L'emplacement "au clame "
A FUIRE!!! le prix pour la région est très alléchant mais la "villa" est inconfortable, les équipements inexistants, la planche des toilettes cassés. Pas assez d'eau chaude Pas assez de verre pas assez de couvert. Le code du Wi-Fi était dans le boîtier qu'il fallait ouvrir. J'ai du envoyé full message au responsable pour qu'il daigne me donner l'info. La literie est inconfortable ! Et surtout, nous avons été dérange le premier matin par des ouvriers qui installaient un échafaudage juste devant les fenêtres et la porte d'entrée à 7h! Pour le calme et la tranquillité on repassera. J'ai envoie des photos et une réclamation au gérant qui ne m'a même plus répondu et qui m'a de surcroît demander de laisser un bon commentaire ! La moindre des choses etait de prevenir !!! La villa était froide et humide! Deux petits radiateur électrique étaient présent mais ne suffisaient pas du tout et un avait l'aspect fondu. Les radiateurs murals eteignent coulaient. La douche n'était pas propre. Vraiment rien n'allait!

Villa? Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nur knapp. Auf jeden Fall ist das Bild mit Seesicht nicht vom Grundstück des Hauses aufgenommen worden. Auch sonst waren wir eher enttäuscht. Es war zwar relativ sauber, hatte Strom und fliessend kaltes und warmes Wasser und ein frisch bezogenes, bequemes Bett. Wir sind uns nicht sicher aus welcher Zeit die Innenaufnahmen der Räumlichkeiten stammen. Zudem wurden wir nach Abreise noch aufgefordert 10 Euro in bar auf den Tisch zu legen für die Kurtaxen, dabei stand bei der Buchung wie üblich für Booking.com «Includes taxes and fees».

Arrivati in orario di check in e l’alloggio non era ancora pronto, al ritorno in struttura abbiamo trovato sporcizia, freddo, c’erano la stufa ma non si potevano atacare alle prese. Tenda della doccia rota e anche sporca (muffa), fon roto non funzionante , wi fi non trovato. Sconsiglio la struttura

Pozele din anunt nu sunt chiar relevante realitatii. Nu e iluminat, drumul are 3 tevi, cu o masina mica e greu de trecut. Nu exista incalzire, era prea frig si paturi fara lenjerii. E dezastru, nu rustic cum zice proprietarul ci jalnic.

the villa is located in a very nice and quiet area surrounded by nature up on the mountain with a garden and free private parking (great for a huge car) - for mountain and landmark view you have to walk a bit - the owner was very friendly and the check-in was easy - a few things of the equipment described were missing but as we were well equipped for camping, we were prepared for everything - we did not enter the upper floor (it seemed occupied)
although May, it was quit cold inside the house (we used our camping heater - it would have been nice if there had been wood for the fireplace) - the house was also a little musty (sorry to say) and the WiFi didn't work due to a storm (therefore we received price reduction for the city tax) - there's also a bit of mold in the bathroom but all in all a nice place to stay for this price in this location

I liked how fast I was able to get away from this place the next morning. I also would have probably appreciated this place more if I were looking for some sort of amish retreat.
This place is the definition of false advertisement. I've been booking places in this area for years with booking.com and never have I experience anything like that. This guys should not be able to operate on Booking.com.
The place is listed as a Villa, but it's simply a small, old apartment part of what probably used to be a larger single family home. The host told us were the keys were, but after an easy self check-in he disappeared, ignoring our questions for hours and constantly rejecting our calls (I never have to make special requests to hosts, but this place had so many issues). When you text him, he replies after hours. Although the apartment is located on a mountain with below freezing temperature and although the pictures show a built in gas-based heating system ("termosifoni" in Italian) typical of a mountain house, the host turned the whole heating system off to save on his gas bill. Instead, he provided some ridiculous portable heaters that were blowing lukewarm air and were not even remotely able to effectively warm up the place, as well as some wood for a fireplace in the living room that already unpleasantly smelled like burnt air (we liked the idea of a fireplace but not everyone is able to start an indoor fire safely and we definitely weren't counting on that as a primary source of heating).
Needless to say, the place was beyond freezing when we stepped in. Although he knew that I was traveling with my 4 year old daughter, the host ignored my requests to turn on the house heating system and said that people choose his place to "be away from modern comforts", as if basic heating of a mountain house on a night several degrees below freezing could be possibly considered some type of modern comfort. Neither my wife and I, nor my 4-year-old daughter were able to sleep - she was freezing all night and was coughing and sneezing all day the next day.

We arrived in late Autumn just before the central heating started working. It was terribly cold and humid. Even the fire in the fireplace didn't help much.

Everything we'd hoped for: quiet, clean, very spacious and welcoming rustic mountain house. The beds very comfy, shower hot, parking spot right outside the house. We came when it was already dark and only stayed one night so unfortunately we missed the views, but it was the pefect overnight stop near Bellagio!

The house is pretty big, has the Italian spirit in it.
The host is very friendly, provided some tips on what to see and do. I've asked to charge my EV and they agreed (of course I'd have to cover the electricity price).

The house and furniture have the Italian spirit, but that also means they are dated.
The house itself basically does not have a nice view due to the trees, but the surrounding area does.

Amazing location in the middle of the woods, spacious, outdoor play area for the kids, super friendly and helpful host.
The proprety had all we needed, on a rainy night we even cooked dinner and played cards.
It's a nice rural house with all the basics you'll need for a comfy stay.
If you want to visit the lake I guess it's better to have a car (we had one).
Nothing, next time we'll visit Bellagio I'll try to book the same accomodation.
Ah, one silly thing... we couldn't find a bottle opener, bring your own ;)

A big free parking in front. But don't come with a sports car
The whole apartment, the equipment, the furniture, everything is below basic. Some things were broken or didn't even work, so for example the light in the entrance hall / Garage / Dining room. Yes an old garage is now a dining room.... And the apartment was something but not clean. I blame the apartment itself, its really bad, but I wouldn't blame the host, because he was very cool, always fast responsive and friendly. But as my family slept in the very uncomfortable beds and ate on the table (in the garage) I would never ever come back. Sorry but its the truth.

Huge private area with a very nice villa right in the middle of the forest!
It was expensive to take the taxi every time, even tho it’s 15 minutes away from the ferry station (by car). We were walking 2 hours on a highway.
The internet did not work, but maybe it was because of the storm.
