It was ok but it won’t be the first option for us next time.

It was clean and coffee was available 24hrs

Im a nursing mom and the fridges in the rooms were not as cold as a fridge should be. Their breakfast options were not much compared to other hotels around.

Good convenient hotel

Booking was easy. Location was convenient. Staff was friendly. Accommodations were good.

I was charged an extra $25 as a deposit they said I would get back. This charge wasn’t mentioned on Booking.com. Also, the floor had a type of linoleum tile that was sticking feeling when I walked bare foot on it.

Very comfortable and worth the price

Breakfast was great, name brand shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. Clean sheets, ice dispenser, water dispenser, coffee machine, flavored coffee creamer, extra door latches, gym facilities.

Perfect place for 1-night stay

Good place to stay in Corpus Christi 5 minutes drive from North Beach. Small but clean rooms with mostly everything you need. Big modern TV with YouTube support. Free parking on site.

The main entrance location is weird. Most of the time you have to go in and out through the hardly opening narrow door in front of the building. No microwave oven, no coffee machine.

It was so clean. It smelled clean. One of my favorite hotels from now on.

I wish it had a pool lol. Other than that, there was nothing I could truly complain about.

Relaxing nights in Portland

This hotel is very ergonomic. For instance there was a small shelf in the shower so a woman could shave her legs. (first time I’ve ever seen that!) There is no closet. But there are hangers, hooks and places to hang your clothes. There is also no dressers but instead cubbies where you can store shoes, or other items. Then it’s easy to see when you get ready to leave (I’ve left stuff in hotel drawers, ugh) Toiletry items attached to the walls in the shower. NO ONE is gonna put something in them (read previous review by someone paranoid about that) and it reduces the little plastic shampoo/conditioner bottles, along with unused soaps. The breakfast is very basic continental but was good. They have coffee/tea service 24 hrs! Even cold and sparkling water dispenser so you can get good water. And the room rate was very reasonable. Some sports teams were there and you could not hear them on our floor so really quiet hallways. The bedrooms were tiled which was nice because sometimes I get allergens from the carpet. Especially since most hotels don’t shampoo their carpets often. But the best part was the friendliness of the staff!!! Front desk very organized and efficient. Maid service very hard working and friendly.

The room doors shut hard and secure. But our next door neighbors were in and out a lot at bedtime and the doors shook our shared wall. Not much you can do about that.

Very nice place to stay..friendly staff, comfortable bed, great location.

The location was great for our needs. The breakfast was not used because we take our own snacks/drinks with us. This hotel is fairly new, so it's still a very clean, nice place. The staff was very nice and informative. We loved the walk-in shower.

There was no coffee maker in the room, which is a big negative. Coffee is available in the lobby, but I don't want to get dressed to go downstairs that early. Also, no microwave in the room, which we use all the time. But the hotel is new, nice and the staff was great. This hotel sits slightly off the street, so the entrance to the hotel was difficult to enter at first . I suggested to the staff when we checked in that they needed an 'entrance' sign. Portland was once a sleepy little town and now it's a bustling mid-size city and the nightly rates reflect that.

I give it a 8-9

The soaps, breakfast, the cleanliness, no nasty carpet, and the staff.

The markings on wall looked like "someone missed a spot". Almost like blood from fishing. It was fixed right away. Also, the beds are WAY too high when you have little kids. Feels like the "princess and the pea".
