We absolutely loved staying in such a lovely quiet cheerful house.

We struggled with the 3 remotes for the tv And the recliners are difficult to raise and lower your legs.

Nice rental that is very well stocked and maintained. We would for sure be back to stay

The house is located in a great spot on the canal. We had a very enjoyable time.

The pet fee is outrageous!!! $179.00 for a small 6 pound low maintenance dog. I felt some of that fee should’ve been refundable once you saw we left it clean with no issues

Great spot for the family with a short drive to town and the beaches. We would love to go back.

Very clean! The furnishings and rooms were exactly what we were hoping for. The kitchen was well stocked with the normal "essentials." Very nice and well maintained.

4pm check-in time is too late, especially with a 10am check-out time,

Loved the fire pit with water in background and far enough away from road felt comfortable letting dogs be on their own totally a great value

Nothing but maybe add a hot tub would be nice

Clean place. Disappointed to receive email requesting exorbitant hidden pet fee

It was clean. The kitchen was well stocked and the home was spacious enough for my family.

I didn’t like the surprise $140 pet fee and overall, the cost was a high. We paid the same for a beach bungalow in Cancun last year. And we all know Ocean Shores isn’t Cancún. Evolve property management has terrible reviews across many sites including The BBB and Trustpilot- and we know why now. We’ll never stay in an Evolve property again.

Had a peaceful 2 night stay was everything we could’ve asked for and more. Would definitely return.

Beautiful house and location. Fully stocked with everything we needed and more. cleanliness was top notch and the view was peaceful and quiet.

Wish there was a clearing off the bank to fish into the canal and/or a dock.

Superb

The covered porch was so nice. It rained the one full day we were there. We sat on the porch and just relaxed the day away. It was really nice! The house is beautiful!

The only the we missed was having a pitcher for beverages in the kitchen. Otherwise, no complaints.

Amazing location to stay and will go back!

The property is located just out of town and absolutely beautiful with the fire place right by the canal. The house was clean, comfortable and very well organized. Will definitely be going back to this location! It slept 4 children and 3 adults comfortably.

The only recommendation I can think of is needing a key rack by the door. Possibly a slightly larger kitchen garbage can. We cooked all the meals for the weekend in the house and had to take out the garbage more often then the bags were full.
