A newly renovated two bedroom apartment downtown Cape Vincent! Located on Broadway Street between The Cape Vincent Brewery and The Cup Of Joy Coffee Shop. There are several restaurants, shops and a grocery store within walking distance. This apartment is located right across the street from the Wolfe Island Ferry Dock as well as the Village Green where you can enjoy a concert or a Cape Vincent Chamber Event. There is a town dock that has free 48 hour docking directly across the street. The boat launch is seconds away and is also free of charge. You can also enjoy a visit to The Historical Tibbetts Point Lighthouse which is 2 miles away. Clayton, NY is about a 15 minute drive and also has several shops, restaurants and boat tours. This beautiful apartment is located above The Twist of Cape Ice Cream Store. Washer and dryer available on site.

Upon arriving, the property was exactly as advertised and located where walking to everything in town was perfect for us.
From the coffee shop next door to start the day or the CV Brewery to relax and wind down after a day on The RIVER, we couldn't have found a more perfect location!
We will absolutely be back and would recommend this property to anyone who enjoys peace and quiet.

Very nice comfortable condo. It was much larger than I expected. The AC was very much appreciated since it was a warm weekend for the area.

Beautiful place right in the heart of cape Vincent. My friends and I had an awesome time celebrating in a clean beautiful space. Would highly recommend this place to anybody for a getaway.

Y’all, we have stayed at a TON of VRBO properties and this one is our new favorite! It is smack dab in the middle of the most charming riverfront village….over an ice cream shop…..between a coffee shop and a brewery! I KNOW, RIGHT?! The property itself is clean as a pin, beautifully decorated, and has everything you could need for a comfy stay. It’s a beautiful and quick drive to Clayton and Alex Bay. We are completely smitten and hope to be back soon! *I took a star off because the property does not have central a/c but a window unit/fans and was a bit toasty for sleeping in our opinion. After speaking with the owner, she was very receptive and already brainstorming ways to improve. *

Best hidden secret in Cape Vincent
Such a great place to stay. Everything was sparkling clean, great little welcome basket with treats and local happenings. The beds were like sleeping on fluffy clouds. Cape Vincent is not as happening as ABay… but this location is next to a fantastic cafe with delicious coffee and brewery that serves fantastic dinners. Perfect to come back to after a busy day exploring the area.

Great place, great location, very helpful owner
We stayed here for three days. Everything was just as advertised, the owner was very helpful, and you couldn’t ask for a better location overlooking the village green and the river.
