I can’t say enough good things about this property.
If we have the opportunity to return, we 100% will!

The house had everything we could ask for - location, beautiful, well-appointed, and spacious interior, and heated pool and hot tub. Would stay there again without hesitation.

We are frequent Vrbo renters and have been burned in the past by exaggerated descriptions of lovely homes, only to show up and be disappointed. Not here - this home is FANTASTIC. It was perfect for our family to gather, many separate rooms with large TVs when teens want to separate from adults, a nicely stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, incredibly spacious main bedroom, large efficient washer/dryer and as advertised a HEATED pool and hot tub (without additional daily charges)! Owner is easily reached if you have any questions or needs. The home is easy to get to, located at the end of quiet cul-de-sac & minutes from a Ralph’s grocery. If I ever need to revisit the OC, I’m staying here again. Thank you for a wonderful place to spend a relaxing winter holiday.

This property is pretty much as advertised. The house is set up for entertaining, with 3 large TV viewing areas, 2 downstairs in the great room and living room, and one upstairs in the master bedroom. The kitchen is well appointed and well stocked with casual amenities like coffee and spices. We enjoyed the Hawaiian blend especially in the mornings. Three out of four beds are memory foam, including the master bedroom. We found it to be very comfortable. Bathrooms were a little strange, with only one shower for the house in the guest bathroom. The master bath only has a standing tub. The guest tub with shower was quite slippery and created a fall hazard for older guest like ourselves. There was plenty of toiletries provided, shampoo and body wash, as was laundry soaps etc.
The pool and spa were quite nice although we didn't use either. This house is not set up for mobility impaired, all bedrooms are upstairs, and downstairs has several elevation changing steps, like "pit" living room and great room. The only thing I would change in the house is there are no end tables or coffee tables to pair with the TV viewing furniture. So you can set drinks or snacks on the floor or hold them in your lap. Evan a couple of folding tables or "TV trays" would work just fine.
The manager, Eva, communicated frequently and responded quickly whenever there was any question.
Overall, its definitely on the will return list.

The property was clean and well decorated with room and something to do for everyone. The pool and hot tub were clean and functioned well, and the firepit a great place to relax in the evening. The BBQ was clean and functional, which made for a great burger night in. There are walkable trails (Aliso Creek) and a grocery store close by, so it was the perfect spot for us to land for the baby shower we flew in for!

We stayed in Laguna Hills for a long weekend with beach proximity. The property is on a hill in a nice neighborhood with some scenic views of the surrounding areas and some nearby neighborhood parks. Several people in our party commented that the house was nicer than the online pictures suggested. The common areas are comfortable and open with a lot of natural light. The pool and hottub were a great addition, although they are controlled with a smart-home iPad that took some getting used to. The kitchen was well appointed and well stocked (utensils, cookware, basic spices, etc), and we enjoyed cooking breakfast most days.

Clean and modern with beautiful views.
We’ had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was very clean, tastefully decorated, and had beautiful views. We really feel like it had everything we could ask for: pool, hot tub, fire table, fully-stocked kitchen, two tv rooms, etc.! David the pool guy was also awesome!
There were just a few things we feel need attention:
- The ice maker was not making ice
- The pool was too warm; we tried turning off the pool/spa heater, but it kept turning back on. Maybe we just didn’t know how to work the iPad, so instructions might be useful for the next guest.
- A couple more beach towels would be nice to have. (There were only five beach towels.)
- The stucco and paint outside need to be repaired.
We would definitely recommend this property and would love to stay there again in the future.

Privacy and Beautiful!
We had a great time and were very comfortable. House had everything you can imagine you might need. Everything upgraded throughout. Excellent taste! The only thing that I would have liked would be a shower instead of a tub in the master bath. The stand alone tub in the master bath does have a hand held shower (European style) but nowhere to prop it up which is hard as we all have long hair. I didn't realise this before I booked. I have 3 daughters 17-21 plus me so it was tough all sharing the same one shower in the house every day and trying to get ready and get out in a timely manner. Property owner was wonderful to communicate with. 5 stars for sure! Thank you for everything Eva. Loved it!

Excellent property and experience!
Everything was smooth and wonderful. The property is in excellent condition and has all the necessary amenities.

We loved the property but it had a major ant problem. Ants in the bathrooms, in the bedrooms and in living room. We had ants crawling on my newborn on the couch. We brought this up to Eva but she didn’t believe us because her cleaning people and Terminix said they didn’t see any sign of Ant infestation. Went out of our budget to book this property because of its “luxury resort” experience but just went home disappointed. Wished we could have written a better review.

Nice house, convenient location
The house was exactly as described and shown in pictures. Very clean and nicely maintained. Beautiful pool and spa and kids had a great time playing in them for hours each day. Great location in Laguana Hills, close to the beach and hiking. Fast EV charging on site which was a really nice convenience. Only slight hiccup was all the smart home features, which are cool, but sometimes did not work consistently. However, the property owner was very responsive and helped troubleshoot and resolve the couple of things that came up during our stay. Overall, great experience that I would recommend.

Lovely Laguna Hills
Our stay in Eva and Dmitry’s home was wonderful! The best part was the pool! We had a few questions that came up during our stay and contacted Eva - she was extremely responsive by responding within minutes! The house was immaculate and well-stocked with towels, sheets, blankets, and everything needed to cook as if you were in your own home! We look forward to returning again in the future.

Stunning house!
The pictures don't do it justice. Beautiful, spacious property. Everything is automated and updated. We very much enjoyed the pool and spa. The area is gorgeous and you feel very safe to walk around. Since we have an electric car, we felt like we saved so much precious time not having to drive around and look for a supercharging station.

Awesome
We had a fantastic vacation at Eva and Dmitriy's place. The pictures don't do this resort-style home justice. The backyard, side yard and pool are stunning and private with beautiful trees, natural shade and hill views. The water in the pool and jacuzzi is crystal-clear. And a massive bonus - Eva lets you heat the pool to the temperature of your liking - at no extra charge.
The house is spacious, elegantly decorated, renovated and very clean. It is located 20 min away from the beautiful Laguna Beach promenade and within walking distance from shopping, playgrounds, skate park, hiking trails, etc.
Eva is super-responsive (within minutes) and very helpful. Each member of our tri-generational party (kids, us, and wife's parents) loved our stay at Eva's place and highly recommend it!
