We were looking for a nice, small spot to stay for a few days, while we checked out Lebanon and its surrounding areas. This property was exactly what we needed. The listing for it was spot on. We throughly enjoyed the time we spent here. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay in Lebanon.

Nice, cozy lil home with a cute waterfall koi pond, fire pit, and hot tub with a scenic view. Perfect for our "Mommy sleepover". It is adjacent to the owners home, so if you plan on partying and being loud, probably not your environment. However, it was just the peace we were looking for.

This guest house is really nice…super clean, nice kitchen, great hot tub. It was next door to owners of the property. Owners were very accommodating. The house was totally suitable for 2 people. They offer a pull-out sofa for additional guests but we couldn’t get it to set up properly. Overall experience was great!

The property is just like the pictures with beautiful furnishings and a lovely view off the back porch. The owners are very kind and helpful and communicate very well. The Koi pond added to the serene back porch experience if you want a moment to relax. It was a lovely stay for us.

Overall the property was beautiful. Very clean, quiet and set away from the noise of the city and highway. We were able to wind down and relax when we wanted and take a short drive into the city when we wanted some excitement. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The place in very nice and cozy. Really has everything you need in an apartment. Maybe i missed it in the description, but its essentially semi attached tothe owner home which is a little awkward.

Loved this place, very quiet, tranquil, and clean. Loved the patio out back facing a large field. It had a small water pond with fish.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cottage in Lebanon. Very private and cozy. Loved the king size bed-very comfortable! Although we didn't have any needs that weren't already provided for, the owner was friendly and made sure we got checked in okay.

We had a great time and was only about 20 minutes from downtown Nashville

Owners went out of the way to make u feel welcome. Extra phone charger cords if u need to use them . Coffee for free. Beautiful property and guest house

The accommodations were very nice. The only negative is that the main house and guesthouse are about 12 feet apart. The deck and hot tub are in a shared space. The lodging itself was very well organized and perfect for a couple. I’m glad for the opportunity to stay.

My stay was fantastic. The guest house is perfectly clean, and stocked with everything to make you feel at home. Even though this is off the beaten path, I was within 15 mins of the airport and within 15-30 mins of everything that I wanted to do in the Nashville area. The hosts where fantastic in their communication with me. Super helpful and hospitable. I most certainly will stay at the guest house again when I am in the Nashville area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This home is within a short driving distance of lots of restaurants and shopping. It is honestly the cleanest place I've stayed in and that includes the Disney resorts. Highly recommend these owners!

This place was perfect! Our host answered any questions we had in a matter or minutes or less. If we ever go back to Nashville, I will definitely look this place up to stay here again!

I just completed a momma-son trip to Nashville with my 23 yr old son. We booked this place because it fit our budget, but it gave us way more than we paid for. This cozy guest house became a refuge for my boy and me as we dealt with a failed engine on my car, rental cars, tow trucks, and unexpected expenses that really cut into our hot chicken funds. Oh, and rain. Lots of rain. Although our fun got interrupted on the daily with all the troubles, we had a comfortable place to chill out and get our sleep. The guesthouse has a highly comfortable king bed and a pretty decent sleeper sofa. The kitchen was fully equipped. The bathroom is handicap accessible with grab bars beside the toilet and in the shower. We never used the hot tub, but it was hot and ready if we wanted it. The living area had a huge TV with plenty of streaming services. Plus, there was a nice selection of board games. The owners were quick to respond to my questions and were kind. The location felt like the country but was minutes from a grocery store, restaurants and gas stations. The drive into Nashville wasn’t bad…probably 30 minutes or so. I give this place a thumbs up and, if I come back for another dose of Nashville, I will book again.

My stay was excellent, Kristy made sure we were ok via text and communication was great throughout the stay.. we were left to our own devices and was never bothered. The house itself is warm and inviting with everything you need for your stay including extra bedding, cooking utensils, coffee machine with coffee and milk powder. The TV is huge and has all the channels you need to enjoy a film etc. the location is great and only about 30mins from lower broadway (depending on traffic) the grounds and surroundings are impressive and well kept. I will most definitely be renting the property again.. I recommend this property for sure.. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Great location for Nashville getaway!

Great place to stay outside of the hustle and bustle of Nashville. Quiet and comfortable.

Wonderful well-maintained property located in the country but within easy driving range of Nashville city limits. My buddy and I enjoyed staying in a quiet, serene setting while also getting to enjoy all that Nashville has to offer!

We had an excellent stay here, from start to finish. David and Kristy were easy to communicate with, helpful, and super friendly. I slept so well (and that's not something I do when I'm not at home) between the bed and the sound of the running water from the koi pond. It was close to everything but it still felt like we were out in the middle of nowhere and completely at peace. I'd definitely recommend staying here!

Very clean place just a short drive to Nashville. Close to the city but far enough away. Great price too.

Relaxing and felt like home

The guest house was very clean. Little touches added by owner, made even better. Always was able to get in touch w owner, if needed. Nice and quiet property. It was too windy night we were gonna have a fire, but fire pit, and hot tub looked very inviting. Would stay again if in town.

It was very easy renting this property and very affordable compared to others in the area.

This was supposed to be a “private” guest home, with no neighbors nearby. However in fact this house is literally ATTACHED to a neighboring home. This rental has many accommodations including a “PRIVATE” hot tub, patio, fire pit, coi pond and grill. Well private hot tub apparently means accessible by not only the rental, but the attached home as well. Not to mention the fire pit, patio, and coi pond are also communal and not private at all. Also there was no grill for use on the property. There was a propane grill on the communal patio, but I was told it was only to be used by the attached home, not us the renters. The best part is the multiple “security” cameras pointed DIRECTLY at the hot tub, making myself and my wife too uncomfortable to even uncover the hot tub, let alone use it for fear of finding the “security” footage on some website later in life. I can understand wanting the property to be safe, but there was only one camera on the rest of the property viewing the parking area, yet MULTIPLE directly observing the hot tub. Also you must clean the rental prior to leaving, so you pay a cleaning fee, and get to clean the property before you leave. Inside the home was well put together with a few minor defects. The shower head had very little pressure making the showers about useless. They had another shower head attached that didn’t work at all. Cookware was provided but hidden, we had to contact the owners to gain access to what was supposed to be provided. And finally we’re the little brown flying bugs that seemed to be radiating from the bathroom, not a lot of them, just enough to annoy you while using the restroom or gettin ready to shower. We did get to enjoy a nice visit from a few local deer in the field out back, I guess that was a good part of the property, there is a great view of the woods to the south, and the neighbors kitchen to the north, a nice wooded driveway to the west and a field and large home to the east. But according to the properties description, this is apartment is completely separate from the other home(except for the walkway literally connecting the homes together)…so it is quiet(other than the state highway noise from out front) and private(except for the the neighbors and cameras watching your every step) the kitchen is fully equipped appliance wise, just beware the dishwasher falls over if the door is open on it. Other than that it was a great stay with friends in another town over!
