About this house rental
The house is perfectly situated in close proximity to beach, coffee shops, San Remo restaurants and IGA supermarket.
This beautiful family getaway is equipped with comfortable beds, a modern fully equipped kitchen, big TV in a beautiful living area. Other features include: reverse cycle, split system air conditioning in the living area first floor and another one on the second floor. The master bedroom is equipped with walk-in-robe and an ensuite Spa/Shower.
Bedding Configuration
Townhouse is configured to comfortably accommodate families of up to 7 individuals (including kids), or, 6 adults. Please contact us for different arrangements
Bedroom 1 (downstairs): Two beds: One double and one single
Bedroom 2 (downstairs): One double bed
Bedroom 3 (upstairs): One queen size bed
Living Upstairs: Sofa with extendable double bed
Studio: Adjustable desk with external monitor, desk chair and network printer.
Want to work remotely with an early hiking or walk, enjoy dinner in San Remo, or a short drive to Cowes, sitting after work in the balcony and enjoy a sunset with a glass of wine, come and be our guest !
Linen (Important)
A standard booking comes with donnas and covers. Guests can bring their own sheets, pillow cases and towels or opt to pay extra for this 'optional linen'. The cost to provide optional linen is a once off fee per stay of $20 per queen and $15 per single/double bed.
Please advise us if you would like this additional service.
Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events.
The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
