The villa, completed in 2020, is south-facing and enjoys sun all day. It is in a completely quiet location at the end of a residential-only street on the exclusive Monte de los Almendros.You can enjoy the spectacular views from all 4 bedrooms, from the spacious living/dining area with open luxury kitchen and from the two large terraces. All rooms, including the bedrooms, have floor-to-ceiling glass fronts with sliding doors to one of the terraces and electric, room-darkening roller shutters. All bedrooms have fitted closets and en-suite bathrooms with rain showers and windows/patio doors. The bathroom of the master bedroom also has a bathtub. There is also a guest toilet on the pool level and a further shower bathroom in the basement - next to the fitness room with several fitness machines and the games room with a pool table and a bar. All rooms in the villa are air-conditioned with individual controls for each room. The air conditioning system also allows the rooms to be heated. Wifi with high-speed Internet and various TV channels are available. In winter you can reach the Sierra Nevada ski area in one hour and 15 minutes at an altitude of between 2100 and 3300 meters with 85 km of slopes and 20 lifts/gondolas (Dec. to April).
