I am dissatisfied. He doesn't agree with the offer.

I booked an apartment with a balcony and a sea view, upon arrival it turned out that instead of a balcony there was a terrace and a view of a dirty parking lot. After opening the door, we were hit by a terrible stench. Additionally, there were supposed to be amenities in the form of a set of cosmetics (there was only liquid soap), an iron, a microwave, a hair dryer, and a toaster. There were none of these things. There was no extra toilet paper or anything to sweep the floor with. There was no cleaning for a week, no towels or bed linen changed. The air conditioning only worked in the bedroom, but in the living room there was no remote control, so it couldn't be turned on. The offer absolutely does not match what I found and what I paid for.

Lokalizacja bardzo dogodna, plaża, sklep, restauracje, przystanek autobusowy, apteka, wynajem samochodów wszystko pod ręką. Obiekt czysty i przestronny, dodatkowo otrzymaliśmy większy apartament w cenie mniejszego za co bardzo dziękujemy. Personel bardzo miły i dbający o gości. GORĄCO POLECAM!

Bien pour une courte étape

Nous n'avons pas rencontré notre hôte, mais celui-ci est très réactif, conciliant ( nous avons pu arriver un peu plus tôt que l'horaire indiqué) et communiquant. Les instructions pour accéder à l'appartement sont claires. Nous ne sommes restés que quelques heures dans le logement (départ très tôt le matin) et nous avons pu apprécier de disposer d'un coin cuisine, d'une salle de bain et de lits confortables avant notre départ, et de pouvoir être autonome sur l'heure de départ du logement grâce au système de boîte à clés. Il est possible de se garer juste devant l'établissement, c'est un plus pour le chargement/déchargement des valises. Petite terrasse qui doit être appréciable avec sa vue sur mer (temps trop court dans le logement pour avoir pu apprécier).

Mauvaise insonorisation (route passante juste devant). Odeur dans la salle de bains. Équipement minimaliste dans la cuisine.

Good location

Very good location, spacious apartment, comfy bed, easy access to the flat, good contact with the owner, affordable price.

Unfortunately, the apartment was covered with mould in many places, the odour was strong throughout the stay (draft was not helpful).

Wouldn’t come back although it was cheap.

Of 3 apartments that we had, 1 of them was in good condition. The apartments had washing machines, oven, etc, although they were dirty.

The apartments were really cold. One of them smelled like tobacco and wasn’t cleaned at all. Sheets didn’t fit the beds and were dirty. Water was really cold.

Really good value for money

The apartment is new, in a quiet location and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It has two lovely balconies.

A thin sheet cover is not enough in January. Luckily, there was an extra blanket in the closet.

Side sea appartments very close to the beach. Very friendly staff!!! The appartment was spacious and clean. We had a lovely time and we shall be back soon.

For the sum of money paid, did not feel comfortable or at ease due to the lack of cleanliness and the desperate need of

Tap in bathroom swivels when you try to turn on/off water and very slow leak below Dirty kitchen utensils Washing machine drawer was filthy. Hadn’t been cleaned in years! Dirt had solidified No broom/dustpan nor mop (room not cleaned since been here) I have stayed at several apartments in the past and they have always been cleaned daily No hand towel for bathroom Bath towels , some were too small to use. More like face towels. Also 1 face towel was actually a towel usually used to step out of shower/bath Cobwebs on lamp above sofa bed Room appeared not to have been aired prior to arrival. TV cannot get Greek channels. Only Russian channels and sometimes BBC news Windows very hard to open and close. Lots of dirt in the window seal and aluminium window runners. Small window near kitchenette had turned grey from the amount of dust. The walls are dirty (colour red. Possibly paint but easily mistaken as blood)and the apartment looks very rundown. Desperate need of updating Sliding door from kitchenette to bedrooms and bathroom does not close properly Chairs inside and outside on veranda were very dusty No booklet in the apartment providing health & safety, contact details, info on checking out, etc
