About this house rental

Start your morning curled up on a heavenly chaise lounge in the shiplap sunroom. Just 9 houses from the beach, toss in a fishing line at the ferry jetty, while steps away, your group soaks up the sun on the beach. Enjoy the local pool or a beachfront eatery, both just a few blocks away! Spot a school of dolphins under a red-sky sunset before heading home for grilling & corn hole by the fire, or watching movies on the screened porch! THE HOUSE:
This home provides luxury design and qualities throughout.

Everything in our home is on the first floor. The master has a private bathroom with a walk in shower. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom share a full hall bath with a shower and bathtub. All mattresses were brand new in 2023. The sunroom is in the front of the house and air-conditioned. The living room has an electric fireplace, and the TV has YouTube live TV and streaming apps. The kitchen has a coffee and wine bar and brand new appliances. Off the dining room is a screened in porch with TV, dining table and lounge set. The backyard is fully fenced, with outdoor shower, grill, fire-pit, and sun deck.

Linens, towel and beach towels provided, as well as many toiletry amenities to get you started. We also provide beach equipment including: basic beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, kids toys, cooler and towels.

LOCATION:
The house is situated just one block from the beach, in the quiet bayside neighborhood of North Cape May. Our neighborhood boasts its free secluded beaches and amazing red-sky sunsets every night. It is one of the only neighborhoods on the east coast where you can see sunsets.

Head down to the bay with your little ones, to build a sand castle and enjoy the calm waves of the bay. You can spot schools of dolphins in the bay almost daily. Get active on your kayaks, or on a run along our paved waterfront sidewalks. Relax in an oversized raft or soak up the sun with your toes in the sand.

Close by a grocery store, mini golf, ice-cream, and multiple restaurant options.

Just minutes away from Victorian Cape May city center, the city center, art and culture, restaurants and dining. Close to Beach Plum Farm, Cape May Zoo, Cape May Nature Conservatory, the Convention Center, Wildwood Boardwalk, hiking trails, and award winning Wineries and Breweries in every direction!

The house is four mini blocks from the bay. Each block is two houses, 9 houses total. At the end of the fourth block the house is one in from the corner.

Beach access is at the end of the block.

There are continuous recording cameras on the property, including a RING front door camera.

We loved our stay. The house was lovely and they had it was well stocked and appointed. They even had things that are more like a hotel available like shampoo and conditioner in the showers. They thought of all the details and we really enjoyed it. We went with our two older children 20 and 17 and they enjoyed it too. Liked the quietness and loved the local beach. Huge fan of all of it. The owners were great we talked to her a few times for various things and they were super on top of everything and very helpful. It's a great area to stay especially if you are looking for something family friendly and quiet. I would highly recommend these owners and their house.

We had a lovely stay at this amazing North Cape May property! It had everything we needed and more. It was incredibly well organized and in a great location. The only downside was that we had to go back to normal life! This is an A+ rental. We look forward to staying here again down the line.

This home was perfect! Great location-truly close to everything! Very responsive owners. The interior space was beautiful, comfortable, cozy and spacious!! The kitchen was very well supplied with everything you could need. Whether we were eating a large family (13) meal, putting a puzzle together, playing games or watching football, this house was everything we needed it to be and more. Absolutely exceeded our expectations!

The house was exceptional. The kitchen, the yard, and the screened patio are gorgeous. The kitchen has every appliance one could hope for in a house rental. From the bedding, to the furniture, to the home decor, or felt like a home away from on the beach. The added benefit of beach chairs, umbrella, and collapsible wagon made our experience even better. The beach on the Delaware Bay is awesome and less than an 8 minute walk door to door. Thank you to our hosts Heather and Andrew.

We had a recent wonderful stay at this North Cape May home. The home was spotless clean with beautiful decor, and excellent communication from the owner. Little touches throughout made the stay very enjoyable such as shampoo, and conditioner in the bathrooms, a coffee pot and kuerig which is a necessity for us, an adorable air conditioned front porch, labels on everything and comfy beds. I hope to stay again next year.

First the house is beautiful! The layout was amazing, the decor was breath taking, and the owners thought about everything you could need down to the littlest detail. Communication with the owners was fast and efficient. The experience was 1000/10. I HIGHLY recommend staying here. The porches are welcoming and inviting with lots of space. This home is outstanding and beautifully decorated. Impressed with all the attention to details and amenities for the best comfort. Located in a lovely and quite neighborhood as well as being close to many great restaurants, shopping and the beach. The home is immaculate and so well organized. We so enjoyed this designer decorated house and the beautiful outdoor space for our lil family getaway. Very impressed how everything was neatly labeled and organized with all the extra touches ..the books and toys .. organic soaps even mini toothpaste! We loved all the sitting areas especially the hammock. Definitely took home some decorating tips! Thanx for the wonderful memories we felt so pampered we'd love to be back!

Spent six wonderful days with my family here in July 2022. The house was incredible! By far the nicest place we’ve ever rented. Immaculately clean, top of the line furnishings, and professionally decorated and maintained top to bottom. We felt like we were living in a beach magazine! A group of 5 of us stayed here for the 4th of July weekend! The property looks like something out of HGTV and is decorated perfectly in every way. it's only a couple of blocks away from the beautiful cape may beach and less than a 10-minute drive into downtown cape may and also the local wineries - we ended up going to Cape May Winery and Hawk Haven Winery during our stay. Thank you Heather and Andrew for a perfect weekend away! :)

A few family members got together for a long weekend in the quiet cape may bay area. 2 family members are mobility challenged and the ranch house was roomy and easily accessible for them. The house was spotless with upscale furnishings and kitchen and the hosts were very accessible to questions. We were 4 blocks to the bay and enjoyed our walk and ride there. We had just the relaxing weekend we needed and would love to book again.

Andrew & Heather's house was super-cute and clean. Great location--walking distance to the beach and 11 minute drive to Washington Street mall. If you have kids, it's a quiet family neighborhood where they can walk and/or play in the backyard. Would love to rent again.

The house is beautifully appointed and very comfortable. Plenty of room to spread out and everything we needed was there. The backyard (including grill, hammock, loungers, table, fire pit, cornhole) and close proximity to the beach (which was never overcrowd) made our trip particularly enjoyable! Turdo vineyard was quite close (2 minute drive) and the wines were very good. There's also a park with tennis courts, etc. next to Turdo. For all our restaurants, we ventured into Cape May, which is a 10-15 minute drive. Parking there can be a real hassle, but we found if you park between Exit Zero Filling Station (fun restaurant) and West End Garage (great shopping spot), the parking is free and plentiful and it's about a 10-15 minute walk from there into town. Overall, just a great vacation! Hope to return again.

My family and I were looking for a chic and comfortable stay on the Jersey Shore - this listing on North Cape May was perfect. It was blocks to the nearest beach, and a short drive from downtown Cape May. Check-in process was a breeze, and there were many small touches that made us feel at home.
