Nestled in the live oaks, draped with Spanish moss your peaceful island cottage awaits. Hop on one of our bikes and ride just a mile to the beach. While you’re at it, enjoy a round of golf, a match of tennis, deep sea fishing at the marina, horse riding on the beach, lounging at the oceanfront beach club by the pool and ocean, or luxury shopping and a nice dinner at FreshFields Village. Our family of four enjoyed our stay very much. The cottage was perfect for our needs. The area was very quiet. Yet, close enough to the beach. It was lovely to start the day drinking coffee on the screened in porch Marlize was wonderful to work with. We would certainly stay here again.

We booked for a long weekend getaway with the family and were very happy with the property and location. The house is really spacious, cute, and clean and the beds were very comfortable. The back porch was my favorite place to relax with comfortable furniture, coffe, and serenity, it was a little slice of heaven. With every detail you can tell that the hosts really care about people and want you to have a lovely relaxing vacation.

Where do I even start? This was one of the best Vrbo stays we have had! We had 7 people total (3 being kids) and had plenty of space! The location is great, tucked slightly away for privacy! The beds were so comfy!! My favorite spot was the back porch area!!! Wonderful view and so relaxing. Marlize is the best homeowner/host, so easy to get in touch with, offered recommendations on things to do and had the house stocked with literally anything you could possibly need. Our next trip to Seabrook with absolutely be at this location. DONT HESITATE with this gem and book!

We enjoyed our stay on Seabrook! The cottage exceeded our expectations with its spacious and clean interior. The thoughtful touch of starter supplies was especially appreciated after a long journey. Our favorite spot was the screened-in porch, offering fantastic daytime views of the golf course. The outdoor lights created a serene atmosphere to relax and savor the peaceful nights outdoors. Highly recommend!

Property managers were very responsive. House was clean upon arrival. Staying here was easy! Screened in back deck was great for mornings, with deer sightings. Kitchen is well stocked. Extras that are not typical like bikes and beach chairs! Overall a great place to stay! I would definitely rent again.

First and foremost the owners of this property were AMAZING!! They were quick to respond to questions about our trip and left lots of information in the house to help us enjoy Seabrook Island. The purpose of our trip was for our son’s wedding and staying in this house made it that much more magical! The screened in porch that overlooks the golf course was probably my favorite! Overall the house was cozy comfortable and clean!! A huge thank you to the owners for helping to make this weekend so magical!!

Our week stay in Seabrook was perfect, due much in part to the communication and thoughtfulness of our host. The house was clean, nicely decorated, clearly marked with labels as to where everything is stored, fully stocked with anything we needed and the host was super attentive to our requests and questions. We stayed here for a golf tournament we were playing on Kiawah Island. The location was close to both Kiawah and also Seabrook amenities. House had everything we needed and was well appointed. Would highly recommend!

Adorable cottage well decorated and had everything you needed!! Bathroom space for more than four to six people was a little tight but other than that it was terrific!!! Even had 5 bikes!! Especially Loved the back porch!!!!!! Also the owner was very nice and helpful with recommendations about the area!!! Loved it and would definitely come there again!!! Thanks!!!

First and foremost the hosts are wonderful. I felt like I was renting from a friend based on how accommodating they were to our family during my son's wedding which took a lot of stress off. The house was perfect, very comfortable and clean. We would definitely rent again if we come back to Seabrook!

The property was as advertised and did not disappoint. The private Island was easy to access and the additional cars/guests were able to get on to the property without issue. The host was easy to contact and very responsive. The island has a lot of low speed vehicles (golf carts), the house does not come with one, but the host was thinking of getting one in the future. The quiet area was great and just what our family wanted. The beach access was nearby and easy to find. The amenity card was also great! Nearby Freshfields Village had lots to offer and you can't forget to visit the new Salty Dog Cafe location on Seabrook Island.

Our family spent our spring break on Seabrook Island, and this cottage had everything we needed for the week. It was very clean, the beds were comfy, and the kitchen well stocked. Our favorite spot was the screened-in porch. The porch was perfect for eating our meals, relaxing at night, and watching all the wildlife. We rode the bikes (which are provided by the hosts) to the beach every day and used the amenity cards for working out at the well-equipped Lakehouse. This cottage was perfect for a peaceful and relaxing week.

Visited Seabrook for a week for a family wedding and stayed in this lovely cottage. Really tastefully decorated and furnished with everything we needed. We used the bicycles (2 adults, 1 youth, and 1 child) and enjoyed the beach supplies! FYI - the island has some local shopping but kind of expensive. If you’re visiting, hit the Food Lion for groceries before getting here! Thank you for a great vacation!

Place was awesome! Beautiful but cozy! Loved watching the deer from the screened in porch that had a heater!!! We came down for a wedding on Kiawah Island and my okdest’s birthday! Our weekend was amazing, even got in a little sightseeing! Would definitely stay at this cottage again! It had everything we needed, right down to the lighter to light my daughter’s cake!

This is the second stay at this property, but first with the new owners and it was perfect! Excellent location, Super clean, well stocked with everything we needed, comfy beds with good sheets. Marlize provided all the info we needed in advance so check in and check out was a breeze! We will definitely be back!

The owner was great. We had a few questions and she was always there to answer within minutes of texting. I would recommend to anyone who love oak trees and moss, bike riding, beaches and quiet neighborhood. The house was amazing, golf course views, deer watching every night, bike riding, everything you need without having to bring it for the beach.

We had an unbelievable vacation to Seabrook Island! The cottage was perfect! The location is fairly private and the cottage itself was spotlessly clean. Everything you could need is provided for going to the beach and exploring the island. This is a perfect property for a family beach vacation. Thank you so much!
