Hôtel de passage très agréable.

Serviabilité du personnel d’accueil La literie Le déjeuner copieux

Pas de possibilité de boire une bière car arrivé à 2320h (la loi l’interdit visiblement) Le frigo vide dans la chambre (bar)

Bon séjour dans l’ensemble

Le restaurant et le hall de l’hôtel sont rénovés, neuf, très propre. Le menu en demi-pension est très variés et les repas sont bons.

Les chambres mériteraient d’être rénovées comme le rez de chaussée.

Staff very professional. Hotel and rooms clean and tidy. Lovely settings with pool and gardens.

Very good

horrible client service; the barista told me, that she doesn't know how to prepare cappuccino; the check-in - 19 min of check-in- a little bit too much, or not? we were in three, we arrived around 23pm, no other clients, and 19 min of waiting..; the second, after check-in the lady forgot to give back our documents and told to my husband that she is tired.. in this 4 stars hotel, only 1 for service

Decent but not great

The property was very bright, well maintained, and extremely clean. The staff was also very nice but not necessarily very accommodating to any additional request

If you are traveling for work the location is decent but if you are traveling for leisure the location is slightly far out from the city center as it is in an industrial area

Will never come again

The room was spacious.

The staff threatened us to call the police if we did not leave the swimming pool immediately, she also insisted she will stay and wait for us to get out. Even though the swimming pool was apparently closed (and we did not know about it since it was open physically), it is unreasonable to threaten your guests with legal repercussions that are not only empty in their baseline but also completely unnecessary since we would leave at the first request had we known we are not supposed to enter. The staff should really have a training on how to talk to their guests, asking politely would be enough. The room lacked a toilet brush, the shower had weak pulse, and the linen was dirty in many places. The location is not great either.

Cool hotel close to the centre

The pool is cool and the city centre is 10 min by drive

the parking is not very big. Maybe because they want us to pay the extra cost to park in the hotel’s garage.

Comfortable bed and room, quiet at night and possible to make it dark to sleep, good Internet connection, good bathroom size, with a small fridge, easy to check out, air conditioning

I missed some more lights to read something in the room at night, it is a bit far away from the city centre (around a 30-minutes walk by foot, although there are closeby bus connections with the Pl. Imperial Tarraco)

be aware, the hotel has 125 rooms and 25 parking places !!!! , 4 stars room without nothing in the fridge !!! , thub "repaired" with rust out , mirror in the bath looks like 300 years ago .... :)

Would rather sleep in the car.

The staff was very kind and helpful. But that was the only good thing, unfortunately.

The hotel is situated between many car garages which meant there was an incredible stench (oil?) outside and even in the room. We guess it’s not all day, but it was the case when we were there. Wouldn’t recommend the food either. The entrance and swimming pool area is pretty nice (apart from the horrible smell), but the rooms are (very) outdated and even smell … old. The back of the hotel is a busy road, so don’t expect is to be calm. Normally we wouldn’t complain, because we’re experienced travellers. But this was not a good experience.
