Все хорошо, цена более чем адекватна.

Если вы едете ради моря - выбирайте другое место, отгороженная зона для плавания меньше чем в бассейне, море выглядит грязным и не соответствует уровню отеля :)

Грязные бассейны,много народу -мало места,номера плохо убирают и очень химозно пахнущим средством.Ушатанные номера,гостиница похожа на пакетную. Вокруг колхоз

It was an amazing experience

Friendly staff, great food, cleanness, organised daily programs (don’t miss archery with Baki and the piano bar), Be sure to book the Amber restaurant (delicious food)

Actually everything was great. However there were some hiccups such as repetitive meals for kids.

Uncomfortable stay and bad personal experience with hotel reception staff and managment

Reception staff You don’t feel as a guest Within 2 days that I spent . The reception ask me to come to them in impolite way send their staff to our room and open the door They want to upgrade our room but it the worst for my mother and it is not as I requested to be sea view and I ask to do a favor to keep my room with my sister as a guest but they refused and I lost my day in long conversation with the staff without benefits Even when I ask their customer service manager he didn’t do any favor or either apologize about their staff behavior

Clean and smell fresh all the time, Ask for Yousef at the front desk He is very helpful and Professional. Ali at the Buffet was very friendly and always smiling.

Amazing experience for families and a very well equipped facility

I loved the food quality and its availability . The kids club was an amazing facility for our kids and we all truly enjoyed it. The Kids clubs staff were all very friendly and helpful which we really appreciate. The staff at reception were also very helpful and friendly however we felt that late check out was not possible without a fee and the fee was quite high for guests who have already spent a week at the hotel and for a short number of hours only. Since flights into Dalaman are limited and at very early late or early hours, it was quite exhausting to stay at the hotel without booking a room for a few extra hours especially with kids that need to sleep ahead of a flight. I'd definitely love to come back again to the hotel soon but I hope hotel management can take our comments into consideration. But overall it was a very enjoyable experience for my whole family :)

There were lots of staff that didn't speak English which wasn't too helpful for us both to understand each other. It was also clear that this language barrier didn't help the staff be very cooperative or friendly to our requests. Also several times throughout the week we had to ask the staff for clean coffee mugs and water in our fridge and we staff weren't very responsive to our requests. And when you wake up early you'd like make a cup of coffee at least before leaving the room

Had a lovely time by the pool and Cabanas were excellent.

Lovely location and nice pool and cabanas. Food was good and plentiful. Turkish food was great.

Not so accessible. Steps all around the pool and huge steps to get into the pool which caused an injury to my leg. Guest relations ripped us off with taxi to Pamukkale which was mire than the $3350 quoted on Booking.com. Caters mainly to English people, including foid.

Overall I enjoyed the stay and would like to come back

I got everything i expected from a 5 start hotel .Pools, restaurants, night meals... water activities, nearby attractions, clean facilities , very friendly barmen and restaurant stuff. excellent hammam and massage. Sweet perk was a small pool for the family room.

Pillows.. though when I mentioned that during checkout, I was told that they have different type of pillows... It is a bit strange because i would expect to be informed about these kind of options ahead of time. The stuff at front desk was "nice, nice ... not thrilling but nice"

Everything was perfect! The room was spacious and clean, the food was amazing, the staff were super helpful and friendly. Although it was the end of the season and there weren’t many guests, there was live music in the evening. A la carte restaurants were gorgeous. It couldn’t have been better! I’ll definitely choose this hotel again.

Best resort experience I have had in my life.

Beautiful property with 5 star accommodations and service. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Service was exceptional and the food was delicious.

Stunning hotel in a beautiful location

I can't imagine anyone giving this place less than a 10/10. From start to finish it was the best hotel experience we've ever had. Facilities are immaculate, the resort is beautiful, food/drink excellent, and the service is so lovely. Will definitely be returning.

Nothing bad to say about this place - it was divine.
