This third floor unit is ideal for up to 4 people with a choice of shower and bath. Great views from every window and steps away to all kinds of restaurants - the best in Cleveland!
• Enjoy Streaming TV on all 3 4K TV's including the 55inch in the Living Room!
• There are card operated laundry units in the building for a fee per load.
• Condo does not have its own parking but nice well lit parking is available across the street and visible from our unit.
• As this is a condo building with other residents, we ask you to please be courteous to others and respect their privacy - Thank you
• Enjoy being walkable to most things Cleveland including all the sporting arenas!

There is a small lot at the rear of the building between W 4th and W 6th and is simply called the W 6th lot. The Rear Lot has a kiosk as well as an automated machine. There are a total of 2 parking areas directly adjacent to the Arcade - Parking could be an issue during special events. There is also construction demands effecting parking so Parking availability and pricing is never guaranteed - and no reentry
Be aware Downtown Parking is an issue and not cheap! best to Uber from the airport!

We’d appreciate it if you let us know as soon as you find out the need to extend your stay. We would like to inform you that we only allow extension requests until 12:00 am on your last day in the property. Any requests that come in after midnight while the cleaner is already scheduled for that day will have an additional cleaning fee.
✹ NOTE: We provide complementary consumables like toiletries which include soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, packets of creamer and sugar, and other bathroom amenities. For your convenience, we offer mid-reservation supplies replenishing at minimal cost.

We can to town to see the Padres vs Guardians. We needed a place close to the Stadium.
It’s close to both football & baseballs stadiums, Rock & Roll Hall of fame & the Flats. Loads of great Restaurants and Starbucks across the street.
We did head across town to Little Italy. Great food!!
The place is spacious, comfortable and clean.
The only frustration is the weekend street traffic noise. Very Loud.
Plus, could use a curtain in master closet window..

Nice and clean appointment. Comfortable beds. Everything in place, so feels like home. It is in the center of downtown, there are pluses and minuses of this. Easy walk to convention centre, which was my interest. Street noise at night, as expected. That said, building management does everything to assure quiet time. We actually made a mistake and came a day earlier, the management went above and beyond to accommodate us, greatly appreciated. Overall, if you need to be in downtown, it is a great place for a great price. I give 5 stars

Property was great. Check in was a little confusing finding some information by text and some information by email, but overall went fine. Short walk to Rock Hall and Hofbrauhaus. Red room needs better light blocking window treatments. Overall a great time!

We stayed here while attending an event at the convention center. It was maybe a 2 block walk. Nice and convenient for what we needed. The street noise was a little loud at night. A small fan for white noise would be nice to sleep. Overall it worked well with our needs.

Property was modern, updated, clean and easy to access. The beds were very comfy! It was the perfect location for the Brown’s game! Less than a 5 min walk to the stadium! Would definitely stay here again.

Great place, great location, plenty of restaurants within a block or two. 15 minute walk in one direction and you're at the Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse for a concert or basketball game. 15 minute walk in the opposite direction and you're at Browns Stadium, Science museum and Rock and Roll Hall of fame.

This condo was in the perfection location for our stay. Pictures were accurate and it was very clean and cozy. If you’re looking for a quiet place to stay on a weekend, this probably isn’t your best bet. You can hear all the road traffic, people walking down the sidewalks talking, and sirens in to the early morning hours. If you don’t mind the sounds of a big city right outside your window, you will have a great stay. Even with that, we had an amazing stay. The building is very secure and clean. Great communication and great amenities.

I was looking for a place that is within walking distance of The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as well as Progressive Field and this condo in the warehouse district was perfect. Restaurants outside your door as well as bars and a Starbucks. Unit was clean and well stocked for my weekend stay. Communications were prompt and had all the necessary instructions, towels were plush, and comfortable beds. The condo building is quiet but keep in mind that you are in an entertainment area so there is the expected street noise from being in the city core. Will be back soon!

Traveled to Cleveland to catch a ballgame and visit the Rock and Roll HOF. This property was a convenient home base while we took in the sites. The location allowed us to walk to everything. Progressive Park, HOF, Browns Stadium, City Center and the lakefront were all close by. The condo was very comfortable, clean and met our needs perfectly. Loved the décor (even though we are WVU fans..lol). Our contact, Bernie, was great to work with on our booking. The warehouse district can get a bit noisy in the evening but the vibe was very exciting. Nice selection of restaurants within a few blocks. What a wonderful stay.

Great property, clean, close to everything downtown. Parking in lot next door was not great, and electric vehicle charge does not work. But other than that I would highly recommend staying here. Cute place! Thank you!
