Escape to your own private oasis with our stunning stand-alone studio. Equipped with a refreshing plunge pool exclusively for guests' use, the studio is situated in a tranquil neighborhood for a peaceful stay. Enjoy the convenience of on-site parking and complimentary Wi-Fi. Relax and unwind in front of the Smart TV, featuring Netflix and other free-to-air apps, while the air conditioning keeps you cool and comfortable or warm and cosy as required. EV charging available by arrangement.
Enjoy a super comfortable queen bed and luxury linen, a choice of pillows and an abundance of towels.
Step outside to the alfresco dining area, complete with a BBQ and induction cooktop, and all the necessary utensils for a delightful outdoor dining experience. Please note, the plunge pool may not be heated during the winter months but you can use our personal sauna at anytime. Get in some putting practice before your game at the stunning Margaret River Golf Club. A very friendly small dog also resides on the premises.
Although we live on the premises your personal privacy is assured.
Margaret River has a great reputation for its multiple venues and activities to offer, from wine and breweries tours to outdoor activities. It has a great selection of restaurants in town (5 mins drive or 20 minutes walk) plus the wineries for enjoying your culinary experiences.
Longer stays are recommended to fully enjoy what our region has to offer.

John made us feel very welcome. His dog Gianni was a delight. The property was about a 15-20 minute walk from the town centre and located in a very quiet and peaceful area. Very central to the wine region. John and his family were on hand when required and respected our privacy. Thank you for your hospitality!

We were abit unsure on privacy once we arrived, but after we met John and he showed us around, he gave us plenty of space and we felt so comfortable and at home. Lovely soft bed, aircon, coffee maker, beautiful pool and grass area. Wonderful stay, cheers John!

Stayed there for 3 nights, the accommodation was clean, comfortable, and full of little details that made our stay ten times better. Nice location, close to wineries, restaurants, and walks. The host was welcoming and a pleasure to talk to. Little Gianni was the cherry on top of the cake, we will miss him.

My Hisband and myself had a great time, when we first booked the property the photos didn’t actually show it was apart of someone’s property so that was a bit of a surprise for us as we expected a private getaway for our honeymoon the place was lovely and clean host was helpful on where the best places where to go but just wasn’t private

The property is in a beautiful location, with walks on the doorstep, and only a few minutes drive into town. The accomodation provides everything needed for a short break, with a comfy bed and luxury linen, toiletries and the pool is a bonus.

The property whilst small appears really spacious because of the outside space. The pool was great as the weather was really hot. The studio was spotlessly clean and is tastefully furnished, I would love to stop here if we visit the area again. Finally John is great host, really helpful.

The property is unique, sizeable and manageable. The environment is clean, romantic and very private. In my opinion, one thing I dislike is, the pool is large and very deep and there is no reading showing the depth.

We really enjoyed our time here! Margaret River is a beautiful area, well worth the visit. Since day 1, communication with John, the owner, was excellent. When we arrived, he had warmed up the pool for us to take a plunge. The apartment is super well equipped (John even provides sun block, adaptors). Since we were traveling around Australia, John even let us use his washing machine! He also suggested places to visit. Everything to make our stay our stay amazing. There is an added bonus. Gianni, his dog, is as hospitable as John. He will be there to greet you and put a smile on your face!
