I needed sleep. I got it

I left Jed that there were no bedbugs. Room smelled musty. Sheets stained. The "breakfast" offered was repulsive. The one good part was the waffle maker, even tho they were out of milk and syrup, and waffle mix at 8:30 am

Superb

We were late arriving and they were ready to get our weary group checked in quickly. Breakfast was delicious and offered something for everyone in our group... even the picky eaters.

Derailed sleep

New facilities

Our room literally had a train track right outside our window. We checked in after 11 p.m., and the train came through a minimum of 4 times before 7 a.m. the next morning. You could feel the vibration and hear the horn in addition to the train on the track. Needles to say, very little sleep for either my husband or myself. Front desk staff mentioned it at check-in and stated is was noted on the Booking.com webset, which is not a true statement.

Staff were sooo nice, everything was exceptionally clean, pool and gym were nice, and the location is right off 95!

Great Stay! We will be back next year for sure

Not good.

Noisy with the train. No cable television (freezes ever fifteen seconds on all but three channels.) Room and beds shake when the train goes past (double tracks less than 50 feet from the property). Do yourself a favor, stay somewhere else.

Aggravation. Incompetence. Vacation ruining.

Room was clean.

The front desk charged the wrong card, not once, but twice. In the total amount of $800. My mother who was visiting had her account drained. I had my card on file to pay for her room in the amount of $380 for 2 nights. But as I said, they used her card which was given to them for an incident hold of $20. It's a FAR cry from 20 to 800. She had to call her bank and wait days to have the funds returned. NIGHTMARE.

Great hotel in great location

Beautiful new hotel in great location. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Shower was hot. Great free breakfast.

Train track located right behind hotel and when it goes by, the room shakes.
